One of my favorite spots when visiting Dallas! Came for coffee and dessert and added bonus was live music. Wonderful evening with Sea Salt Caramel Cake and Chocolate Dipped Biscotti with their Hazelnut Chocolate Secrets Coffee. It was a wonderful evening. The desserts were delicious and paired wonderfully with their coffee.

My husband surprised me with a chocolate making class at Chocolate Secrets We were the only ones who signed up for the class and they only do it Monday - Friday ( we were coming out of town so if you're coming please know you can't do it on the weekends ) They give you molds and different colors and toppings for the chocolates . The chocolates is definitely high quality you can taste it They give you white , milk, and dark chocolate And base colors to make other colors so remember your color charts lol The class comes with a. Free drink and tour Since we had a few bumps as they didn't realize there was a class they through in a tasting of chocolates which we were extremely grateful for! They also have live bands on Friday ! I would definitely come back just to relax and eat chocolates Full review soon on ig and TikTok @SoVeryLoud

I had been wanting to go to Chocolate Secrets for a while, and finally made it here on Sunday after brunch with a friend. I got a cafe mocha and it was very good. Because it was my first time, they gave me a free chocolate to try, which was a wonderful surprise. Unfortunately, they didn't have one of the flavors I wanted to try, but I had the rosemary chocolate caramel and it was great! I ended up buying a cute milk-:and dark- chocolate bar, and two more caramel bonbons to take home. The prices aren't cheap but for great chocolate made in-house, it's worth it. I'd like to come back again to try their food, and see the live jazz. Very cute shop with excellent and friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

Calling All Chocolate Lovers.... THIS is Chocolate Heaven, You MUST come here!!!! A quaint yet vibrant chocolate shop that has it all! Sweet, decadent, vivaciously beautiful, delicious chocolate treats and more... I came here for a Galentines chocolate making class - which was so cute and perfect with my gal pals! We were immediately welcoming by the shop owner who's has been running this place for over 20years! Sweet Mama- is a loving motherly figure who is naturally adored by the staff and regular customers. The class was great! We started with choosing our mounds, next came the colored chocolates. As we painted our moulds, live Jazz music was being played and then we got to choose the between White/Milk/Dark chocolate as our fillers! (This was the BEST part- we ended up drinking liquid chocolate out of the cup!!! SoooOoooooo GooooooOooood!!!)) As we waited for the chocolate hardened in the fridges- we got an up close and in depth tour of the facility and learned about the different types of chocolates they make and serve! From Bon Bons to Truffles to Alcohol infused strawberries...They were to die for!!! Some of my favs were -Sea Salt Caramel -PBJ -Take Me Now As we toured the facility we got to learn how close knit the staff is and see their own creations- Chocolates in the Shape of Chanel Bags and Shoes!! This is definitely a great date place- something different for sure. We also happened to whiteness someone getting proposed to... "she said YES!" Overall a great quaint shop with an amazing experience!! No matter the occasion, I'm sure you will find something you love!!!

We went in for afternoon tea on Saturday. The whole place was decked out with cute Christmas decoration! The tableware set that they have were also really really adorable. Here they let you choose between a variety of tea bags so everyone can pick whatever they want instead of having it predetermined to pair with the food like in many places. We had to wait a long time to get our hot water refills. Our server was very sweet, but service was very slow because they were understaffed. Food wise the salmon spread sandwich and the nut crusted goat cheese really stood out to me, but everything else left much to be desired. Scones are usually the highlight of my afternoon tea but their scones tasted very bitter because of too much baking powder -- it was barely edible. I would've given them 3 stars if it wasnt for the scones. I left feeling very full from all the food. However, in general did not think it was worth the price

I love Chocolate Secrets! Whether you're on a romantic, family/friend or solo date, the ambiance of Chocolate Secrets is perfect to enjoy a night out. Live music is my thing, so I especially appreciate that they offer live music Thursday-Sunday. The staff is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. The establishment itself is perfect - one side houses the cafe/bar with cases full of sweet treats and wine/beer for enjoyment. The other side houses additional tables and high tables with a stage for live entertainment. I came on a Friday evening and throughly enjoyed the night. My Prosecco and chocolate cake were the perfect pair. The band playing was The Fingerprints; it was their first time performing here and they were incredible. Can't wait for the next evening spent at Chocolate Secrets!

Came here for the Thursday Jazz night. It was a time!!Those men are so talented and played all the old jams beautifully! Great place to relax and enjoy live music. The service was slow, which was to be expected because the place was packed. You would definitely need to get there early or you won't have a spot. There wasn't enough glasses and our server often forgot things, but again it was very crowded. The musicians made it all worth it!

I was really excited to try Chocolate Secrets after driving by it multiple times but ended up quite disappointed by our experience. We got an assortment of truffles, chocolate covered dates, and a mixed nut turtle. The coconut truffle was the best but I was not blown away. The peanut butter truffle tasted almost like straight peanut butter. The dates and turtles had a very difficult texture to eat making it not enjoyable. The staff inside was friendly but also gave us the wrong flavor on one of our truffle flavors. This was all particularly disappointing given my high hopes for this restaurant and the overall high prices (~$23). I do not plan on coming back her

Had a fun first-time experience. Came on a Wednesday night when they had live music in the dining area. There are many chocolate treats to choose from, and you can build you own box of chocolates. It's a bit expensive, but high quality.

The place is super busy! But definitely worth it! The salted caramel chocolate cake was so decadent and delicious. The salted caramel truffles were absolutely amazing! Very much on the pricy side but hey.... You pay for great quality! Will definitely be back! Just beware there is VERY limited parking spaces.

This review is just for the chocolate. I visited recently after dinner and bought several truffles to go. Every single one was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the earl grey chocolate truffle. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and I look forward to returning!

Live music was phenomenal. A feature tonight (Saturday) as we celebrate my sorority's Founders Day. Lovely way to shoutout 22 brilliant women of the 1913 era with a strong vision! Firstly, we 22 women gathered here tonight also to toast the same. And secondly, to eat luscious chocolates! Table Service was oddly nonexistent. We asked the table next to us how to obtain foid/drinks and chocolates? Quick answer at the counter. With that I swiftly placed our order for Mexican hot chocolate, glass moscato, salted caramel mousse pie, and chocolates, most certainly chocolates, at the counter near the entrance. Was told that our order would be delivered to the table... we waited and waited and waited beyond an hour. Returned to the coffee bar for the cup of Mexican chocolate. Yum! Chocolate truffles were delicious too. At the service counter asked about the remaining order. Left the counter with chocolates and a slice of pie. Unfortunately my sister's glass of moscato was delivered to the table during the second music set. Our food plan going in for the celebratory evening was getting 3-4 appetizers. However, thoughts went immediately to the cheese platter and salads for the table. But that plan went up in smoke. Go here for the chocolate truffles and stay for the live music...

A friend took me to this place after work. I was so overwhelmed (in a good way) from all the selections and the aroma. The staff was so friendly and made sure to answer any question I had. It's like they were happy to answer questions rather than just ringing you up. There were such cute places to sit down and outside was nice as well. I loved the ice cream, coffee and a few bonbons i tried. it was a great place!

Two Stars. Both from the Truffle Fries…read more This place really broke my heart. I love this area and the beautiful Crescent complex. Word of mouth and Yelp have sang praises so we finally made it happen. The lead up is insane. Park under the building, take an elevator up, walk through the beautiful alcove and there it is - Sixty Vines. Swanky, dark, and sultry - a bit much for my taste, but I get the idea. Our waiter was nice, but could not get wine to our table. Like - acted as if there was some Harry Potter issue going on, just could not get wine to our table. And I know that's a lot to ask, but also shouldn't be, considering it's a wine bar. The place was dead - 5 PM on a Monday and he even prefaced by saying as much, and suggesting we try a few, but every time we'd order a glass, or heaven-forbid a flight, he'd disappear for literally a half hour. I get that people get busy, but wine at a wine bar just feels easy. We had the zucchini and the truffle fries - they genuinely banged. Zucchini could've used a little more love and care, but the fries were crazy. I could've eaten them all night. Had a few great wines too, but again, crazy how long it took to get to my table - and I could see the taps! No one was busy. Real Bummer. I told him several times to bring some red before my main so I could enjoy something dark with the red sauce, and low-and-be-freaking-hold, I finished my BRAISED PORK with a Sauvignon Blanc. Did I do something to offend? Was I being punished? IDK. The Braised Pork Pappardelle and the shrimp-garlic pasta thing was fine. The shrimp one being really garlicky - probably a bit too much. For some fu**a** reason, they both came to our table on the colder side, again, why? We literally had plans to go through a few reds and bubbles, but after two hours of this, we said "let's leave". So we paid and bounced. It's a fine place, I guess, it just really flopped for us. James T. put it nicely, "So middle of the road, absolutely and unmistakably average." Just hurts after months of this place being talked up, getting a baby sitter, driving an hour, and dropping $150 for this place to miss the mark. If service was better this could've been a 3-4 star review. Really makes a difference. I'll be at Hudson House & Barcelona Wine Bar if you need me. MGMT: Figure the service out - please. I'd be happy to try again, but I need to know my food will be hot and the wine will flow - again, it is a wine bar after all.
