Chocolatte is one of my favorite spots in BV! I've had other ice cream in town that I didn't find as exciting because I admit I love a fancy treat. It's so cute inside, designed for both adults and children. Their selection is unique, and I ultimately decided on Purple Mountain (taro) which was dreamy. The cones looked tasty too, so I'll have to get one of those next time! There's beverages and other desserts, which I'd love to explore again when I'm driving to or through this area. read more

The ice cream is varied and tastes good. You can sample before you buy, and it's reasonably priced. The customer service is chill as well. Great spot for some quick ice cream!! It is ideal for families during the day... and ideal to enjoy a good dessert or decaf in the evening. Their hours are great. This is such a cute ice cream shop. The hours on Yelp said open til 9p but we walked in at 7:05p and it was closed, but the the staff was super friendly and still served us. They have unique ice cream flavors and it's a really fun atmosphere. I wish I could give a lower rating than this. I visited the shop March 20th with my family and another. We got in line outside the door at 7:45pm. We had 3 12 year olds with us and at 8:05 the woman with blue amd blonde hair working the front counter told us she wasn't going to serve us. I expected more. She could have easily let us in as the last group since no one waa behind us and asked us to flip the sign which still read open. I would recommend never visiting. read more

So friendly and vibrant right when you walk in. I was going to get coffee at the place next door, but my daughter had other plans when she saw the playground. The desserts look to die for...I really wanted one. Josh and John's ice cream from Colorado Springs looks amazing. Then they have these flavored cones to put it in. We stopped in to get a dessert post dinner. It was at the end of the day so there were limited options. We both got a hazelnut mousse in a dark chocolate cup. It was so good. It hit the spot. Around $9 each but it would have been the same or more at a restaurant. We didn't have any coffee or other treats. I would definitely go back. I also liked that they were open until 9 (on weekends). I have enjoyed coming here with my kid, but there is one woman who works there who never says hello, let alone acknowledges that someone is there and will make me wait every single time before she steps up to the register to take my order. And she'll stand there, not say a word, and wait for an order. First time was the Christmas parade. I waited 5-10 minutes and she didn't even come to the register. So now whenever I see it's her, and since she doesn't approach the counter anyway, I just leave. read more
