I'm only giving this place one star, and that's only because of the front staff which I would give them a 5 BUT this review isn't about them but the actual Dentist and how she does her practice. She's unreliable. On multiple occasions she's rescheduled my appointment right when I got there. Also, when I got my extraction, she barely finished her injection to numb my gums and went straight to work like an AHole. Most the places I've been to, they'd wait a few minutes to come back but not her. She doesn't seem to have any type of personality. read more

I did 2 implants at Choice Dental this year. Dr. An's meticulous and skillful surgery and reliable use of materials made me very satisfied along with reasonable price during the whole process. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the staff(Nahomi and Rebecca). I would encourage my friends and neighbors to visit this dentist here. It's been a few weeks since the procedure. The implants are very comfortable and I can chew food comfortably. I have had a total of 5 implants and 12 crowns in the last 30 years. Based on my experience from many of dentist, I think Choice Dental(Dr. An and staffs) is the best dentistry in Orange County, Southern California where I've lived, and in the entire Las Vegas and Henderson area. I absolutely love my dentist Dr. An! She is very good at what she does, professional and thorough. I had a fill in that was bothering me from a prior dentist, it was causing me pain and i was left with a gap in between that always had (tmi) big chunks of food getting caught/stuck in between. I let my dentist know and I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the following week and the process of getting my fill in replace was quick and easy. Numbness lasted 30 mins or so and I was fine to go on about my day. Love the ladies up front as well, always welcoming and accommodating. read more

My family and I have been coming to Choice Dental for awhile now and that has come to an end. Rebecca in the office is very unprofessional and lacks common understanding the insurance process. When I told her we were going to take my family of 4 business else where, she didn't care. You would think she would get someone else involved to save the customers but I guess we are nothing but a number to them. This is not to mention the lack of return phone calls. Usually I'm a nice person but I'm writing a review for my little brother because he wasted his time going here. He went for a deep cleaning, waited 1.5 hours just to get notified that he can't get worked on because their ASSISTANT WENT HOME. And why would your assistant go home if he was scheduled for an appointment?if you're not able to work on my brother, why wasn't he notified when my brother got to your office?! I went to Choice Dental and needed a new crown. Dr. Than did the work for the temporary crown. She seemed to be unsure as to where to inject the Novocain and kept injecting me in several places. After 10 minutes after asking if my tongue was numb (which it was not) injected me several more times. In my estimation I was injected 20 times. Afterwards I had pain in the area of the injection sites which went up to my ear. It was also red around the temporary crown area. Two weeks later when I got the permanent crown the area was still red. I was told that it would take another week for the redness to go down. Over the years I have had to have several crowns made. At no time in the past have I had pain from the injections after the first day. Definitely avoid this dentist. read more

Dr. An & her team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! At my previous dentist, I was told that my tooth was completely decayed and that I could not get a root canal and needed to get an implant which costs thousands of dollars, even with insurance. However, Dr. An examined my tooth and said that a root canal and crown were completely capable- an implant is not necessary at all. I saved so much money by visiting Dr. An and I am 100% pain free now! Highly recommend and definitely trustworthy. read more

Ever had a Doctor's/Dentist's appointment, arrived on time, signed in, then sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes to an hour, before getting called back?!? Of course, we all have... it's become the industry norm, it's as if our time doesn't matter! Well, that was until I came to Choice Dental. I didn't just get lucky once, embarrassed to say, I've been to this office multiple times (8) over the past 3 months. Each time, I'm greeted by a "Hi Jim, please have a seat and they'll call you back in a minute". Well, it"s literally a minute. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. What good is prompt service without quality and expertise work, right? No worries here, I've gotten 3 crowns and had my teeth cleaned once with zero complaints. Personally I always had a problem to find a nice dentist office from the front desk thru the doctors; I found choice dental on Yelp and Google recommendations last year; good reviews and patients happy with the service; more I read more convinced I was that I should do an appointment here. Usually make an appointment with any doctor was a nightmare for me; rude people or with an attitude but here at choice dental was different; very friendly on the phone an in person; I made my first appointment and Rebecca help me with that; very helpful; super polite and respectful and always explained me what my insurance cover and what doesn't. And the dental assistant staff are the best; nice and very accurate on their performance. Doctors have an excellent hand; you don't feel a thing; they give you accurate diagnostic; and you never felt overwhelmed or that they tried to make you a service that you don't need. They deserve the five stars to me because they work on team and like a clock. i had an appointment on tuesday 11/15 . was there 2 hours was told we are to busy .. reschedule for 11/17 10 am. i arrived @ 945 am in exam room was given numbing meds, at 10 27 im still sitting in exam chair meds worn off, at 10 39 she came in . i told her i have transportation coming at 11:15, she nows wants to start all over re numb and she can get done in a few mins,,before transportation arrives,, i dont see how that is possible.. if it had been i would of done been ready to leave.. totally rude, disrespectful, and no consideration for anyone coming into this office, two trips a total waste of my time i hope i dont loose a tooth due to thier inability to be professional like i told her if you did not want to do this should of told me on tuesday up front.. also to be noted on weds i called to find out co pay . how much do they charge for a filling,, they did not know they would call me back!!!!!! i would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! i have contacted a different office and will be treated monday. if my tooth breaks before than malpratice.. read more
