Salad Nation is located in the malls food court, so that experience in itself can vary from very crowded, busy and loud to quiet and empty. Plenty of seating though! My go to choice is one of the salad size options (regular or large) that come in 'bucket' which is a deep bowl and of course some waffle fries. There are several dressings that sound deciduous but I find myself continuing to go back to the Cilantro Avocado. The waffle fries are insanely great. Hand batter and perfectly fried, some of my favorite in town... like top 3. Being that it's a mall, there is plenty of parking, bathrooms and space. Service was super fast and friendly, at all levels: ordering, delivering food to my table, even when requesting a to-go container for the half of the sandwich I couldn't finish.
