He's not a typical salesman, we didn't feel that unpleasant pressure like we've experienced at all the other dealerships. Just a super nice guy, knows a ton, and did everything he could to advocate for us to get a car we love. The rest of the crew was great to work with as well, all very nice and enjoyed working with them. If you're turned off by how other dealerships work, give Leo a shot, it was a genuinely pleasant experience..

Each time I came in with an appointment after letting them know the alignment was still off and had to wait around 3 - 4 hours. Today they finally fixed my alignment at no extra charge, since I paid for it 2 visits ago. A silver lining is that every visit, the Service members were very kind, respectful, and clear in their communication which makes a huge difference. I still would not recommend getting serviced here though, as it seems that they don't thoroughly check their work the first time to ensure you're getting what you paid for. I've unfortunately lost about 10 hours of my life to the waiting room in the span of a week for such a minor service. Big shoutout to Trenton though, he was a big help today in getting this problem fixed finally. If you do choose to service your car here, ask for him!

Unfortunately, the worst car shopping experience I have ever had due to customer service. To make a…read morelong & drawn out story short, I've bullet pointed the prominent contributions to my experience: Ordered a Mazda CX-30 to be shipped from Texas. January 15: Spoke with German, who said the vehicle was flagged for repair before shipping (later stated it was a title transfer issue). January 16: Informed reservation would expire the next day; told to schedule an appointment immediately. January 17: Asked about "express pick-up" before seeing or test driving the vehicle (declined). Met Aaron, who became primary salesperson. Test drove vehicle; decided to return Monday to finalize decision. Had to reschedule Monday appointment; Aaron said Saturday would be fine. January 20: Received message that vehicle hold was at 6 of 7 days and an appointment must be scheduled immediately to avoid losing reservation. Scheduled Saturday, 1/24/26 at 3 PM; received confirmation text. January 21 (6:29 PM): Cristiona (Sales Manager) stated appointment was scheduled in error and vehicle would be released unless customer came in that evening. Expressed frustration about lack of clarity regarding 7-day hold policy. Felt pressured to provide documentation to create buyer's order before second appointment. Declined to move forward without planned visit. Saturday Appointment: Noticed full tank showing only "170 miles until empty." Low key fob battery warning. Requested battery replacement and service check for gas gauge. Aaron agreed to replace batteries. Aaron and Cristiona refused service check on gas gauge; stated vehicle would self-adjust and referenced 10-day return policy. Felt pressured to complete purchase. Asked to leave vehicle on lot until partner could pick it up; felt unheard as Cristiona repeatedly focused on reservation expiring. Aaron commented, "I could never do her job," after interaction. Waited for finance processing while Aaron assisted other customers. Completed purchase; vehicle left on lot for later pickup. Vehicle Pickup: Full tank now read "160 miles until empty." Approximately 9 miles into drive home, "Engine Oil Level Low" warning appeared. Researched warning; advised to stop vehicle immediately due to potential low oil pressure. Upon parking at home: oil warning, tire pressure light, and low key fob battery warning all active. Contacted Dean (Sales Manager). Arranged for vehicle to be towed next morning. Service findings: Oil filter and drain plug seal leaking (required replacement). Battery disconnected and instrument cluster reset to correct gas gauge. All tires underinflated. Key fob batteries needed replacement. Frustrated because gas gauge and key battery issues were raised before purchase but not addressed. Requested dealership keep vehicle; planned to return it within return window. Attempted to contact Aaron regarding title assistance; message left on read. January 31: Called twice requesting Aaron; told messages would be relayed. No return call that evening or following business day. February 2: Returned to dealership to complete return agreement. Assisted by Casey. Casey acknowledged experience was not typical but stated he may have responded similarly regarding gas gauge concern. Aaron approached, asked what was wrong. Expressed dissatisfaction and lack of follow-up. Aaron stated he was busy until 9:30 PM Saturday; did not acknowledge lack of Monday follow-up. Observed unprofessional behavior (frustrated gestures, walked back to his desk and frustratingly pushed a chair, walked out of the office for 10 minutes). Overall experience included: Confusion and pressure regarding reservation/hold policy. Dismissal of mechanical concerns prior to purchase. Multiple preventable mechanical issues immediately after purchase. Lack of communication and follow-up from sales staff. Unprofessional conduct from management and sales representative. Result: Returned vehicle and lost trust in dealership due to poor communication, pressure tactics, unresolved mechanical concerns, and lack of accountability.

I found what I wanted, a 2023 Premium 4Runner in my preferred colors. The car was priced competitively and only had 30K miles. However, the car was at Mountain States Toyota (MST) in Denver. I read the reviews of MST, which are overwhelmingly positive. A sales agent named Jake was mentioned a few times. I called and spoke to Jake. He was very appreciative that I sought him out. The price was fixed; I needed him to help me inspect the car prior to deciding whether to purchase it. Jake told me that prior to going into sales, he had been an auto mechanic for fifteen years. He volunteered to do a FaceTime inspection for me, as well as a remote test drive. That sounded like a good idea. We met over FaceTime and he took me through the inspection. He even showed me the brake lining, the suspension, the undercarriage, the differential, the oil pan, and the engine. He reassured me that everything looked great. When I asked if there were any exterior blemishes, he said that the car looked great. The next day, I was ready to buy the car. Jake informed me that there was a person enroute to look at it, and that person had priority. I understood. Later, he called to tell me that, unfortunately, the car was being purchased. I told him that I understood and thanked him for his time and effort. A little while after that, he texted me that the deal fell through and to contact him immediately. I did and he said that the car was essentially mine. I thanked him. He said that his sales manager, Patrick, would send me a link to put down a deposit to reserve the car. At one point, Jake suggested wiring the total cost of the vehicle as a deposit. I balked at that. Up until this point there had been no pressure on me to move forward. Once it came time to reserve the vehicle, I started to feel pressure. Maybe it was necessary, maybe not. However, as I was waiting for the deposit link, Patrick then informed me that, as he was going to retrieve the keys to the vehicle in order to take it off the market, someone else came in and was taking the car for a test drive. Again, I was told that this customer had priority over me. I began to feel some frustration. Patrick then texted to say that the customer moved on and the vehicle was now mine to reserve. I did end up sending a reasonable deposit to the dealership. I made last minute arrangements to fly out the Saturday after the Thursday afternoon when we were initializing the purchase so I could complete the paper work, intending to drive the car back home. When I arrived at the dealership, Jake took me out to get my first in-person look at the car. To my dismay, I immediately noticed a significant scrape, about 6 inches long, at the bottom of the driver's side door. There were a few other small scratches, but nothing major. The interior looked very nice. At first Jake told me that he had not noticed the scrape. Later, he said that, on the MST lot, this kind of damage was not considered significant. So, which was it, he had not noticed it or he noticed it and decided it was not significant? It was at this point that I felt misled by Jake. Jake had the car buffed out by his technicians, and, to be fair, it did look better than before, though still noticeable. When I again expressed my disappointment at the scrape not being disclosed before I flew down, Jake left, ostensibly to ask Patrick if there was anything they could do to make it right. Next thing I know, Patrick is there to seal the deal. Standard car buying experience: sales agent passes the customer off to the sales manager. They threw in a cargo net and cargo security cover, which I appreciated. Ultimately, I liked the car and the price, and completed the purchase. My advice to Jake is that he be completely transparent about the vehicle up front and let the customer decide what's important. My otherwise good experience was somewhat tainted discovering the scrape upon arrival.

They dont play games with your head, they demonstrate genuine care, kindess, and professionalism. They dont play the game of being fake towards you during the process and then off you go in your new vehicle and all that stops.... No No No they dont stop caring and they dont stop trying to help or assist you in anyway rhey can. Go to their car lot and chek them out for yourself. It took me a week to try and find all the words to give everyone there the proper credit they deserve and still I cannot find all the right words but I wanted to make sure i put a great review in on them. Enzo franzese I am so impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and genuine demeanor. He makes me feel like I am family and went out of his way to make sure I got the best car that fit my needs and even the best deal! Try going to another car lot and yeah they may say they do but this guy actually demonstrates that and his actions speak louder than words. Once Enzo helped me select the best vehicle that meets my needs my deal went to Mauritizo Franzese for process and review. Mauritzio demonstrated all the same qualities as Enzo and really spent his time going to bat for me on obtaining the best lender, rate, and terms for me. This guy works round the clock I think. lol I would also like to give credit to Isabella Franzese....As soon as you walk in the door she has a very calming, professional, kind demeanour about her and is right there to help and take care of customers right away. Her smile as well as rest the team I have never seen so genuine before. These guys dont know I am putting this review in but they certainly deserve more credit than this review. No other car lots compare to this family owned car lot. Your crazy or must not really care how your treated and getting the best deal if you go anywhere else. I was in a bind , the engine on my work vehicle went out and I was borrowing a vehicle from my Father n Law and time was running out. He either wanted us to buy it from him or return it. Nothing fancy just get me to and from work for awhile. Maurizio didn't bat an eye or flinch., his only reply was" When can YOU come down?" My wife and I went down a couple of days later and Maurizio walked the entire lot with us and told me what was in the price range I wanted which wasn't much because everything he has is petty much a new model, lol. But He searched his brain and voila! He said come over here we just got this in and it's not even listed yet. And it was perfect!!! Lower than the price range I was looking to spend, pymts where I wanted. We took it for a drive , ran smooth. Since once again it was closing time we gave him a copy of my licence updated my financials and off we went. While I was at work my wife went in and signed the paperwork and by the time I got off work my new truck was in the parking lot because she wanted her 300c back, lol All I can say is if you want to buy a dependable vehicle. With no pressure and a lot to choose from look no further, one stop shopping. Ask for Maurizio and introduce yourself and tell him ""James and Kim sent me"" You won't go wrong, BTW, he got me financed with no $down!!!

I am bumping this up to 3, because quite honestly salesmen speaking without management involved was what caused this by basically telling me to kick rocks even though they could actually help.
