My family has some of the best and dedicated car guys (my Brother & Father) so I always listen to them. My Brother Ray V. told me to give Littleton a shot after I didn't have much luck at the dealership we originally purchased the car from. I was ready for the worst and received the best IMO. I came in on a Saturday and missed the Service department by a few hours. I was getting ready to leave and was stopped by one of the sales guys and then the manager who didn't just say to come back on Monday, They gave me the info I needed and took the time to introduce themselves to me with a business card and the best time to come back. I came back early Monday morning and met a really good service team. Dan took my info and did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. He gave me a loaner vehicle and made sure to contact me a few hours later and again early the next morning. Dan was very professional and had the car back to us in a short time. Through the years I've been to almost every dealership in the metro area and am sometimes disappointed. I've also owned several restaurants in Denver over the last 30 years and I know good service and have had to answer for not so good service. Sorry to go on so long but I get a great feeling when I'm treated right and the staff go above and beyond. The car business is a tough business and it's wonderful to be treated well. Last time, I couldn't get any help, but this time, they were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to get me into a great car while meeting my high expectations.     DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!…read more I bought my Jeep from this dealership in 2019 and have continued bringing it here ever since, mainly because I live nearby. Unfortunately, every experience I've had with them has been a nightmare. In 2020, I brought my Jeep in to have the tires swapped. Somehow, they failed to properly secure three of the five lug nuts on one of the wheels. While driving home from Boulder, my Jeep started shaking violently. Thankfully, I was able to pull over before the wheel came off completely. That mistake could have caused a very serious accident, and I was incredibly lucky no one was hurt. Most recently, I brought my Jeep in because of an A/C issue. They diagnosed a leaking evaporator and radiator and quoted me over $6,500 for the repairs. I declined the work and contacted them to pick up my vehicle. After days of trying to get a response, I finally went to the dealership myself. When I got there, my glove box had been left hanging out of the dashboard with wires exposed, and all of my belongings had been thrown into the trunk. That is not how a customer should receive their vehicle. I then took my Jeep to another repair shop, where they completed the repairs for about $4,000 less than this dealership quoted me. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with the manager about my experience, he was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, he made an already terrible experience even worse. After years of giving this dealership chances, I can honestly say I will never return. Between the unsafe workmanship, the excessive repair quote, the condition my vehicle was returned in, and the lack of professionalism from management, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your vehicle somewhere else. You'll likely save money, receive better service, and have far more confidence that the job was done correctly. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!

They identified a torn boot on the driveshaft. I texted my sales person to see if they would be willing to help. I received a call from the Director, Rod Schluter, who told me they would assist with the repair. When I tried to cancel, after finding this out, they couldn't give me a full refund even though they had assured me I could go near where I lived to get my oil changed. It's a lousy product and they shouldn't sell it! Then they said they'd give me a discounted additional key fob to offset my partial refund on the service plan but even though the manager has now taken over my issue it's still taking forever to come in...you can't tell me it takes 6-8 weeks for a key fob... It stinks. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when they're deceptive to sell a service plan and then you're stuck. It's not like this is an American Dealership selling the odd European car...so are they really oblivious to how much a European oil change costs? And this was for a bug! All they had to do was order me an additional key...that's all! Sheesh.
