Crepe: 1/10 Paying $18.50 for a crepe with barely any filling is unbelievable. I actually asked twice to make sure my order was correct because I couldn't believe how empty it looked. I also requested strawberries, but they weren't included. I've attached a photo in my review comparing what was advertised to what I received, and the difference is huge. Also, keep in mind that the crepe pictured is after I asked the staff to add more toppings (pistachios). Before I requested that, it had nothing on top. Even after the extra toppings were added, it still looked nothing like what was advertised. Bon Bon (Dulce de Leche): 5/10 These were $3 each and had a cute design on the outside. I tried the dulce de leche flavor. It was very small, and while the taste was okay, it had a somewhat artificial flavor. Overall, it wasn't worth the price. Caramel Turtle: 7/10 A decent dessert with caramel, pecans, and chocolate. Nothing particularly memorable, but it tasted good. Amaranth Milk Chocolate: 3/10 The teddy bear design was adorable, but the flavor was very strange. The texture reminded me of Styrofoam, and it had an odd plastic-like aftertaste. I also felt like the employees were rushing us to leave the store, which made the experience less enjoyable. The interior was cute and well-decorated, but unfortunately the food and service didn't live up to the presentation. I wouldn't come back. Total (w/o tip): $31.25 read more

I stopped by to check this place out since I have passed by it so many times in the last year. They sell chocolates with really interesting flavors. They also have a few kinds of cookies such as Mexican wedding cookies and chocolate chip. I also noticed the crepes on the menu. I would like to come back and try it. I ended up getting an iced latte only since I was just checking the place out. The latte was the worst I ever had, it felt like I'm drinking milk with a drop of coffee. Had to go to trash unfortunately. I don't think this is a place to get coffee from it's more for the chocolates and the desserts. Customer service was ok, a bit unfriendly but ok I might stop by again to try their chocolates in the next few days. They looked really good read more

I'm not sure what I had in mind for the place but it's tiny, the drinking chocolate was very timid and not very rich. True chocolat chaud is much deeper and more than 6 oz is overwhelming. Their "small" at 12 oz should have been fair warning. The barista was very nice and prompt but if you're looking for a rich drinking chocolate experience, seek elsewhere. read more

The cutest gourmet chocolate shop in NoHo! Their crepes are actually delicious but the truffles are my favorite part to try a variety box. It's great for gifts or if you've just got a sweet tooth! The shop itself is small but there's a couple tables inside and outside to eat as well as street parking available. The woman who's been there every time I've come in is so incredibly sweet! Super cute chocolate shop. We were looking for good quality Dubai Chocolate and we found this gem. We got the Dubai Bar and wow! It tastes amazing and super crunchy. The lady told us they are going to have Dubai Crepe and Dubai strawberry cups this week and can't wait to try them both. Highly recommend this place !!!! read more

Wow! This place is a hidden gem with great service and more treats than you can imagine for its small size. Enjoy an authentic crepe made to order, sandwiches or just a cup of coffee in this special chocolatier across from the NoHo park pool. I've run or walked past this place a hundred times and this was my first time visiting because it is easy to miss. The coffee was delicious and the crepe was on par with our favorite booth at the farmers market so my wife and I have a new place to frequent. They also have a wide selection of cookies, sweets, chocolates and more so I can't wait to go back for another treat. Someone ordered a sandwich while I was visiting and I didn't realize how varied the menu was until she did. It must be a local secret because the space was very welcoming and there were a few tables inside the quaint air conditioned dining area for a comfortable escape from the heat. I can't recommend this place enough and will be coming back to try all of the different crepes or to get a special gift. read more

This is a really small location almost hidden in plain sight. I have driven by so many times until one day it caught my eye. This place is amazing. I got the horchata latte iced and it was perfect. Most drinks are too sweet but this had the perfect balance just a hint of that horchata flavor and all the great taste of a latte. They also do have sweet drinks like a white mocha, Mexican mocha which I was told was a tad spicy and many more. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors and pastries as well. read more

I passed by this place many, many times and I was interested to check it out. Lately, they had an enticing ad in the street promoting fun summer drinks. So, we stopped by. The store is very tiny, not a regular coffee shop, there's no room to hang out, they mostly sell fancy chocolates, on the higher price. The store is cute, we ordered the summer coffee drinks, one was supposed to be Horchata based, the other Mexican Mocha. It took forever to get one drink finished! It's one of these places where barista-s have an attitude. I'm a fan of indie places, that's where I go, but waiting in this place I get why people go to chains. They're pretentious for no good reason. It was like watching paint dry on a wall! My husband asked for blended drinks. We got the Horchata, it wasn't Horchata, didn't taste like one, it was more like a cold brew with ice in it which we don't get, it doesn't agree with us. Basically it was a strong espresso of some sort, the barista said it had 2 espresso shots in it. Well, I was having some heart palpitations at the time, so extra shots in my drink wasn't what I needed! And they weren't blended! My husband told them the drink doesn't taste anything like Horchata (we're on a Horchata kick this summer), the barista didn't agree. For the first time we returned the drink and asked for our money back! We never did that, but we felt like this isn't what we need and there's no way we can fix the situation. I'm so disappointed. One of my employees was resigning after two years of being with my family and I was in a pinch for time so I looked to see what could be delivered to me to gift her. I saw this on DoorDash and ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries based on the beautiful photo, as well as their 24pc bon bon. Spent almost $100. The strawberries arrived shockingly unprofessional nothing like the photo. There was one giant strawberry upside down in the corner in a wet paper tin, then about 9 mismatched sizes and shapes of strawberries, some upside down, and some of the strawberry slots had two strawberries in them, which sat outside the mold. Overall it looked ridiculous and not presentable as a gift. So embarrassing I had to rearrange them to make them presentable by throwing away the random giant strawberry. The leaves of the berries were also wilted. None of the strawberries were facing the same direction. I felt humiliated to be her employer and gift her something so unprofessional. 100% misleading photo and not at all what I received. read more

I love the chocolate but that coffee is horrible. EXTREMELY watered down to the point where it's like coffee-flavored water. I'm very shocked about this. LOVE THIS CUTE LITTLE PLACE Staff is super friendly and welcoming and not to mention working hard when I went in the morning on a Friday only 1 lady was present. Parking is simple the side streets have free parking and on both sides of Tujuna have meters just drop in a dime in the meter if you want. One of my favorite chocolate strawberries come from this place! The strawberries themselves are just fresh and delicious! They offer milk and dark chocolate. Besides coffee they also have ice tea and blended drinks. I got a guava tea lemonade and it was deliciously sweet! Lastly I ordered one of their horchata bite size chocolate and it is very tasty & packs a punch! This is definitely now my FAVORITE coffee shop! I can't believe I've lived in the NOHO Art District for now going on 4 years and I just discovered Chok O Latte. It's a tiny mom and pop shop but I swear to you the best coffee (hot or cold) oh and crepes in town. They even have horchata latte which is what I ordered and it was delicious! Perfectly brewed. I've been coming to Chokolatta for the past few years. I always make a stop to select some chocolate goodness for the wife on Mother's Day and Birthday. The top favorite for me are the chocolate covered strawberries. Available in dark, white and milk chocolates. The macaroons are delicious also with a cup of coffee. It tastes like the smoothest dark chocolate with a hint of vanilla, no bitterness.
