    BBQ chicken chopanini.

Fresh. Balanced. Delicious. I left the Chop Stop thoroughly impressed. As a devoted salad lover, finding a fast-casual spot that delivers both freshness and bold flavors has been no small feat but this place gets it right. The Asian Chop salad was a standout, packed with crisp romaine, tender seasoned chicken, edamame, carrots, cucumbers, wonton strips, and an irresistible sesame teriyaki dressing. Made in-house, the dressing reminded me of the one from Cheesecake Factory which happens to be one of my all-time fave salads. Every bite offered a satisfying mix of fun textures. We also tried the bbq chicken chopanini which is essentially a salad wrapped in a vibrant spinach tortilla and grilled to crispy perfection. This one was loaded with sweet and tangy chicken, tomato, black beans, roasted corn, romaine, and ranch sauce. Flavorful and very filling. The space itself is on the smaller side, with just a few tables but it's spotless. I'll absolutely be back to explore more of their creations when craving a satisfying salad. One note/request - please add fruit to your menu as I love it on salads.

I ordered the poke salad from this location and unfortunately discovered an INSECT (cucumber beetle as Google helped me determine) mixed into my salad. It appeared to have been chopped during prep as only one leg looked to still be attached and its rear end was gone. This is a garden pest, which means it likely came in on unwashed produce and went through food handling. While I did receive care through Uber Eats (where I ordered from), this raises serious sanitary concerns. If a bug can make it through food prep, what else might be slipping through? I hope that management reviews their produce washing and inspection process right away to prevent future contamination. This is not just a cosmetic issue, it's a matter of food safety and sanitation. I've ordered from this location several times and usually love their salads, but this experience completely changed my confidence in their food safety.

The beauty of Yelp search. I was trying to find salad spot for dinner. Friend had sensitive stomach and thinking hearty salad. I was surprise amount of places popped up. Thank u Yelp. Chop stop looked like great spot going through the pictures and right side of town. It small place not lot of spots if want dine in. Decor plain but nice. The menu most part all salads, burrito style wraps, and other stuff. Create your own salad as option. I ended up getting Santa Fe Salad. I did combo comes with bag of chips and soda. Honestly surprised but salad was amazing. Hearty, refreshing, chicken was delicious, and greens crispy and fresh. It looked great. If have urge for nice hearty and refreshing salad in life. Chip Stop place to fill that urge.

Some extra "Chops" on the menu.

I have been to this particular Chop Stop a handful of times. At first visit awhile back, being unfamiliar with the brand, I liked my salad, but nothing was blowing wind up my skirt on this place and I did not Yelp about it. I felt like it was like the Subway of salad joints. But I often find myself near the intersection of Warm Springs and Durango and am in need of something to pick up for lunch or dinner that I want to be healthy, green based and quick (quicker than Urth Cafe can afford me up the street in Uncommons). I have been continually returning to this Chop Stop because like Subway, this spot in consistent. Consistent on guaranteed fresh quality greens in my salad. Consistent in the variety of vegetable based options. Consistent in the quick pace in which this salad will be prepared so I can bolt out the door and head home. Consistent on the person behind the counter being welcoming, helpful and no frills about explaining something I might ask. Consistent in that I walk out with what I feel is a great value and a fresh salad. And as I go on and on about the Subway of salad, please know you can get all this consistency mentioned about on a sandwich or a wrap as well. Many many options for plant eaters and meat eaters who should eat more greens alike. So my apologies for not giving you a shout out earlier, but please know I am glad you are in my general hood and I will continue to return from time to time.

    Build Your Own Chop

This was a pretty good and healthy dining experience. Ordering was easy on their website, and they have a ton of choices and customization options. I opted for the build your own chop with chicken and a variety of veggies including two kinds of olives and an Asian dressing. Everything was very tasty and fresh. It does get expensive, though, as you add toppings. I also would've liked an option to have everything tossed with the dressing rather than the dressing on the side, as it's hard to get the dressing distributed throughout otherwise. Definitely go for the pretzel stick with your meal. It's very tasty and soft. Overall, though, this was a tasty and healthy meal!

The gamjatang arrived in a massive stone bowl piled high with tender pork bones, greens, and fragrant perilla seed. Rich, spicy, and deeply satisfying, it was the standout dish of the meal. The samgyetang offered a perfect contrast, with a clean, nourishing broth and tender chicken that showcased the simplicity Korean cuisine does so well. The assortment of banchan was fresh and flavorful, particularly the crisp radish kimchi and cucumber kimchi. We paired everything with Jipyeong Makgeolli, whose creamy, slightly sweet character complemented the meal beautifully. This isn't the place for elaborate plating or culinary theatrics. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish!
