Today we have came back to Togo's for a lunch and our experience was amazing. Great service like always, very friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere was inviting and the store was clean. Food was delicious and the consistency of the food was great too. Loved it. We have tried the ice cream sandwich from Hawaii and it was delicious. Togo's will be now selling the ice cream sandwiches not just cookies as a dessert options. Definitely a must try! read more

I walked into Togo's and immediately felt grossed out. The place was extremely dirty -- food all over the floor, chairs all over the place, and there weren't even any customers inside. Meanwhile, three employees were standing around up front instead of cleaning. What really made us walk out was seeing a toddler come out from the back, looking dirty, and then being handed an iPad that had been sitting next to the cold cuts. That was very concerning and completely unsanitary. The whole front area looked messy and unclean, and after seeing that, we didn't feel comfortable ordering food there. I was excited to come in as I worked at a Togo's sandwich shop when I was in high school about 35 years ago in Southern California. My fiancé and I were in the area and were hungry and I was excited to show him a bit of my teenage roots. The restaurant was not busy at all as it was a later lunch. I ordered the #9 pastrami. The sandwich was made just how I requested, however I wish the meat in the sandwich was served a little warmer as it was served a little on the lukewarm side and not as crispy as I remember. The sandwich was not toasted as the provolone cheese was not melted. The sandwich had a healthy serving of meat. My fiancé ordered the Italian classic and he said it was delicious it was made just as he liked it . The only complaint I have from this is that my order took much longer to be prepared than I expected. They also had another gentleman's order ready before mine was and he ordered after me. Will be back but hopefully there will be another location closer to me. read more

First time! I really enjoyed it! Super clean and menus are easy to read and they also have a screen you can order on which I like. Took my sub to go and had it for dinner. The bread is fantastic! Loved all the veggies on it as well. They don't have any type of oil/vinegar dressing though which I thought was odd. No biggie, I added red wine vinegar when I got home. Taking away 1 star because there was three people working but only the lady acknowledged me. I think she was training the younger gentleman behind the counter, but he didn't say hi when I walked in. There was also an older gentleman (possibly the manager) stocking chips and all that but didn't even look at me once and I was the only in there. read more

I was so excited to see a new sub place opened on blue diamond. I walked in around 8pm the other night and was immediately greeted upon entering. The staff was accommodating for my sub modifications and knowledgeable on the menu. The sub size is perfect and has a good amount of meat. The turkey was delicious and has a good amount of toppings. They also toasted my sub. There is a few tables to sit inside or of course you can order takeout. They have a rewards program that offers some good deals on your birthday and first purchase after joining. Overall it was a solid sub and would def recommend to anyone in the area. read more

I am really upset with my experience at Togo's. I usually enjoy their sandwiches, but after today, I won't be returning. The two girls working didn't seem to know what they were doing and completely messed up our orders. They put way too much balsamic vinegar on mine, making it inedible as well as causing my stomach to hurt, and they over-baked my girlfriend's sandwich. It was extremely frustrating. They shouldn't be working there. I visited on July 4th, 2025, around 1:30 PM at the Blue Diamond and Rainbow location. I didn't catch their names, but I hope they get fired. When a sandwich is messed up, it should be remade, not handed to the customer. This was unacceptable. read more

My wife and I tried this for dinner the other night as she grew up with this brand. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly, so no issues there. I am not sure the value was there though. For one regular, one large and two chips and two drinks was $33! I got the Parmesan bread and it was quite dense and I didn't get much flavor from the bread. I ate half and took the rest home. The next day I put it in the toaster over and it did make it better. I think toasting the bread helped. Not sure if we will be back. My wife was happy with her sandwich since she has enjoyed this place since she was a kid. read more

I just had my first visit to TOGO's. I was welcomed by all the staff with smiles, and offered any help with questions about the menu. The restaurant was very clean with tables to sit or stand. Ate at this Togo's yesterday for the first time since I was a kid in San Diego! We ordered two large sandwiches and they were very big! Much larger than Capriottis or Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches were pretty tasty and were not skimpy on ingredients. I ordered a hot & melty Italian. I asked for the balsamic vinaigrette to be on the side because I didn't want a soggy sandwich by the time I got home. Unfortunately I got no dressing at all. My husband ordered a turkey, ham & cheddar with no onions. They also left out the tomatoes too which was not what he asked for. It wasn't a bad experience but it is frustrating when you don't get what you ask for. There is a lot of variety on the menu. So that's a big plus but if they can't get the order correct that's a big minus. read more

I love Togo when I used to live in San Jose. My favorite sandwich is the pastrami. But this location skimp on the meat. The first time I have the pastrami, there were less than half of what I would get at other Togo location. I thought maybe it was just a mistake by the employee so I would give them another chance. I was wrong when I got the pastrami the second time. Same amount of meat. Less than half of what I can get at other ToGo location. A lesson to this location, loyal customer knows what they are getting. I probably won't be back at this location. read more

We have been to many TOGO's over the years starting in California years ago and since living in Las Vegas for 16+ years we have been to the new ones that have popped up here and we decided to hit this one since it is by the house and it was an extreme letdown. I understand being busy and that is completely fine, but being busy is not an excuse for employees to completely ignore customer requests when making sandwiches. The store was packed and there was quite a few people waiting for sandwiches and you have two employees making them and one hanging out in the corner on her cell phone not really doing much of anything. We did attempt to ask one the workers if they had the gluten free wraps which every other TOGO's we have been in to has them including the Green Valley Location, her response was, " No, nobody orders those so we don't have them." Well, thanks for that info I guess... We order them for our celiac daughter every time we are at TOGOS. Even with that we just decided to order her a salad and then order everyone else sandwiches. Unfortunately we have a few allergies in our house so we have to order one of our kids sandwiches with no Mayo. Once we told them that even after saying it was only for the small they continued to just follow suite on the others and were not receptive to being told that is not how we wanted the others. Once we got home and opened the sandwiches, not only where they all given the no mayo treatment they were all extremely heavily coated with mustard to the point the sandwiches were not edible for two of them and the third which was ordered on wheat was put on white. Again, I understand being busy and maybe feeling overwhelmed but there is no excuse for the service to be non existent and for who I am assuming was the manager on duty to be behind the counter playing on her phone looking like she could care less that the other employees were literally sinking. I think we will continue to make the drive over to the Green Valley location when we want TOGO's this was an absolute mess all the way around. read more

We live nearby and I used to frequent the original Togo's in the 70s in San Jose. We've been looking forward to checking it out. We decided to take advantage of the bogo coupon offer. We got there about 7:15 and they close at 8:00. We were impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop. Maurice takes pride and it shows. I had the turkey & avocado. The wheat bread was fresh & soft and the other ingredients were also fresh. They were generous with the avocado too. My husband had the Italian and he felt the same about his sandwich too. The freshness of everything was really nice, especially since we got there so close to closing. One other thing that struck me was the sandwich was not overflowing with the lettuce & other veggies so it was nice to eat without everything falling apart. Plus the onions were sliced nice & thin and weren't overpowering but added a nice flavor. I'm looking forward to going back and trying a couple other sandwiches. There were 4 people working and no one seemed to know which sandwich was whose. They made the person, in front of me, sandwich wrong TWICE. They mistakenly added mustard to my sandwich but after waiting 10+ minutes I said i didn't care just to be done. When I got home to eat it, the bread was so dry and old that I couldn't eat it. Last night's crew needs additional training. We waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a salad. The two customers after us received their orders and flew out the door. One of the customers told me that the crew were testing my patience, and it looked like it wasn't working. I told him, "I will not be back." He replied I completely understand. The person in charge mentioned they needed to chop up cucumbers. Where in the process did prepping the station get missed. The two individuals at the end of the line looked confused. They kept looking at the sandwiches they just prepared - WHY? I was really excited, but when I got home and took a bite, I had to spit it out-it was cold in the middle and seemed undercooked. Normally their food is really good, so I'm a bit surprised. I go there often and usually recommend it to friends, so I hope this was just a one-time mistake.
