White meat roast chicken with rice, mac & cheese and dirty mashed potatoes. Great portion size.

he entrance is through the courtyard. But there are signs that indicate how to find the entrance. Tanya helped us. She was fantastic and answered our questions. I ordered the quarter chicken (white meat) with dirty mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. It came with a lot of rice also. I chose the garlic sauce. The chicken was cooked well and not dry. I thought it could be more flavorful. The garlic sauce looked like lard and had the consistency of lard. It was garlicky but I didn't like the consistency. I wouldn't call it sauce. I would call it a spread. The sides were perfect and tasty. My husband ordered the cheese steak and fries with fry sauce. He said that the peppers in the cheesesteak added great flavor. The cheese steak was delicious and the fries were cooked to perfection. I will try a different sauce for the chicken next time

Staff was excellent and friendly. Porchetta plate was mid. Chimchurri was really good, along with elote corn and cole slaw. Cole slaw was fresh and crunchy, the way I like it. However, there was not enough crispy pork belly. I think I counted three small crispy pieces. Porchetta was chopped in cubes and a little overcooked which made it taste a kind of dry. I didn't get the Porchetta sandwich but it's the same deal, chopped cubes of pork. From the looks of the other pictures, there doesn't seem to be enough crispy pork belly. I feel bad because I will always compare all porchetta sandos to Roli Roti's Porchetta sandwiches in San Francisco - the standard of all porchetta sandos. Roli Roti's sandos give you thin slices of juicy crispy rotisserie porchetta on a porchetta drippings-soaked Acme bun with arugula, housemade onion marmalade and rosemary sea salt.

I've dined here a few times and the meats are consistently good and always seasoned perfectly. This is a solid casual dining spot with reasonable prices for the portion size. Even the child menu meals are good sized. The restaurant is bright and inviting. Service is friendly but slow. For some reason, every time I've been, at least one of the sides is a disappointment. On this trip, it was the brussel sprouts. We loved the porchetta plate and the combo chicken and beef plate.

This is one of our favorite spots. Clean high quality food and consistent every single time. This is now their only location, I hope to see it more busy they deserve it.

Finally was able to visit this hidden spot inside a strip mall near apartments and unfortunately not easily found but definitely worth the efforts!! Super dope vibes great energy and amazingly friendly helpful staff!!! Eating for one so only tried the half chicken plate plus the Brisket plate!!! Sides are all so delicious!! Sooo much tasty goodness and really greatly priced!! Highly recommended but I'm so glad I don't live close by or I would eat here everyday!!! Please go support this neighborhood spot!!

Friendly service and decent food. Servings were large and the courtyard seating was comfy and plentiful.

After my financial advisor appt., I stopped for a quick lunch before heading home. I want to call this area a corporate park or a business center hungering for companies to come and lease some space. You can feel lost as you drive in and park. From the outside, I walked around to get into the middle of the complex where Karved is nestled with other restaurants and shops. The whole complex felt empty and abandoned. It was nice to see a person greet me from the back of the kitchen, behind the counter when I finally walked in. Or maybe he looked up wondering...what's this guy doing here taking a picture? Known for their sandwiches, I tried the French Dip. First of all, it was great to get out of the 110 degree heat. Second of all, the place was nice and clean with tv monitors to add some life to the lifeless place. I was probably early and avoided the hungry white collar employees that slaved away in this complex. Regardless, I was happy the sandwich arrived. The plain tin plate with the plain looking sandwich with chips and a cup of au jus, next to some peppercini kinda fits the profile of the complex. Think post apocalyptic 1984. But once I took a bite, all that didn't matter. What mattered was my lunch. It was delish. Tender meat. Sandwich bread soaked up the au jus nicely. Throw in a bite of the chip and peppercini and you're transported away to flavortopia. Too bad I'm a remote worker.

What a cute place! Service was great and the tables were clean. I ordered the crispy cauliflower sandwich that came with Cole slaw (they have regular and mayo-free option) and a tasty sauce. It was really good, but my baguette was a bit hard so I ended up just eating the inside portion. I'll be back to try another sandwich!

Food is solid, good customer service and overall great experience Inside is clean and the natural light is nice! The chicken is the best thing I've had on their menu so I definitely recommend you try that and any sides that you're craving

My wife and I enjoyed lunch at Karved in South Las Vegas. The whimsical vibe made for a fun, off-Strip meal. My wife's half chicken was flavorful and well-seasoned, paired nicely with crispy Brussels sprouts. My French dip was a solid 7/10, tender beef tri-tip with savory au jus, though I'd have liked moister, more seasoned beef and a softer roll instead of the dry baguette (just my preference, still a good sandwich). The mac and cheese was mild, not too creamy, but tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. Karved is worth a visit for solid comfort food.

The tiny bits of crunchy skin on the porchetta plate

This was in our bookmarks because we love us some Porchetta and they ended up on our radar because of TikTok. We went to the location that was downtown, but they were no longer there, so we sped over to this location before they closed. It felt like we got there before we closed because the employee seemed tired and was past the nicety hour. She just wanted to go home. Sis got the porchetta plate because she wanted the sides and it was a pretty good choice because the Cole slaw was still fresh and tasty. The plate however had tiny bits of crunchy skin. So disappointing. The whole point of porchetta is to get that crunchy skin, but it was the end of the day so they probably ran out. Should have gotten the porchetta sandwich to see if we would get the same tiny shards of skin. The chimichanga and lemony sauce was good on the porchetta, but it was okay. They were closing up and the lady was a lot nicer, probably because she was on her way out the door. Was it worth driving all the way over to the Gramercy? Eh. Maybe if it was the beginning of their day when we could get the best of what they had but we felt like we were getting pan scrapings by the time we got there.

Went to Karved for the first time with my husband. He has been going here for quite sometime now. He made me try the porchetta sub and carne asada fries with a side of drink. Food was good and service was great. I like the ambiance of the place. They have simple white walls and playful decor that looks arts and craft. This very much uplifts the white walls of the restaurant.

The atmosphere is everything I want in a neighborhood restaurant... warm, inviting, lively, and effortlessly cool. Over the years, I've worked my way through quite a bit of the menu, and there honestly hasn't been a single miss. The Green Tartare is one of my favorites, the oysters are always incredibly fresh, and the scallops are delicate, balanced, and absolutely delicious. The bravas potatoes are addictive (it's easy to see why they were voted the best fries in Nevada), and the sprouted cauliflower is must order for me every single time.
