I love chopped salads. This is very good and close to work. I had the buffalo chicken salad with the hot ranch dip. It was excellent.

There can never be enough places to have a nice salad. I have been to other cities that have similar salad focused restaurants and they never disappoint. The spicy salads are the best. I only hope a few more locations appear closer to me. With the slim chance of my dream of a Soup Plantation opening in central Ohio Chop5 will do nicely. read more

This place has been open for 9 days and we've already been here 3 times! I've never been happier that a restaurant is located so close to home. We have been blown away by their service and the quality of the food each time we've gone. The ingredients are always fresh, which is a welcome change from a market saturated with unhealthy and fried options. But perhaps the most unique thing about Chop5 is that, since our very first visit there, the manager and owner, Alex and Allen, have taken the time to talk to us during every single visit. They are genuinely interested in getting the community's feedback as they make the rounds talking to their guests and even suggesting we sign up for their rewards program when they saw how frequently we've been coming. The food options are unparalleled and not something you can find anywhere else in this market. My favorite menu item has quickly become the Mexican bowl, which is absolutely delicious. However, hubby has also had a Mediterranean bowl, a steakhouse chopped wedge wrap, and the southwest chipotle salad and it has all been fantastic. Their chocolate chip cookies are also delicious and we are quickly on our way to becoming regulars here, unashamedly. read more

The customer service will be the death of this place! The food is good but I've never been treated so badly when ordering. The short black girl with the shaved head was totally rude to me. She just stood there staring at me. I didn't know if we were going to fight or if she was gonna take my order. First time at Chop5 today. Lots of healthy options. I ordered a Southwest Chicken salad. It was pretty bland overall. I think my mistake was not getting the dressing on the side. They add the dressing to everything else and "chop" it in your salad. It turned into a semi watery mess, but it will still pretty good. I will definitely get it on the side next time. They ask you this up front, so, take their advice and get it on the side! Clean space and mostly easy ordering. I'll be back to try something else for sure. read more

Obviously this is a salad place and the southwest chipotle service will not disappoint. I like that you can substitute some of the "recipe" and add on additional items for a fee. I built my own salad and was very happy with the results. I am not a fan of big pieces of greens so loved that they chopped it all up for me. I work at a hotel about 5 minutes from the Polaris Parkway location. Being in a hotel I'm not able to get out so I use a food delivery service. About 45 minutes after my food was scheduled to arrive, I got an email that the delivery service had cancelled my order. Customer service indicated that I should call the location, which I did. Not only was my salad ready; but this wonderful associate brought it to me herself. Amazing service! And my salad was delicious! So when our guests ask which food delivery service to use, I won't recommend the one I used. When they ask me who has great food and excellent customer service, I will send them straight to Chop5! First time here, I had a great experience. Got a custom salad, mix of spinach and romaine with cucumbers , tomato, olives, Parmesan cheese avocado and shrimp. (Avocado is an extra charge , but it's half an avocado and worth it ). The dressing was Citrus Dijon Vinaigrette, which was good but powerful so I asked for light dressing. When paying I noticed a red pepper gouda soup and asked to taste it , it was yummy so I added a cup of soup. It was very reasonable, $11 , for both. Really fresh ingredients and a lot of food. Such a great place that has many options on the menu and if nothing is looking good, you can build your own salad! Only downside is that it's a bit pricey but depending on what you get, you can eat for two meals. I've been going to Chop5 for months. I'm even a member of their rewards program. I have always had a 100% positive experience. I went in last night, and was greeted by the server behind the counter saying that she would not serve me. No explanation was given. I was wearing a shirt and shoes, and have had zero issues the countless times I have visited previously. I promptly left, never one to stay where I am not wanted, especially at a place where your food will be prepared. I'm one who believes that a business owner has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I just wish Chop5 would be honest about who they do not want in their establishment. I was hoping this would be more like a chopped salad deli like they have in the NYC area. In those restaurants, you pick all your ingredients and then they chop it up into a HUGE salad (think the "big salad" in Seinfeld). Chop5 is more like a Chipotle for salads. The ingredients are fresh, but nothing overly exciting. They also have rice and quinoa for Chipotle-like bowls. They have set menu items or you can make your own combination. We both got menu-item salads and they were good, but nothing special and the size wasn't particularly large. You get a bigger salad at Panera. The restaurant itself is nondescript and not very many tables. I've been in McDonald's with better ambiance. I cannot imagine there is enough seating during lunch during the workweek. Nothing special enough to make me want to come back. I was very disappointed. read more

Love the idea of this place! I tried a Caesar salad with tofu. I didn't love their Caesar dressing, but I know I could have tried it beforehand if I had asked. I tried the Ranch dressing my mom got, and it was delicious! Definitely some of the best Ranch dressing I've had. I can't even describe why it was so great. I'm not a huge Ranch dressing fan, but I will definitely be getting that if I return (which is likely)! Prices are a bit high maybe, but the salads are completely satisfying. read more

One of the guys working was very friendly and nice.
