    Sweet potato fries and calamari
    Antora S.

First time visiting here. We were seated right away, the place was very clean. It was not busy at all. We ordered sweet potato fries and calamari for appetizers and both were good. For entree we ordered shrimp risotto and chicken tortellini. I didn't care for either. Both of the dishes lacked flavored. Definitely needed more seasoning on both dishes. With so many restaurants in Westerville, I just dont see myself coming back here again.

Such a cute restaurant and they are very knowledge on gluten allergies. Menu is specifically marked and server was very accommodating! Second time here and for sure will be going back. Must order the Tuscan popcorn it is so good!!

Watery and tasted like extremely burnt bacon. Couldn't eat more than a couple bites. This was the Chicken Tortellini dish.

It was so disappointing. It was our Valentine's dinner and we did have a late reservation but they were out of all their Valentine's specials. Drinks were okay (I loved mine, husband hated his but could've been his own fault for what he ordered) and some employees were having drama behind the bar which was a little awkward but we laughed it off. But the real issue was the food itself. It was terrible. Worst food I've ever had at a restaurant and no I'm not exaggerating. We aren't picky people and even if we don't care for something we will still generally eat it. We both ate about 3 bites and couldn't force any more. We didn't call over a manager which we know we could've. But I don't usually complain and honestly other than getting comped we weren't really going to wait for more food since it was already late especially if it was the same quality. The pasta tasted like someone made it in a dish with burnt bacon or something. My husband's tasted like they poured vinegar on it. We really wanted to love it here, the menu looked great. But we left pretty disappointed because it was Valentine's Day. We at least had fun with each other because of each other and made the best of it.

We had a work meeting in the private room for lunch. The room is beautiful. The tv and tech set up were great. The staff was very good. We got to choose from a limited menu that our admins chose ahead of time. The Napa greens salad was good but needed more dressing. The Julianne pear flatbread was very good. The popcorn is delicious. This was our second time here and we will do it again I'm sure. It's a crowd favorite. I didn't finish my review last time so I'll add that last time I got the chicken BLT. It was good but I wanted to try the pizza this time.

This place is a little treasure! My baby shower was hosted here and it was absolutely amazing! The food was wonderful and the staff were all so friendly! The party room we used was in the front of the restaurant and it's the perfect place for an intimate gathering! I was at another outing there a couple weeks back and again, everything was great!

Absolutely LOVE Napa Kitchen & Bar! Such a cute restaurant and has the best food. I don't think there's anything that I've had there that I didn't like. Today I went with a group of girls and made a reservation on OpenTable prior. We arrived at the reservation time and were seated right away. My only issue with my experience today was that our waitress didn't refill the water at our table often then when we were leaving I saw a sign that said they were closed due to short staff. My absolute favorite thing on the menu is the Juliette, it's a flatbread with Brie, pear, garlic cream, caramelized onions, Parmesan, white balsamic glaze. AMAZING!! Everyone should get this. Also the baked brie appetizer is so good. Brie and orange marmalade in a crisp, honey-drizzled phyllo shell - apricot, orange and cracked pepper preserves, Granny Smith apples, fresh strawberries. Definitely check out this restaurant. It's such a great spot!

First time in tonight! I'd had my eye on Napa for awhile because their menu sounded promising but being that both locations are nearly 30 min from me I'd never made the trip. We decided to pop in tonight, we made a reservation but it wasn't super busy so we probably didn't need it. I started with the mango mule mocktail, it wasn't too sweet which was nice. For my main I got the grilled shrimp risotto. The shrimp had a good amount of flavor and was cooked well. The risotto wasn't mind blowing but it tasted good. My boyfriend got the chicken saltimbocca, again not mind blowing but tasty enough. Our server and the hostess were both very friendly and accommodating. Overall I'd be back to try their wine flights and maybe even brunch. The location is super cute as well.

This is a great place for wine and meeting 6/8 people. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. They accommodate small groups very well. The food was fresh and delicious. My favorite appetizer was the popcorn (secret menu item). The Brie cheese was also amazing. I can't wait to come back and enjoy it again.

First time here, party of 7, we had the 15' table on the left side as you enter the restaurant. The vibe is farm table chic. We ordered a number of apps in addition to entrees. Unfortunately, i didn't take photos of everything but everything was excellent. The food took about 1/2 hour to arrive, perhaps sign that it was being made to order. Service was very attentive as one in our party has a nut allergy and the staff answered every question, patiently and accurately. If memory serves, altogether we ordered, Beef Short Ribs, Braised Veal Meatball, Crab Cakes, Crispy Calamari, French Onion Soup, Hearts on Fire Salad, Oven Fired Penne, Wedge Salad, and the Burger. Prices are a little higher than average ($20-$38) but totally worth it. Reservations are recommended.

    Gluten free options besides salads?

Yes. They have gluten free flatbreads and gluten free chocolate pot de crème for dessert.

What's the parking situation? Private lot, or street thanks.

Yup- private lot (shared with other stores in the same complex but not all have opening hours in the evening so usually ample parking) It's right out front of NAPA or more around the side. Hope that helps :) Enjoy!

The manager, lied right to my face when she brought me new well done (as I originally asked for) bacon. She said..it looks like less bacon because it's cooked more well done!! What a stupid thing to say!! Do you think I'm an idiot and can't count??!!! She took away about 8 pieces of limp bacon and brought me 2.5 crispy pieces!!! Then..by the time all that happened..my obviously microwaved biscuit had turned to stone..couldn't eat it at all. My server said that her manager told her to charge me full price! I refused to pay $18 for something I couldn't eat. Eventually, after some arguing..we got it taken off the bill. No apologies, no other concessions...nothing! My daughter had the exact same issue with her BLT. She was charged and paid for nothing. After that experience..they lost 2 customers and more to follow I'm sure. Do they care? Not bloody likely. They will be going under soon unless they make changes quickly.

We were seated quickly in the late afternoon on a nice Saturday, which was surprising. The service was good. The food was just so-so. My wife got the fish and chips. It came with 2 decent sized filets, but one was very thin and the other was thick-sort of looked like a processed piece with a hand-dipped one. Steak fries were nicely done. She got a cup of clam chowder which was fine. I ordered chicken wings with a lemon pepper rub and a side of fried mushrooms. The wings were ok in size, but very dry, grilled a bit too long and the rub had no flavor to speak of. The mushrooms, though, were very good! Our big complaint was about a drunken group of bar crawlers who were seated in the very front of the dining area, carrying their own drinks and loudly slurring like they'd just walked into a honkeytonk, dropping F-bombs and disrupting the atmosphere. The manager soon arrived to take away their outside drinks but then did nothing to inform these adults that they were in a family restaurant, not a reception hall. Their obnoxious noise drove us to finally take the rest of our food to go. It was disappointing that this issue wasn't quashed immediately. For the price, we don't recommend the place.

I came here on a cold March evening with my colleagues for a team dinner after a two-day conference. My co-worker was kind enough to tell the restaurant we were celebrating my birthday, so they had decorated our table with some cute birthday confetti and had a card for me. Such a nice touch! I wish I had thought to take pics, but I was so exhausted. Now, on to the food! We got calamari for the table as a starter. It was sprinkled with feta, which I enjoyed. It was cooked nicely and had great flavor. Oddly, we got served butter and sour cream instead of the black pepper aioli and voodoo sauce that was supposed to come with it. Thankfully, they realized it and brought us the right sauces. For my main, I got the Blackened Seared Scallops, a really unique dish that came topped with pork belly and served on creamed corn with tomato jam and bourbon syrup. This leaned to the sweet side but the smoky flavor of the pork belly gave great balance to the delicate scallops and the sweetness. And that bourbon syrup was addictive. I cleaned my plate! I would definitely recommend this dish if you like a sweet/savory combo. None of us ordered drinks or dessert on this go-around, but the manager stopped by to chat with us. Again, really nice touch. One slightly worrying thing: one of my colleagues is allergic to mushrooms. He ordered something that didn't mention mushrooms on the menu, but it was on the plate. Thankfully he noticed it before he started eating and they remade it for him without mushrooms. So if you have food allergies, be sure to ask questions because it may include an ingredient the menu doesn't mention. That said, our servers were wonderful and it was an overall pleasant experience.
