First time ever at Chopped Leaf . I ordered the sunshine salad with chicken . I'm trying to eat better and recently started Keto . I asked for no apples , and just assumed that would be it . The young lady making my salad asked if I would like anything to replace the apples . Oh my so many choices . I opted for peppers . The menu it terrific . So many healthy delicious choices . My salad was fast , fresh , the chicken was hot and it was delicious. Staff checked in on me twice to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything. I've gone Greek after I tried the Zeus Stuffed Cup. To put it simply, #yummohmygod. Brown basmati rice mixed with tomatoes and cukes and feta and tzatziki and Greek Dressing. Great takeout dish that hits the spot. Good for diabetics because you can have a bit of carbs in the basmati rice. You can also customize your salads or preorder from a wide selection from the menu. Great way to eat healthy on the go and one of very few healthier vegetarian places in this part of town. Filthy! Just filthy dirty in there. Everyone was clearing their own tables and 3 of us (separate customers) had to ask for a cloth to wipe our table. Just deplorable! We've given this place too many chances to get their act together and this time we will not be going back. First of all the place is always dirty and messy and never busy enough to justify the mess. The staff are sloppy and often make mistakes with orders. Today we ordered a $14 South West salad without beans and got no beans and no corn, spinach that was not fresh / should have been thrown out. Even my partner's 13 year old complained that the service takes forever. Either the owner doesn't care or isn't there. Regardless, we wanted to spread he word. Been a while since I ate at Chopped. Seems to have gotten a little tired and has gone down a little since it first opened. The place overall could use a good clean and staff not as attentive and happy as I remember. Certainly a better option than typical fast food but not my first choice. So sick of the only "healthy" fast food being subwAy with its weird smelling carby bread or salads that just taste like your sandwich fell out of its bun with no real dressing. All I can say is Bangkok wrap with prawns!! My go-to! It comes to a little over$10 with tax but only $6 with no prawns. Has greens snow peas noodked peanuts and kilker peanut dauce. Other protein options are cheaper. I got at least 6 large prawns in it. The wrap veggies sauce - everything is top quality. I dont understsnd how people cam think its too expensive - its fresh delicious food!! I know a lot of people who spend more than $10 on a gross greasy fast food lunch and regret it after. Love how there is a healthy fast food option here. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Lots of selection and the service is excellent. Food was tasty and fresh! Like the kids options too. This place is a total rip-off. I ordered the Aztec bowl off their new fall menu and which lists the Boca plant-based crumble as one of the ingredients an NOWHERE does it say it's an "extra", but when I got it, it had no crumble at all. When I asked, they said I'd have to pay extra for that and it's the fault of corporate's advertising, not theirs. They said I could have substituted it in for the cheese I left off, but they didn't tell my husband that who was ordering it for me. I just paid $10.20 for a bowl with rice, lettuce, a few beans, tomatoes and some dressing! What a complete rip-off!!!! I'll never go to this location again! I honestly LOVE chopped leaf for the healthy choices that can fill a person up! But man, the f*cking service is so bad! I always ask for their water of the day, but every time i go there, they forget to give it to me right away - and i assume (every time) that they will serve it to me with my bowl but NOPE! Lazy folks running this location. Id have to ALWAYS ask for it, and they give me a dirty look all because I asked for something that I ordered(???). I came in the other night, 8PM - well before closing to have a quick bite with my husband. We ordered, paid, and sat down to eat our meal, but the lazy lady decided to make our meals to go and got mad because we were sitting down and waiting for our meals. We did not specify that we were getting our food to go as we just wanted to quickly eat. But i guess the folks here are super lazy and just wants to go home RIGHT at 9pm since thats the time the store closes! My husband even gave this place a tip, thinking we'd get good service, but now we regret giving them our goodwill gesture. Management, please fix this. Completely unacceptable behaviour from your staff. Lazy folks run your closing shifts, how can you guys maintain a sustainable business when your frontline staff are ruining it because they just want to go home early or take the easy route out? read more

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. The owner charged me a dollar more for a salad I have been picking up from 5 other locations for $12.60 for momths now. Every other location charges the same price but this location charges the extra dollar. Because if I swap olives out of the Pegasus salad bowl he said I can add one item regardless of price even if I'm only adding a .50 cent item. It would make logical sense that if I take out a dollar item I should be able to add two items for .50 cents each. Not according to this owner. Who didn't smile when taking the order and had horrible customer service. His staff does better than him when it comes to service but that's the last time I eat there. Horrible experience. read more

Came here 05-07-17 @3:30pm. The two female staff did not greet or tell customers where to order they stood at the till and rolled their eyes. The restaurant was filthy, the staff did not clean the tables or restaurant even when it was just one customer inside. I will never come back here. Rude staff. Horrible service read more

The food is consistently good, the staff are usually friendly and there are a couple of staff members who remember me and have my order started before I get to the till, so great customer service there. read more
