Went here with my family and went a little overboard with ordering - to which the cook asked if we really wanted all that dim sum. "YES WE DO!" Food was tasty, authentic and what we were really looking for. The spot is tiny but we got there early enough to secure a table. Everything was delicious! The only thing that need improvement is the cutlery and the serving dishes. Maybe have metal forks for people who can't use chopsticks? Overall, solid food. Solid place. A dim sum place in Bethlehem PA? Yes, and probably the only one afaik. I was up here visiting friends and they took me to try this newer place. It's small and probably less than 14 ppl can dine here at one time. Also, dim sum is ordered on a small menu. But what I had was authentic and very tasty! I had roast pork buns, corn and chicken dumplings, pork steamed rice roll, and beef noodle soup. The first three were excellent, while the beef noodle soup was unfortunately just average. The main problem with the soup was the broth was too watery imho and the noodles were too firm and tasted like instant noodles. The beef was tender and good at least. My friend had the pork soup dumplings and said they were good. I'll try those next time. She also had the shrimp wonton noodle soup and that also looked good. I tried the bok choy in the soup and the bok choy was terrific. Overall, this place is pretty legit when it comes to the dim sum, but the beef noodle soup can be skipped. But hopefully they'll improve that part. The soup is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. But it's a strong 4 to 4.5 stars at least. read more

Located on East Broad Street in Bethlehem, it's open Thursday through Monday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a one hour break from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. My brother and I stopped in for lunch for the first time this past Friday. With the cold air settling in and snow on the way, it was the perfect day for hot soup and dim sum. We shared a selection of dishes, including sui mai king (plump, open-topped dumplings filled with shrimp), corn and chicken dumplings, delicate soup dumplings, pork buns filled with sweet, tender pork, and a shrimp steamed rice roll. After we finished the dim sum dishes, we moved onto the noodles. I ordered the beef noodle soup, and my brother went with the shrimp wonton noodles. All the food was fresh and flavorful, the owner was warm and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Our entire meal came to under $55. read more

Initially, it leaves a great first impression. The store front is unassuming as it looks like a normal duplex but the front door and when you walk inside make you feel like you're gonna get the most authentic food ever. Six beautiful tables line the walls. It's tight but it's cute inside. The menu was limited which I understand since the spot only opened 6 days ago. You pay first so that's nice. Bring cash to tip. I forgot & there's no option to add. Sorry but I'll be back. Everything was going good but I wasn't all the way sold on what I ordered. The Iced Milk Tea was FABULOUS! The Siu Mai was big disappointment. Not a trace of mushroom and flavorless. The Steamed Pork Bun (Big Bun) was good. It only had pork and cabbage as the main ingredients but it was good. I read the reviews and was SO excited to try this place. Maybe they were having a bad evening? It was a Friday around 6 pm. No one else in the restaurant when I arrived, by the time I left, the tiny place was full. Plastic silverware & paper plates to those dinning in! Bad! I had nothing sharp enough to split a dumpling! No soup spoon! What. It would have been fine if the food was great. It was not. All standards were average. Some how with 3 items I managed to rack up a descent bill. Maybe it was the not cold iced tea that should have tipped me off. Shumai was average at best and I had to ask for the sauce. The fresh shrimp dumpling soup--difficult to eat without a soup spoon and plastic, and the broth... tastes like powdered chicken stock. The soup dumplings were the one thing that had a little flavor. I was so sadly disappointed. The one guy working seemed annoyed and frazzled. All and all, hoping I caught them on a bad night. read more

We wanted to try this place. I heard it just opened. We had some shrimp, shumai, some sticky rice, pork and cabbage dumplings. And a pork bun it was all very fresh and just made the sticky rice was good just a little different from something I've ever had before. The dumplings were delicious and the pork bun was really good too. The shrimp shumai were especially good all reasonably priced. Too bad the place is really small. I placed a To Go order as I was shopping in the area. The menu is very limited, but that just makes it easier to make your choices. Also, it was affordable. The food was very delicious.
