This place is so tasty. It's a little bit pricey, honestly, a little too expensive for me.But once in a blue moon to go and have their food, I will definitely go and spend the money to go and do it.I just wouldn't do it all the time. Very oriental ambiance in there very bright, as well as calming. It's kind of hard to explain unless you go and see it for yourself. The ladies give great service. They know exactly how to make their food and what they're doing.

Anyone searching for a great flavored, authentic, local Asian restaurant, Chopsticks is an amazing deal. For the price you pay, I got a full, hearty, bowl of Hu Tieu soup. We all know ramen and pho but Hu Tieu is another type of Asian soup mostly Vietnamese with egg noodles with a flavorful chicken stock. If your sick, come get it, if your hungry, come get it, if your bored, come get it. Bouncy chewy egg noodles, slices of pork meat, fresh greens, and a flavorful soup base. It's a must to add the $5 on the side pork bones, it's more meat in the bowl. The pork meat is all off the bone, it's been tenderized. After the bowl, my mouth wasn't dry so I have a feeling they didn't add or did add very little msg which I appreciate it versus other dishes I've had and had to drink a bottle of water to moisturize my mouth.

This was my second time at Chopsticks, got a to-go order and the food blew me away. The Beef bulgogi bai was like a flavor bomb exploded in your mouth and the Spare ribs was something else too. What I loved the most in the spare ribs bowl was surprisingly the Brussel sprout, they were so good. Needless to say, the flavor was consistent in both the visits. I am going to Chopsticks again

Wow, the reviews absolutely live up to the hype. The food is seriously NYC-level quality, which really impressed me. I'm from San Francisco and travel to New York monthly for work, so I'd consider myself a bit of a foodie, and this place delivered. Austin really needs more Asian street food spots like this. We were honestly shocked to find something this good in Hutto of all places. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming to our two toddlers, which made the experience even better. The food came out quickly and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely worth a 5-star.

Chopsticks is one of those places where you walk inside and are immediately bombarded with a ton of "AI slop" artwork, a chill piano 12-hour YouTube mix playing in the corner, and separate menus: one specifically for dinguses like myself and another for native speakers. You immediately know the food is going to crush. From what I learned from my coworkers, Chopsticks initially was a food truck specializing in Asian street food before moving to their brick-and-mortar location in Hutto. I've been to Chopsticks three times now, and I plan to go back in the near future. The first time I went, I ordered the pork spare ribs bowl with white rice and sautéed Brussels sprouts. I went on a Friday night, riding solo. I also got the Lemongrass Peach Tea. That dinner was a silent reflection of the past, present, and future. The ribs slid right off the bone and into my mouth. The rice was fantastic. I had never had Brussels sprouts before this night. I'm late to the party. Multiple centuries late. How did I not know how good those are? Jeez Louise. The way Chopsticks sautéed them was perfect. I knew I would order it again. As I was shoving the food in my face, one of the owners came by and asked me how it was. All I could give was a thumbs up, or else pork and Brussels sprouts would come out of my mouth. The second time I went, I invited my coworker and we went for lunch. I ordered the exact same thing again. The Lemongrass Peach Tea is perfect too. I cleaned the plate up the second time. The food was just as good. The third time I went, I went with my girlfriend. She thoroughly enjoyed it. I got the Coconut and Kumquat Tea instead of the Lemongrass Peach Tea since she ordered that one. It was pretty good, but the Lemongrass Peach Tea is so good, I think I'll order that again next time. The pork spare ribs bowl was incredible. I feel like I should order it next time. I envision the Pork Spare Ribs Bowl as Nikola Jokić: consistently putting up 20 points (pork spare ribs), 10 rebounds (the white rice), and 10 assists (sautéed Brussels sprouts). This is Hutto's hidden gem.

On recommendation of a years old DAYTRIPPER episode I caught, we drove over 30 miles to CHOPSTICKS, an unassuming strip mall restaurant for BAO. SO GLAD WE DID! The server behind the counter was so sweet and gracious, giving a lovely smile to these first time customers! We explained what brought us there, then noticed the TV playing the episode featuring their cute little place above our heads. We ordered: 2x's bone-in pork rib BAO, and soup of the day, a family sized portion of won ton, and a peach green tea. After getting my tea, (too sweet for my taste, nice with several full slices of peaches accenting the bottom) then the BAO came out. Ok. I'm hooked. The bone slid out just like on TV. The BAO bun was soft and pillowy, but held together to the last bite. So fresh, so delicious and the pork rib was flavorful and tender! Next was the soup. Those won tons were filled with the best pork filling! Ginger, garlic k dominated the perfectly cooked little treasures with a big serving of love. The broth was perfectly seasoned, not overly salted and the exact vehicle to support those won tons. We will return!

This place is PHENOMENAL. Best brussel sprouts I have ever had in my life, rice is always perfect, and the meat is fantastic. I also ordered a peach tea drink that was SO good. This spot has quickly become a go to for us. Service is amazing, the nicest people always working.

Chopsticks is definitely the best Asian restaurant you'll find in Hutto. They offer some unique fusion dishes, combining Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean ingredients, to name a few. We were able to try out quite a bunch of the local favorites like their Hu Tieu Go Noodle Soup, Signature Wings, Pull it Off Bao, Bulgogi Fries, and our favorite Spareribs Bowl. Every dish was perfectly crafted and tasted wonderful. There's an obvious passion that goes into their food. The service was very friendly and respectful. We appreciated everything about Chopsticks. Definitely going to add them into our monthly rotation.

Came in for an early dinner. The person working in the front was super friendly, the inside is really clean and has a relaxing vibe. Bao bun was sooo good, rib bone slid right out. The spicy mango beef dish was also really good. Not too spicy and a bit sweet. I would come back

I was very impressed with this establishment. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming, and the food is incredibly delicious, I want to come back again and again!

This is a great Vietnamese food option in the Hutto area. Service is quick and friendly. It is a spacious, clean, and well-organized restaurant. Would recommend for the locals and visitors.

Dough was very gooey and looked like was not fried properly. Soondooboo Soup was bland, broth was diluted with water. I think it had lack of spices, was greasy and bland. And lastly, calamari rings were greasy and had thick batter coating. The rest was all good and tasty. I would recommend.

Austin's 100% authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Bun Bo Hue: chewy noodles, fresh big chunks of pork and soft beef. The bowl is made the way I would make it at home, tons of meat. For less than $16, it's the best value to dollar to meal in my opinion more than pho or ramen. It is a bowl full of dark and light spicy flavors of soup. Fresh toppings on top, a big piece of pork blood cake. It's as good as Houston BBH. The banh cuon, man, taste like Vietnam. Fresh fresh fresh rice rolls, not too oily which I appreciate, nice textures of the ground pork which is nicely seasoned, sliced woodear mushrooms, and crispy onions on top. The bean sprouts are nicely steamed and sliced cucumbers add a warranted cooling taste. The nuoc mam for me I want to be saltier, garlic, fish sauce but I can add more spice from the bottles on the table. When you take in a bite of the rice roll, dipped in nuoc mam, it's a taste of Vietnam street food. Plus finish it off with a fresh blanched bean sprout. The price point less than $15 is worth it. Now let's talk about my all time favorite, banh knot. Fried little cakes filled with shrimp, a little bit of coconut milk, green onions and it's a little cup of goodness. Add some nuoc mam and it holds it in the cake. It comes with fresh lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and carrots. Roll it into a little roll, bite into the cake and bite into the vegetable lettuce wrap. It's all time goodness. A 1000% must try. Btw, the dining room and all the utensils are very clean. The plates are also spotless.
