They told me they do not sell cashew chicken but I'm confused what I got....

Has anyone has a good experience with chop sticks? I've given this place a chance but I think this is the last straw.... I went in for sesame chicken and a couple egg rolls and came out with I'm pretty sure boiled chicken on some "salad" with some white rice..... I get that I'm fat but can I please get what I ordered for almost 30 dollars and then the lady pointed at the top jar and made me feel obligated to place money in the top jar when it was not busy and they had me waiting almost 30 mins for an order I placed for pickup almost 45 minutes prior....

    General Tao's Steam Rice
    Brad T.

I called in a order for General Tao's chicken, steamed rice and 2 egg rolls for take out. I picked up my order and drove home which is 10-12 minutes from the restaurant. I felt the weight of the bag and was impressed with the portion size but when I opened the container, it was filled with disappointment. The chicken practically tasted like fish and was soggy and the sauce was in the bottom. I tried about 3-4 bites and they were colder than room temperature. The steamed rice is ok, and the egg rolls were mediocre. Basically, I paid $22 including tip for 2 egg rolls and steamed rice. The rest went into the trash.

    Beef pho

This spot hit our craving for pho and some Asian food after a really long day at Rainer!! The food was fresh and the owner was so sweet! We would eat here again

Wilted celery? Spicey means they pour sriacha sauce on it. So gross!

My husband ordered us food and had it delivered using one of the delivery apps (I don't know which…read moreone -I don't personally use them). Our food arrived in less than 30 minutes and I'm sure that it being a Tuesday night helped as it's not usually a busy day/night. We just finished eating and I told my husband I'm writing a review so people know the food is quality. First off, I told my husband I'm hoping the pho broth tastes like grandma made it and it did. Very clear and flavorful broth -a bit heavy on the aromatic spices and I mean that in a good way. It tasted great. I ordered the shrimp pho and substituted for beef broth. Very delicious. I love that there was a to-go big bowl with the noodles so I could pour the broth directly in there. It was the size of a Korean instant noodle bowl and it did the trick. Bean sprouts were on the side. I didn't get the cilantro or jalapeños, but it tasted good enough that I wasn't upset. They did put in the green and white onions I requested and they were fresh. We also ordered the crispy chicken vermicelli and the box was quite full. They give you your money's worth, which I appreciate since so many restaurants short-change you on food quantity when ordering to-go. Not here! The chicken is crispy and not at all greasy. There was also a fair amount. Large pieces of fresh crisp cucumbers. Healthy amount of noodles. Overall, excellent. My husband ordered the gyoza/potstickers, walnut shrimp and rice --all appetizer sized and we are happy with the flavor and quality of all of them. Overall, definitely recommend! Great flavors, fresh food, and good value. We feel we got our money's worth. We will order from here again.

The staff here were friendly, and overall the pho itself was good. Unfortunately, after my soup…read morearrived, I asked for basil since I normally add quite a bit to my pho and was told they had run out that morning. I really wish they had mentioned that before I ordered. Basil is such an important part of the pho experience for me, and I think it would have taken an otherwise good bowl of soup to the next level. I also tried the egg rolls and wasn't a fan. Instead of being light and crispy, they were dense, not very crunchy, and fairly bland. The friendly service was definitely a positive, and the pho had good flavor, but the missing basil and disappointing egg rolls took away from the overall experience.

My friend recommended Pho Yelm and had been here before, so naturally I had to try it out as well…read moreso we stopped by for lunch last week. I thought it was pretty decent. Was it life-changing pho that altered my DNA and gave me a new outlook on existence? No. But was it tasty, filling, reasonably priced, and exactly what I wanted when I was hungry? Absolutely. I ordered the combination pho and thought the portion was a pretty fair size for the price. It was filling and satisfying, and we were hungry enough that we completely finished mostly everything. Well, I did anyway lol. The weather was cold so slurping all of the broth hit the spot (my friend consumed everything else but still had leftover broth smh). I am unfortunately the kind of person who immediately reaches for the Sriracha and hoisin sauce. Ofc, I added both to my pho, so I can't give a completely unbiased review of the broth by itself. But with my usual sauce crimes committed, I enjoyed the pho and felt the overall quality was good. We also got some potstickers, which were pretty tasty. Everything came out in a timely manner, and the service was quick and efficient. No complaints there. The restaurant itself is actually pretty spacious, with plenty of tables and enough room to walk around without having to perform an accidental obstacle course around someone's chair. Always appreciated. Parking, however, was a little less straightforward. We parked on the street in front, and it felt somewhat challenging because of the street setup. My biggest enemy here was not the food. It was the blender. For some reason, the smoothie blender is stationed right by the front counter, and when they make a drink, that thing ROARS. I would be mid-conversation with my friend and suddenly it was like we had been transported onto an active construction site. I could not hear a single word until the blender mercifully stopped. Great for smoothies, less great for maintaining a conversation. I'd give Pho Yelm 4 stars. Good pho, good potstickers, fair prices and portions, and fast service. Nothing that I would consider mind-blowing for Vietnamese food, me being a Viet from Saigon myself, but I definitely would say I had a satisfying meal and I might come back when the pho craving hits (if I'm ever in Yelm again). Just maybe don't tell me anything important while they're making a smoothie. :^)

First off this was my second time here so keep that in mind…read more Second I want to say the service was decent. She was very attentive and the portions were big. My issue was the sanitary aspect or shall I say the lack there of. I mean it's one thing to see a couple hairs on the floor ya know but wow the amount of hair and debris in the floor looked like they hadn't cleaned in weeks. There was a a whole clump of hair under our table and hair hanging from the chairs. I dropped my daughter's blanket on the floor and my husband picked it up and he it had a pubic hair on it. The tables were not wiped off and the bathroom was a disaster zone. I mean if this is what they think their customers should deal with can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food was ok but I'm gonna be honest it's not something I would pay for again when there are other options that at least care enough about their customers that they actually keep the place clean and sanitize. I won't come back but if you don't mind eating in those conditions then it's your choice.

Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.
