When I walk into a restaurant that has tables, I expect table service. Here you go to the counter and order. Having never been here we needed time to look at the menu. It seemed like there was only one menu and we had to stand there and decide. I ordered special chicken lunch special and my husband ordered pad Thai for some unknown reason. He's Thai and never orders it. Ofc it's nothing like the real thing! Not really even close. I suggested he put sriracha on it. I always give one star for a restaurant that puts a bottle of sriracha on the table. Unfortunately that's where it ended. Everything else came in packets. Our lunch was served in styrofoam. Our cups were plastic. We are a family dedicated to eradicating plastic from our lives. The place is small but clean. There was sufficient parking. The employees were very nice. They brought the food but we cleaned up. Everything was a bit on the salty side. Overall I wish I had chosen a different place. We will probably never go back. I'm happy to see that they have loyal customers. Just wasn't for us. read more

Stopped by to pick up dinner after a long day. This location is very convenient...right by the Walmart shopping plaza on Marks St..so plenty of parking I got the walnut shrimp & egg roll to go. Beef with broccoli- beef was okay, but broccoli was gross and soggy and everything was in water essentially. Orange chicken was old and dry and chewy. Boneless bbq ribs tasted off and they were hard and not a great experience to chew. Crispy wonton strips were not fresh and it came in a small bag. We did order the chili crisp, we liked that. Seems it should just come with the food instead of being charged for it but okay. It was a very tiny condiment container. One thing we actually super enjoyed was the house lo mein. Used to like coming here food was always good. Service is very slow. Terrible service place is always hot. Not the most comfortable places to sit around when you order food and have to wait a half hour or more for your food that should've been ready. A half hour sooner went there yesterday, lady sitting there, debating her order on why she couldn't get the luncheon special finally decides to re-order then they're gonna hack over the price in the meantime, I'm standing there waiting for my food order two people at the register. We have been eating at this restaurant for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the food quality has diminished significantly. Our order was $65. The house fried rice had reduced the protein. They seem to think that is you drown some rice in soy sauce, you can call it fried rice. And $10 bucks for this gargage. This place has some nasty food. Never again. We've tried just about every Chinese place within a 10 mile radius of our house and this has the BEST hot and sour soup which I've been craving like crazy. For this dish alone I will be back often. We ordered the Kung pow chicken, sesame chicken, and broccoli beef. My husband declared the Kung pow chicken the best he's had. The broccoli beef had good flavor and the broccoli was crisp and not mushy. We did not love the sesame chicken flavor but the chicken pieces were big and meaty unlike some of the other places nearby. The Lo mein was also pretty bland, but the chicken fried rice was good. We ordered family dinner A which came with two egg rolls and cream cheese rangoons also delicious. We ordered right at 5 and they made everything fresh. We waited about 15 minutes and everything was hot and delicious. I had my 3 small kiddos with me and the sweet lady who I assume owns the place carried my food out to the car for me which was so kind albeit unnecessary. She wouldn't take no for an answer! When you order ribs, you want them falling off the bone. And the sauce was like soup. Listen!!! We ordered a family dinner for pickup including Sweet and Sour Chicken with sauce on the side. Went and picked it up, no problems it was ready on time The service was friendly. On arriving home I found no sweet and sour sauce. I called and asked if they could deliver it (it was there mistake and it is a 10-12 minute drive one way). They said come and get it. I said I could come and get it if they remade the whole order so I could eat fresh food (my dinner was getting cold). Got put on hold then the manager came on and said I could have free sweet and sour chicken on my next order. When asked to do better he declined. We will not be back. Unfortunately.
