Just tasty, healthy food. BBQ Pork Fried Rice with LOTS of Pork! I highly recommend BBQ spare ribs as well!

This is the best takeout Chinese place I have found. Consistently solid, the prices are reasonable and the folks running it care about their customers. I really appreaicte how they try to cook to order when requested. I like Bean Sprouts and Celery with my Pork Fried Rice, and it's a HEALTHY mean by itself. Recommend!

It was my first time trying Chopstix today as I was craving Chinese food. I initially ordered the wrong item and was able to change my order without any problems. The customer service was wonderful and the business itself was pleasant and clean. Thank you for a great experience. I will returning.

Orange chicken

So I really hate writing bad reviews for Chinese fastfood spots. But I had to. First the menu is like Pickup Stix and not panda express style. That is already a huge fail. But what was really unacceptable was how much sauce was in my orange chicken. It was almost stew like! How are you suppose to get that fried crunch with so much sauce? I really don't know how that got served to me. Unless you never had good Chinese food, I don't know how you would be able to enjoy this trash they're serving.

Potstickers, Crab rangoon, steamed rice and Mongolian beef combo.

The food was ok. The only dishes I liked was the Mangolian beef combo, potstickers and crab rangoon. Didn't like the Chop Suey.

Gave them a second chance and got sick both times then friends told us they were on Dirty Diners. Don't eat here.

The food was delicious--honestly the best orange chicken and shrimp fried rice I've had in Nevada. This has quickly become a regular spot, and I come at least 3xs per month. Orange chicken Shrimp fried rice (SOO GOOD!!!) Set up was a little different, no carts, but there was a huge counter that displayed a lot of the dim sum...similar to take out counter in a market. They do table service and order from menu. Menu had a lot of photos and easy to navigate. The good: turnip cake-crispy and not oily, flavor of wonton Soup was good, Gai lan Chinese broccoli was tasty. Dumplings like Hargow, and siu Mai tasted a little old. Wrapper dry and filling was denser in texture. Tripe stew had good flavor but texture was mushy (passed the point of tender) Service was fine, staff was available when needed, but overall felt quality/ambiance could be better. Maybe better during prime time or breakfast.

The menu runs the full arc from classic dim sum executed with genuine care, to creative preparations that justify their own existence rather than just existing to be interesting, to live seafood presentations that remind us why we made the drive. The garlic sandstorm lobster is a personal obsession at this point. The Peking duck service is more than decent. That's not a small thing. Decent Peking duck in the hands of a kitchen that actually respects the bird is better than spectacular Peking duck somewhere that treats it like a menu checkbox. One warning, delivered in good faith to diners: we once held a 9:30pm reservation that Palette accepted without comment, then called us to request we move it because the kitchen closes around that time. The reservation system, as of our last check, still accepts 9:30 bookings. Whether the kitchen situation has evolved is unclear. What is clear is that the right move is to verify before you arrive, or simply book earlier. Vegas' Chinatown is vast. Not all of it deserves your time. This one does.
