Ranch chicken Salad tastes amazing, BUT there was a bone in my chicken. I'm so glad my tooth didn't break because I but down pretty hard not realizing the bone was there. The store was crowded, but the service was good.

I placed a delivery order. This was my first time having Chopt. Being as though all they do is salad and I looooove a good Cobb salad. My expectations were high. The salad is nice in size. The price is good for the amount you get. Delivery service was fine. What I didn't like was the fact my salad had avocado inside! I hate avocado and it didn't specify this item was in the salad when I was ordering online. (Or maybe I looked too fast??) and I like to add my own fessing in my salad, sometimes people can be too heavy on the dressing. However the dressing ration was fine. I think you might can tell them to add the dressing in the side? Next time I know. I will def order again

The wrong salad that's what it is.

Completely wrong salad. Livid! I just knew they wasn't going to mess it up as I have ordered in person a few times. Do not order via app because the amount of care going into the salad is not the same. Missing most of the ingredients that I paid for and the salad is completely soggy. I asked for the dressing on the side. Nope.

I don't think I've ever been disappointed in a SALAD! My first time going and I got the Kale Caesar salad. No extras, I'm good on what it comes with. EXCEPT! I asked the lady if I could have "warm chicken", she said yes!! So when it was time to pay she said $13.50, I looked at the menu, and stated that the price says $8.99, she said "well you got roasted chicken". I'm like, huh, I asked for warm chicken. She just stared at me, Smh! Now, the salad had no taste!! This 'roasted chicken" that I paid for taste like bland chicken and the dressing didn't have a Caesar taste at all. Not to mention, for $13 y'all should have filled that container up!!!

    Mediterranean Bowl. Gochujang Crunch Salad

Great spot for something fresh and good. We had the Mediterranean and Gochujang Crunch. It's nice to have it all made fresh in front of you so the warm ingredients don't with the others. Quick, friendly staff. Would recommend for a great lunch.

I have constantly been disappointed by this place. Two times I have used the app to order a salad and both times they failed to give me all of the ingredients in my order. Today I ordered the crispy chicken ranch salad with avocado and several other additions to which I paid extra for (you can see in the image) and they ignored my order and gave me the basic salad. I cannot recommended enough times to double check your salad throughly to ensure that the things you paid for are in there.

Chopt Creative Salad Co. on First Street in DC is a great place to go for delicious and well prepared salads that are freshly made. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here and their level of customer service.

I love everything about this place! I can eat a chicken Cesar Salad daily! This place good for lunch or dinner! Eat meal with fulfill your appetite quick and want a nap afterwards. You would think to yourself, "it was just a salad but I'm super full"....if you don't know, a salad will fill you up faster then anything else. I love everything about this place!

I came here shortly before closing one night and got the Texas Po' Boy, which I would relabel the Blandest Salad in All the Land. It was just lacking flavor in most any regard. Both times that I have come to this Chopt, I have wished that I'd gone to Sweetgreen instead, just a few blocks away. Womp womp.

I ended up getting a kids meal--steak quesadillas, rice, fruit, and a drink--and honestly, it was perfect. Like, respectfully--this could take anyone out, adults included . But luckily I had two water bottles on me, so I made it work. I poured half into one bottle and diluted both, and that drink ended up lasting me the rest of the day. Honestly, the whole experience felt like a small win. As we were walking back towards our hotel, we actually were passing here so I chose it for our din din spot. I thought for sure it was going to be packed but luckily it was not. I knew I wanted a burger but was struggling with choosing which one. Hubs knew he wanted the Cheesesteak and knew I wanted fries. I went with the Smokehouse burger. We grabbed a seat and did not wait long for our food to come out. I really enjoyed my burger and scarfed it down! I paid for sauces, which were tiny and super overpriced. Hubs enjoyed his cheesesteak but he prefers meat. I had a bite and thought it was really flavorful and very closely tasting like the real thing. I noticed later this is a chain, which is pretty cool. I think the prices were pretty steep so I might skip on the fries next time. The food could have been warmer as well. Definitely worth a visit and will most likely be back when in DC again.

We settled on a clam chowder, buratta, petite filets, and molton chocolate cake. The chowder was a tad bit salty but delicious. Unlike most restaurants they serve a hearty bowl vs cup. I had to pace myself. The buratta was very earthy as the arugula was heavy but the sauce did lighten it up and give dimension. Now, that Filet was simply divine. Perfect flavor and so delicate and moist. I'm a well-done weirdo but ordered medium-well. It came out medium and was oh so juicey. It literally melted in my mouth. There was minimal seasoning. Yet, the whiskey-peppercorn sauce that accompanied it really added flavor. I'm a suckered for a good sauce. Definitely, worth my time. Top tier steak! Service was top tier. David was phenomenal. We had the choice between East or West Coast and went with the West Coast oysters, which I really enjoyed with lemon and mignonette. While the drinks are a little on the expensive side, the cheese burgers are fairly priced. I will say that I had their "Proof through the Night" drink (which I believe is their take on a Manhattan) and it was excellent: a little boozy, a little spicy (in the cinnamon area of the spice world) and a touch sweet. I also had their version of the old fashioned and that was refreshing too. The condiments come out in these little jars and the smallest tobasco bottles ever! I had to take one home. The burger was excellent, cooked perfectly and these fries were amazing. They even had a harpist playing all the holiday tunes (Independence Day) as well as some cartoon classics (Peanuts, Moana, Beauty and the Beast, etc.) The service was also very good in that the servers were very attentive, the manager greeted us and when they said it would be an hour wait before we were seated, that was conservative because we were seated within 35-40 mins. I would highly recommend Peacock Alley, but please be mindful that this appears to be high end so spend accordingly to maximize on that great time.
