Dr. Luu is one of the kindest, most professional, and gentlest doctors we've ever met. We signed our treatment contract in August 2024, and every part of the process met or exceeded our expectations. My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. Her smile looks beautiful. Looking back, the only thing I wish we had done differently was purchasing the extra set of retainers at the discounted rate they offered. We decided not to at the time, but if you're given that option, I'd recommend taking it--it's nice to have a spare set just in case.
