I took it to Bryce at Independent Raceshop. He was incredibly comprehensive in discussing the bike, previous work done, and what I wanted out of the suspension. One week later I got the bike back and I have never had suspension this good in my life. It's crazy how much it helps when riding motocross to have the suspension dialed. As part of the suspension service, Bryce fixed other little items and pointed out a lot of very important things to me when I picked it up that I need to be aware of and checking on with the bike. Overall I'm very happy with my experience at Independent, and will continue to use Bryce going forward.

Dusty recovered my stolen motorcycle!!…read more On a Monday when the shop was closed, the owner, Dusty, was working overtime and offered to pick up my broken bike nearby with his truck and trailer. When we got there, we discovered my bike was stolen and the air tag on it placed it just north out of town. Dusty without hesitation asked, "Do you want to get your bike back?" He had me call the sheriff and report the bike stolen. We then tracked the bike to a home, negotiated with the nice people holding a pit bull on a leash, who were holding my bike for me for "safety reasons" to give back and load the bike, so we could bring it back to the shop. A few days later he slaps on a high capacity stator so i'm able to be back on the road to Denver! I can't thank Dusty and his crew enough! Highly recommend this local legend!

The first time I came in just to change my pedals- after using every tool at their disposal, they couldn't get the old one off, but they pointed me toward a great used part at a very fair price and helped me install it. They also walked me through checking my bolts and lubricating everything that needed it. My most recent visit was for a tune-up after a rear tire replacement and a few months of riding -- my shifting was a mess, and it turned out there were several things contributing to it. Dave not only fixes the problem but he does it in a timely manner and for a competitive rate. Dave also will take the time to talk to you about your vehicle. Often times, Dave will take the time to take a look at what i'm talking about while i'm there so I can make sure he understands what the problem is. After taking my 96 328i to German Auto several times to fix the same problem, I decided i was done paying the premium price, and having it go to a shop who doesn't take the time to fix the real problem, instead of the expensive symptoms. After the same problem happened after having it fixed twice before, i decided to try International Auto. Dave took the time to listen, and investigate the underlying problem. It turned out to be a very inexpensive hose that needed to be replaced. Once dave fixed the problem, it stayed fixed. After spending of hundreds of dollars on parts and Labor, dave was able to fix the problem quickly, and correctly. Dave put a lot of effort into my car and got it running perfectly. He is great to work with because he knows that I'm willing to give my car the proper maintenance that it needs to stay in tip top condition. Dave approaches each car as a whole and will tell you what needs fixing now and what needs fixing later--but never in a high-pressure manner. A fine German car is more like an asset that can maintain its value with proper maintenance. Dave's prices are much better than any dealer's for scheduled maintenance due to his lower overhead. But the great thing is that his knowledge of these cars is just as good or better than their's. In fact last time I was there, the owner of a Volvo dealership had Dave working on a car he owned!
