The work was completed in ~3-1/2 hrs and it came out looking great. Their shop is neat and clean and they offered the best price for a quality ceramic tint out of 4 total bids I got. He gave the upgrade to me at the price quoted on the phone. That was very kind. When the work was completed, Doug, the technician, would not even accept a small tip. He has been doing this job for 35 years and is excellent at it. This car will be traded out with my granddaughter who has small children. She is returning my prior car. She has important miles to drive, living in LA. I'm retired and driving far less. My growing family needs a newer car with their circumstances. I have had 3 M window tint on a car in the past. The company backed up one window that needed replacement with no hassle, so I am happy with the prior results. I am real happy with the beautiful work on this window tint. The first time I came in just to change my pedals- after using every tool at their disposal, they couldn't get the old one off, but they pointed me toward a great used part at a very fair price and helped me install it. They also walked me through checking my bolts and lubricating everything that needed it. My most recent visit was for a tune-up after a rear tire replacement and a few months of riding -- my shifting was a mess, and it turned out there were several things contributing to it.
