I regularly shop luxury brands -- Versace, Prada, Michael Kors, Balmain and others -- and I have never experienced anything like this. This was my first purchase from Christian Louboutin, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I ordered shoes online and received them with visible creasing and a partially rubbed-off size sticker, as if they had already been tried on before being shipped to me. The shoes were too narrow and too small, so I physically could not wear them. I only tried them on at home and returned them in the exact same condition. Instead of processing my return, the boutique sent the shoes back to me and claimed they were worn -- which is simply false. When I contacted customer service, I was told they would not refund me and that I should "contact my bank if I want to dispute it." For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is shocking and absolutely unacceptable. I shop high-end fashion often, and I have never been treated like this in any other luxury store. I will never shop here again, and I cannot recommend this boutique to anyone who expects professionalism, honesty, and respect as part of the luxury experience. read more

Came in today to get a specific pair of shoes for a friends birthday. Unfortunately they're out , which they are everywhere so I opted to get a gift certificate instead . Lily was a breath of fresh air and helped me out with that , she wrapped up the paper certificate super nicely and even put it in a bag with tissue paper sprayed with a lovely smelling perfume ! The SA did have one costumer in the store that they were helping, but to me that's no excuse to not at least say hello and acknowledge my presence. She was very patient with me as I tried on various sizes of the So Kate patent leather pumps. She also gave me a disclaimer about the height of the shoe, in which I did not listen.Lol. I purchased them anyway. I had a great experience, she was right about how tall the so Kates were. I do wish that I started off with a pair of Kates 100instead of the 120's So Kates are to be seen in. Look sexy stand tall, maybe a little two step (just my opinion) but not really for too much movement, which means that they should last me a long long time. This is the closes you'll get to shopping at the flagship store in Paris. The sales agents are knowledgeable and will give truthful advice about the sizes. Depending on the shoe in a red bottom, I can range from a 36, 36.5, 37, 37.5 and even a 38. So it's important to get the right Sales rep to help pick the right shoe according to your foot size. This store is the flagship, so they'll have access to styles overseas at the Paris location that are limited to the US and can order it. Another cool aspect about the location while I was shopping in Paris and didn't have enough room in my luggage to export newly purchased shoes, the Sales rep shipped it to this location. Pretty cool right? All of the celebrities purchase here because they have access to everything and can re-order anything. Just got a pair of very prive's with the red showing out of the peep toe part...they are gorgeous! I love them and have only worn them a couple of times. I think if you can pull off the higher heels they are effing fabulous but you probably have to have a body like Victoria Beckham. I feel that if I'm going to drop 1k and up on shoes, then I'm going to need a bit more elbow room. I bought two pairs of the classic Pigalle Plato 120 pumps from here. They are so comfortable and I own too many pairs than I care to admit. The Pigalle Spikes are my new favorite pair. They're covered in black, gold and silver spikes with a 4 inch heel. It hurts me to be writing this review. My sister and I both own Loub shoes, with her's being a little older than mine. She bought hers in Paris and not even after 1 YEAR of having them the heel breaks. She has followed all of the rules listed below as per the loub site. After reading up, she came to your store with the broken heel and asked what you could do. Your response was nothing and to go to a shoe maker as she did not purchase the shoes in your location - WHAT!? They are clearly not fake. At this point fine, just want to wear the lovely shoes...150$ to repair shoes that are 800$+. Not even 1 year later, the shoe breaks AGAIN in the same place. Clearly the heel is defective and you can see that the nails are not properly in place. Again, am sure we will be told to go to a shoe maker...its baffling to me how this company has no policy to aid those who purchase their shoes. Clearly there is a defect and something should be done to fix the situation. There is no reason a pair of shoes should need to be fixed 2 times in 2 years. Having owned various other high end shoes - manolo's, gucci, d&g, jimmy choo it baffles me what poor craftsmanship this company has. We were in the store for several minutes and NO one came to us despite the fact that we were one of only two pairs of customers and there were at least three or four salespeople standing around and gossiping. SAs at Madison have always been so much nicer to me than at the Horatio store, even when I am not buying. So although, it's more of a trek, I do so much enjoy coming up around here so much more - though I like less the patronage who frequent the Madison store. For some reason, when a certain kind of girl (B&T?) decides that she is going to purchase her first Louboutins, she brings at least 2 girlfriends there to eyeball her trying out her one pair of patent Black Simples for 45 minutes, while they try to figure out why she is paying so much money for these shoes.
