just found out i was charged 130 dollars to "clean" the broken turn signal switch. a whole new…read moreswitch is 53 dollars and 2 bolts to change. what an absolute scam..... also was quoted 720 flat fee for valve adjustments (which they didnt do and i had to have re-done 3 weeks later) and was charged 867 dollars for supplies and other BS. was called 4 times by someone to remove my review and called twice by the GM to "talk" but only after i threatened litigation . my cam chain tensioner went bad after 2 weeks and locked my motor up. thankfully there was no catastrophic damage . there is no way ... also was charged 182 dollars for an oil change i was told was 90. every step of the experience was terrible. almost 2 months, never changed the brake pads, said they didnt have time, but made me sign a wavier saying how terrible they were then sold them to me as i was leaving . never adjusted the valves but was charged 900 dollars, never changed the cam chain tensioner just "cleaned" it and it broke 2 weeks later leaving me stranded with a broken engine costing me 290 to be towed 2 hours. When my tire was finally changed, they tried to charge me the money I had already prepaid for both the new tire and the installation. Now my tire sensor is going off even though the PSI is near perfect. If "no one wants to work anymore", and your front line cannot find important information in the system, it is time to instead take a hard look at management. Set your people up for success, it's the bare minimum function of basic leadership.
