Without a doubt, they are who you should turn to when anything on our vehicles has a "boo-boo". They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet). He had to order them and was told to come back at 1pm they would be delivered to the store. Somehow, the order was mixed up and my delivery wasn't there until 4:30pm. John made it " right" for me. He and Danai both apologized saying they have never had a mix up in delivery times before. They had a tv and coffee machine so I sat watched two movies and waited. Once the tires were delivered, John had a technician put them in right away. I walked out of the store at 5:30pm, 4 hours later, but understood that " things happen" and it was ok. She actually had a valve issue that was clearly identified on the diagnostic code he ran and was fully covered by Subaru. Despite this, Al told her the car was unsafe to drive without replacing the radiator and pushed the repair. After the radiator was replaced, the car still did not function properly. The issue was ultimately fixed at Subaru when the valve was replaced. When confronted, Al acknowledged that she probably should have gone to Subaru first, yet he offered no compensation or accountability for charging her for an unnecessary radiator and labor. This wasn't an honest mistake; it was poor judgment at best and predatory behavior at worst. I'm posting this so others can avoid the same situation. There are plenty of mechanics in the area (e.g. Everest Automotive) choose one with integrity who won't scare customers into unnecessary repairs.

BUYER BEWARE…read more Seller sold a counterfeit Audi rim on eBay and was completely unprofessional during the return process. They claimed I couldn't measure a rim with a tape measurer, despite me producing images of measurement between the original OEM rim and the one they sent. Started replying in all caps towards the end. I had to escalate to eBay in order to have the purchase refunded. The whole process took 3 weeks. Now I have a paperweight rim that I'm probably going to turn into a coffee table. I left a Google review and they responded with lies. Hopefully others will navigate here. See the attached pictures for the absolute disgrace this business is. The return slip (a single one) they took a photo of (not even a PDF) they sent was outside of eBay's return process so they wouldn't get flagged and could relist the rim to scam someone else.
