My Mom is seeing Dr. Le for nearly 7 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Le. As…read morean internal medicine specialist, she truly stands out for her remarkable expertise, compassionate care, and personalized approach to medicine. From the very first appointment, Dr. Le took the time to listen attentively, address every concern, and explain medical details in a way that felt both thorough and reassuring. One of the qualities I appreciate most is her commitment to follow-up care. She consistently checks in with phone calls to ensure that treatment plans are effective and that my Mom is progressing well, which provides an incredible sense of support and connection. Dr. Le also goes above and beyond by suggesting services and specialists outside of her direct practice when necessary, ensuring that every aspect of my health is addressed comprehensively. This holistic approach reflects her genuine dedication to patient well-being. Front desk staff are exceptional and humorous. These people are busy saving lives, they are not there to make small talks and discuss lunch plans with you. Give them a break. Be patient and kind. You'll be amaze what you'll receive in return, in term of care.

Very unprofessional for a medical clinic to do this, even if it's by appointment only. Had elderly ladies waiting outside for them to open up and it's over 90 degrees. They didn't open up until after 30 mins from their posted sign. Lunch is suppose to be 1230-130, and they didn't open up til 2pm

So sorry for those who had an unfortunate experience with the front desk. I've been seeing this…read moredoctor 10+ years. Nevertheless, I have NOT seen any wrong doing with these nice ladies. I don't know each one of them personally but they're really pleasant and happy whenever I call or check in for my appointment. As for the doctor, I personally have to say she's one the most honest doctor I've dealt with in my life. God bless her!

And in many cases she has been absolutely wrong and it turns out I was right about how I feel. Like what kind of doctor invalidates and dismisses how their patients feels and has been going through? I know this is a Vietnamese establishment but I had a greater experience with my previous Vietnamese doctor. That is no excuse for them being so disorganized, uncommunicative, chaotic, dismissive, and having extreme lack of empathy or care in ANY establishment. If you want a doctor that does not care about you, does not go by her words, does not give you prescriptions like she says she will, mansplains and dismisses your symptoms, keeps on directing her attention towards completely different medical issues, then this doctor is just right for you! I made a huge mistake and would NEVER go to this doctor again. Incredibly rude and I have such a terrible experience with her every single time, chance after chance. Literally this doctor is stuck up in her own world without a care about her patients.

Face time with her is difficult to get, wait times are excessive, and every small question now incurs extra charge!!! Bills are itemized per question!! Our previous doctor offered thorough care for decades to us with no surprise fees -- a stark contrast to Dr. Kale's approach. She mandates an illogical and unnecessary "pre-visit" to chit chat with new patients that no other doctors mandated us, and even that visit is billed, which is unnecessary. We don't recommend her and we will never go back to her!

My time with the…read moredoctor was great as she was very thorough in my check up and answered all the questions I had for her. I came in early to my appointment and sat in the waiting room and overheard the male receptionist apologize to the patient on the phone saying "I'm sorry if I was rude to you .... ". Although this wasn't the best first impression, I decided to brush it off as I didn't know the circumstances. When interacting with him, his overall attitude and demeanor was condescending. I didn't feel welcome coming into the office which is disappointing because I've come to this practice for my entire life. The icing on top of the cake was during the eye/vision exam. The exam is conducted directly behind the receptionist. I was told to uncover both eyes and read the bottom line (which I couldn't). I then heard the receptionist mutter under his breath something along the lines of "he couldn't read that?" It was too early in the morning for me to process that and call him out but it's pretty disappointing to hear that from a staff member, especially as I was in direct earshot of the comment. The other staff members were very nice and welcoming to me, but this kind of interaction makes me hesitant to continue my care here.
