It is easy to forget a luxury a luxury you have become accustomed to and such is the case with my experience in being Kim's client. She has been doing my hair for years and never fails to impress. I constantly get rave reviews about my color and today when I got complimented in the Starbucks drive through it was another reminder of how lucky I am to have her as my stylist. She never fails to deliver the look I envision but that I don't have the words to describe. Kim is the most professional stylist and always goes out of her way to make you happy while allowing you to stick to your budget. For all of these reasons I recommend her 100%. Kimy is absolutely amazing. I can't even begin to express how talented Kimy is when it comes to hair and her expansive knowledge of all processes involved with hair and upkeep. She is willing to learn and expand her skill sets, correct her mistakes, try new things and put herself out there for that new experience. Walking in I got greeted right away and everyone there was very friendly The salon itself is adorable and has the cutest vibe! Just got out of Terry's chair, and, once again, I'm leaving feeling like a million bucks! She is always so attentive and patient, especially when I show up looking like I just pulled my hair out of a wood chipper (lol). My last visit was to see if she could fix a bad job I got while in Las Vegas. She diligently spent five hours fixing this hack job, and even though I felt bad that I monopolized her time, by the time I left, my hair looked fabulous and I had my confidence back! Not only is she patient with me, she's been cutting my four kids' hair since birth. Even after my older daughter cut my younger daughter's hair, Terry was able to blend it in and make her smile. Today I had my first appointment with Kimberly at Chroma and left BEYOND satisfied because I left with the best hair cut and color I HAVE EVER HAD!!! They - mostly Jackie - cut my hair every two weeks for three years (I'm a guy, but I'm annoyingly picky about my hair). So, let's put that at 156 haircuts. Great service! I had been using box dye for a few years and recently learned how bad it was for my hair. I had a consulation with Mary and she gave me realistic expectations of how my hair would turn out if I did a partial balayage.
