I tried the banana Matcha latte with oat milk. I was actually surprised by the size as I thought it would be a little bit smaller. They fill the cup halfway with ice, so you don't have to ask for light ice if you normally do that. The cream itself is a banana flavor, so if you want more of the banana flavor in your matcha, you'll have to mix around your drink a bit. I honestly could do a little bit more banana flavor, but overall really enjoyed it! We also got the ham and cheese croissant. I wish there was a little bit more ham and cheese bread throughout, but it's just in the middle of it. I like the vibe of the place, but the chairs aren't super comfy, so it's a place where you would just grab a quick coffee with a friend or just grab some to go and head out. Customer service was quick and pleasant. The pastry, specifically the banana nut bread, was decent. It wasn't overly sweet. The morning bun was coated in sugar. As far as the coffee, my husband enjoyed his coconut matcha. The chrome latte was okay as well. It was above average experience and we would come again. There's ice but not to where the ice is basically the whole drink. Banana Cream Latte - This one didn't taste anything like banana. The coffee was super strong, which I don't mind but it wasn't what I was expecting a banana cream latte to taste like. If you're looking for a sweet cream latte don't get this. They're always super fast with orders, longest I've waited was maybe 5 minutes. But to be fair, 85% of the time it's packed inside. I've interacted with a different cashier every time I go, just beware that some are full of energy and super sweet, and some are just straight face, no care in the world about what ur saying. Sometimes when you go into a new places, some might ask for a recommendation, when I did all the cashier said to me was, "you can look at the menu and see what you like". Which is funny like ok lol. Maybe he was new or doesn't care about anything but it was just funny as hell, a girl just wanted a good recommendation not a sassy attitude, like be a man. I love my Chrome coffee but today I was a little disappointed. So I was so excited to get my free coffee that I earned by going every morning with my points. I received a QR code telling me that I have a free coffee. So when I get there, I told them that I have a free coffee and they told me that in order to get a free coffee I have to purchase a pastry or other coffee, which makes no sense because if you earn a free coffee you earned by going everyday and add your phone number for points, it's not like I've never been there and want a free coffee. I finally accrued enough points for a free drink. I intended to redeem it today but the employee told me I had to EITHER buy a drink or a pastry to redeem my free drink!
