After leaving Cooper's Hawk Winery, we were still hungry. We looked up some places and I remembered how good Chronic Tacos were lol. It was right down the street, so it was easy to get there. Other establishments were attached, but it was easy parking. Only one couple was in there. We were greeted and informed what was fulfilling and popular on the menu. I chose to get the bowl and my friend chose the Quesadilla. It was spacious inside with high top tables and low seating ones as well. They both were satisfying. Its a little ways from me, but I do plan to visit soon.

Their tacos are actually filling. Lots of meat and comes with rice and beans. It's basically like a chipotle so you build your own tacos or can order any premade ones that's on the menu. If you want a quick filling lunch. Definitely come here.

I grabbed these carne asada fries and they hit the spot! The meat was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the diced onions and tomatoes added a nice freshness. The melted cheese tied everything together perfectly. That said, next time I'm definitely customizing it with some queso, jalapeños, and guac to kick it up a notch--would've added some creamy heat and texture to take it over the top. Solid as-is, but with those extras, it would've been fire.

I wanted to like this place but I just can't. Their ordering process seems straight forward but it's also got some complicated sub rules. And the place is kind of noisy to the point where conversation was challenging. The final push for me was that their food is so salty I can't barely take it. I got the tacos Al pastor, black beans, and Spanish rice. The Al pastor was dry and they put a bizarre sauce on it. The beans were super salty and mixing in the rice didn't help. I don't think I'll be back. Maybe it's just me. I hate being "The Gripe" but tonight I'm just not feeling the vibe!

In Texas there is a chain of taco places called Torchy's... I truly miss the food from them since we moved here! However we recently tried Chronic tacos and while not a substitute for Torchy's they are a good taco place in their own right. The inside was clean... lots of room and well lit. The people behind the counter are nice and speedy. My family all ordered their version of their tacos... while I had the monster, Surf and Turf Burrito! It is about 5lbs of food and 10lbs of flavor! Man it was loaded with rice beans steak pico shrimp and just plain old goodness! Well worth checking out... it even had a bit of a bite... some heat in the seat... a little fire for hire... It was spicy good! If you have not tried out Chronic I suggest that you do!

I was so excited to try this place after seeing some good photos and videos of their food. I was highly disappointed in the food though. They are WAY overpriced and do not give a lot of food. Plus it's definitely missing flavor! My partner and I agreed, if we want Mexican, we will just go to an actual Mexican restaurant! At least then we can get flavor and a margarita to go with this high prices!

Really hard to hear the person taking orders behind the plastic protecting sheet orders because Not only was he having to wear a mask of course, additionally with the music so loud and The high ceilings makes everyone's conversations so loud! Once ordered I asked the cashier to repeat it just to make sure. The person taking the order was nice enough to come to my table afterwards and apologize that it was difficult to hear him. I ordered the mahi-mahi bowl which you got four pieces not sure it was worth what it cost but after reading the reviews I wanted to try it. I'm not sure I would order it again!

I'm new to GA, so thought I'd try Chronic Tacos out. (It reminds me of Chipotle.). I ordered the asada tacos with a side of chips, queso, and guacamole. The beef did not have flavor, other than grease. The queso and guacamole were very salty, but edible. The queso was the consistency of old Elmer's glue. I enjoyed the beans and rice. I threw everything else away.

I love this place. The quality is much better than a Chipotle or Moe's and the prices are competitive. You also can't beat their Mahi tacos. The fish is so incredibly fresh and both the grilled and battered versions are phenomenal and worth the $2 up charge IMO. I really can't emphasize the freshness enough, it truly stands out. Service is not overtly friendly but it's worth it. Perfect for a quick bite.

Shrimp Nachos. Steer Clear. $10.50 plus tax for a small portion with only five small shrimp.
    Andre' M.

Man, was that disappointing. I'm guessing I ordered wrong. I got the nachos and paid the $2 extra to eliminate the standard meats to get shrimp. All it got me was five small shrimp and a serving of dried out nachos. I'm guessing the burritos are the way to go but I certainly don't want to risk another poor meal. I'm being generous with two stars.

I haven't been to dine here in sometime but at one point it was my favorite place to eat lunch at. Today the service was just okay. What I didn't too much care for it the employees scratching his face and slinging his hair back with his hands, not the most pleasant nor sanitary sight to see. The food this evening was not its best.

We were given an opportunity to give them a second chance. Pending new review. -------- Original review : I hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately today's experience at Superica left a bad taste in my mouth. For starters, the restaurant wasn't ready to open. The doors didn't open until approximately 10:10 AM, and employees were still actively preparing the restaurant while guests waited. The seating process felt chaotic, and overall the staff appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic. Everyone--from the hosts to the servers to the kitchen staff--seemed to be moving at a pace slower than molasses. It certainly wasn't the energetic brunch atmosphere I remembered. Our server, was particularly disappointing. Despite arriving early, we waited over 30 minutes for our food while multiple tables seated after us (with different servers) were already eating. We repeatedly had to ask for water refills, chip refills, and basic service needs. Whenever we needed him, he seemed to have vanished like the last tortilla chip in the basket. The service issues continued throughout the meal. We requested to-go boxes and were handed a stack of five-plus containers, but no bag. After waiting, I eventually had to track down another server myself to get one. At that point, it felt like I had been promoted from customer to assistant waiter. The most frustrating moment came at the end of the meal. Before we had even requested the check and while I was actively packing leftovers into my to-go containers, Blake seemed overly eager to clear the table. In the process, my to-go containers were knocked to the ground, and my phone ended up falling and cracking. What should have been a routine cleanup turned into an expensive and frustrating ending to an already disappointing experience. To make matters worse, prices have increased significantly. I would not recommend the huevos rancheros. For the current price, receiving what amounted to two small eggs and roughly a quarter of an avocado served over chips felt underwhelming and difficult to justify. The one bright spot remains the pancakes, which continue to be consistently excellent. I've enjoyed Superica in the past, which makes it especially disappointing to see the decline in service, attention to detail, and overall value. Today's experience felt less like hospitality and more like hard labor.

It is an open concept eatery with indoor and outdoor eating space. We ordered with the cashier but you can also order online or at the kiosk in store. I ordered 1 chicken tinga street taco and 1 regular chicken street taco. My cousin ordered 3 steak street tacos. We added the sauces of our choice from the sauce bar. The tacos were so flavorful. I preferred the regular chicken taco than the chicken tinga. We went again 2 days later and we ordered the tostada, the gym burrito and a chicken torta. My cousin said the bread was a a little hard for his liking, but the flavor was well. My other cousin really enjoyed the gym burrito and i enjoyed the tostada. The tostada is quite messy so i probably wouldn't get that again. However, this place does not disappoint and was a great find. I would visit it again and again and again.

We tried the La Piñata and the Smokey Old Fashioned, which arrived in a dramatic smoke dome--such a fun presentation. For our first bites, we ordered the Tostadas: handmade corn tostadas served with both red and green avocado sauces. They were fresh, vibrant, and a perfect start to the meal. Our main courses were equally impressive. The Short Rib with Mole Amarillo came with pickled habanero onions, rice, and plantains--rich, tender, and beautifully balanced. This is my second time here and both times have been so good. We came as a party of 3 and left so happy and full. I love Mexican food holy moly We got the queso and octopus shrimp ceviche as starters. The queso was 3 cheeses: American, cotija, and Oaxacan. They heated it up under a salamander so it was nice and crispy on top, while being gooey all throughout. Also came with a couple of nice salsas. The ceviche was not my favorite because I don't prefer raw(ish) octopus, but the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. For our mains the 3 of us shared the red snapper, tuetano with lamb, and the mixteco poblano pepper. Red snapper had a nice charred smoky flavor from being grilled. Was more meaty than flaky in texture. It was our second time getting the mixteco poblano pepper and it hits. Highly recommend eating with some of the salsa as well if you get queso. The duck carnitas in it wasn't particularly duck-y today, but still very good. Best dish is definitely the tuetano. The bone marrow is so incredibly flavorful with the blue corn tortillas. Add some of the pickled onions and it's hard to go wrong with that flavor combo of salt, fat, and acid. if you're going to order one thing, I'd order this and share with a friend and tbh it's enough to be filling. For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Fair warning it isn't the brownie texture you may be used to, it's a bit more cakey. Amazing service the whole night! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!
