For dessert we got the volcan de chocolate (basically lava cake). The lava cake and coconut ice cream combo is fantastic. You get bits of coconut flakes as you eat! Almost got our cars booted because we forgot to validate until 1.5 hours in but luckily we were fine. The staff let us know they have been booting cars though so be wary!

Great quick casual meal in Alpharetta. We were greeted by the owner, James, who guided us through the menu options. My wife and I each had bowls - hers was the baja style with sauteed shrimp and mine was the baja style with sauteed fish. The shrimp and fish are available as battered or sauteed and those are both made to order. Definitely a plus. Chips are thin, crispy and fresh even though we were dining in between traditional lunch and dinner hours (we were there around 3:30 pm). Inside the restaurant is very clean and there are 2 large TVs that had the NFL pregame on so I could see this being a fun place to catch a game while enjoying a meal and some of the draft beer on tap. read more

This establishment does not only have immaculate food and service, it has some of the best staff I've ever encountered while visiting a restaurant. Especially the owner James was such a big help. I'm not from the US and therefor wanted to know a bit more about the difference when dining out. He was very patient and explained everything very well as English is not my first language. This is the absolute best spot around if you're looking for good quality food that tastes great and is made in a timely manner. The employees are very kind and patient despite long lines. I've been coming here since they opened and it's very convenient that breakfast is served all day! Every time I come here the chicken and carnitas always tastes like the same heavenly goodness as it did the first time! I visited today and the toco was not as good as it used to be. Worst of all, I sat at the booth eating my lunch and a staff started sweeping in the dining room and ended up sweeping the floor next to me. This is a big turn off for a restaurant to sweep when customers are eating. read more

The salsa verde is thick, spicy, and perfect. The service was good. I waited a few minutes longer than I would prefer, but it was worth it. The staff were very friendly and receptive to my feedback. The restaurant is cozy and clean (bathrooms, too!) with interesting and cute decor. Glance up at some of the wall decorations. Reasonable prices. I'll definitely return for that burrito.

The tortillas were hand made. Wasn't the best I've had but wasn't the worse. Worth the try if you are in the area.

We tried asada tacos, an asada sope, huevos rancheros, a popusa mixta, and a cafe de holla. The asada tacos were our favorite as well as the cafe de holla. I will say the tortillas didn't do it for us, they were flavorless & I couldn't tell if they were corn or flour, that's how flavorless they were. I was raised on authentic & Tex-Mex food, so I'm a fan of both & this was a great experience overall. Will try something different next time.

(A plus for me) the beans were fresh and who doesn't love homemade tortillas! Also they serve you a complementary soup before hand which was very cozy and delicious! My kids loved the food as well! You do have to order before you sit down, I don't believe they have a server, so the service wasn't there. But other than that, please make sure to try this place!
