I got charged a disposition fee of almost $400 all because I did not re lease with them at this moment. Crystler Capital is absolute trash. Because of my experience I will never lease from them again. Apparently when you send payments for property tax they just apply it however they want. All of my property tax payment did not go towards my property tax. At the end of my lease I did not owe anything. I extended my lease for 2 more months because of low inventory and all of a sudden I owe $500+ towards property taxes which I was not aware of until I extended my lease. They only accept payoff by snail mail to a PO Box, which I sent weeks ago and they claim to have never received it. Told me it takes them 30 days to deposit checks however that means they can send me to collections if my monthly payment is 30 days late. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 40 minutes only to be told to keep waiting for them to deposit the check. In the meantime I can't register or drive my car. I got a 36 month lease and wrote them a check for the entire lease. This took 4 hours before I could get them to do this. and for what ever reason I had to go back 3 times to re-do the contract. Now with the 392 Jeep I want to extend my lease so I can wait for the Hemi. after talking to 5 different people and been put on forever hold twice nobody can figure out how to do this. NO STARS! I made all my payments on time like I was supposed too! Went to the bank to refinance, called them to make sure my account was $0. Even called them while I was in the bank. Purchased my Jeep ended up with a $1,116 credit. They assessed 2019 personal property taxes (all after my lease matured) I called them a few months later when I realized I hadn't received the refund (how I found out about the 2019 taxes) and asked for my credit which was down to $271. Now 2020 gets here and I receive a payroll lien and contact the city to find out why, they tell me my 2019 taxes weren't paid and they had issued Chrysler Capital a portion of my taxes back ($379) and so it shows only a portion was paid! So I call CC and ask why they hadn't sent the money back from the credit on my account and the money they got from the city...They tell me because I still owe them but can't explain why or where my credit went. They refuse to send me my credits and couldn't answer why they never called me if I owed them. I've even requested them to send me the tax bill print outs (since they're supposed to send those when they asses them) and they still haven't. I actually adore their Jeeps and have been a loyal customer for nearly 7 years. However, I have experienced the worse customer service ever! I recently found out (obtaining the buyout price) that somehow my bank defaulted on a payment in August of 2021 and I have been accruing a late fee each month since. Everything is electronic so I wasn't checking my statements. I find it overkill that a "reputable" company would sit back and allow a customer to accrue over 50 late payments without a courtesy call or email notification or something. In today's world where they want everything automatic and electronic for convenience how could they allow this to just build up for 3 years without contacting me? More importantly, prior to that my account ALWAYS remained in GREAT standing! I am a single mother of an Autistic child, on a fixed income. I contacted customer service several times and no one saw fit to help me rectify this matter. We purchase of our Chrysler Pacifica Limited and used Chrysler Capital financing. I read the reviews after I had sent our purchase payoff through the mail and the company claimed it didn't receive it after a week, then two weeks. Finally, since the whole Covid shutdowns, after 26 days they finally received my payment and I had already made another monthly payment because I didn't want to be in hassle w a late fee if in fact my check got lost. Every time I called in the reps were more than friendly and apologetic. They also assured me that any over payment would be refunded back to me in the next month. I am thrilled to tell you I just received my refund and also the lien release within two weeks. We would use Chrysler Capital again if needed. I got a brand new truck built from scratch as soon as I got it the transmission went out. I didn't have the truck for about 2 months. I financed my Jeep through Chrysler Capital with a zero percent 60 month loan. I traded the car in on 11/2/2019. The auto dealer that paid off the loan for me sent them a check on 11/8/2019. On 11/12/2019, Chrysler Capital cashed the check. On 11/25/2019, these imbeciles had no idea that my loan had been paid off or where the payment was applied to. They cashed the check and kept giving me the runaround that they didn't receive the payment. If you have other means to finance your auto, do yourself a favor and get financing through a reputable source that can process a payoff in a timely manner without a lot of headache. The worst experience of my life. I have been trying to pay off my loan for 2 months and each time I submitted a payment they were not able to process it for various reasons. I tried paying with a HELOC check only to find out a month later that they don't accept that even though I was told by multiple people that was fine. Even a manager took payments from my HELOC over the phone that ended up not going through because they don't accept them. I finally mailed a personal check from my checking account and that was returned because it wasn't certified. No one could even tell me they got the check until I got it back in the mail.
