From my first conversation with Steve, I instantly knew that I made the right choice. It was like talking to a friend from the first word, and I could tell he was fully invested in doing everything possible to make this evening memorable in every way. He even offered to prepare samples of his food and bring them to my home for my approval. Who does that anymore?!? On the day of my wife's celebration, Steve and his staff arrived right on time and set up a wonderful Hawaiian style buffet that was beautifully decorated. Every item of food they provided was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. I have been receiving compliments for two weeks from my guests saying the smoked pork was, "the best I've ever had" and the teriyaki chicken was so tender that it was like, "the filet mignon of chicken." The had catered events there in the past so they knew what they were walking into.....No electricity, no running water and an outdoor venue where they had to bring their "Kitchen" to the parking lot. But what none of us could imagine was that it would rain and rain hard during the event. This did not seem to deter them. The food was HOT, and delicious. They plated 175 salads and then 175 dinners. Their servers were gracious, quick and so sweet. The servers were dripping wet as they had to carry plated meals through the rain to our tables in the tent. They did not complain and were joyful and helpful. One of the servers caught the attention of one of our family members who was blind. This server walked her into the tent when it started raining and gave special attention to her throughout the evening. I will recommend this catering company to everyone who is looking to cater a diner, a party or a wedding.
