What you need to know about Bob is that he was instrumental in setting up and running the service operations for some of the first Honda car dealerships in Chicago. That means that Bob has seen and worked on all the Hondas from the first Civics (maybe even the 1600?) and Accords to the S2000, the CR-Z and the Fit. We have owned six different Hondas over the past 40 years and Bob has worked on them all. He is honest as the day is long and he will tell you what needs to be done, what can be put off, and, what you should take to the Dealer since it's covered under warranty.
