This is one expensive family trip you almost think it was Disney land with those types of prices. You know if you kept the prices affordable more families would come and spend their hard earned time and money there but you guys gouge and raise your prices so they cant which in my eyes is in bad faith and practice on your part. But my favorite thing about it is that half the games don't work, Chucky is supposed to make an appearance every 30 minutes.. he doesn't (i know you are shocked... me too -.-) they have a new play place jungle gym type thing And a trampoline that is a added cost. Sooooo for a play card food and drink and the play place your looking around a 100 and that only last if you stretch it 20 minutes, 30 at max. Thats one kid i take my niece as a treat. But damn! For mediocre rides that don't work, machines that are out of service, food that comes out burnt (the fries) and barely feeds us two . Thats a large pizza by the way which in reality is a small at best. The bathrooms are uncleaned with them unflushed unswept and toilet paper thrown all about ...its just a gross time and honestly not worth the money but living where we do the options of fun times to take a kid too is limited to this or movies and theres only so many kid movies you can take your kid to go see before it becomes boring. Ya know it would just be nice if you guys did an over haul and got down to what really matters again. Make this an affordable experience for the parents and worth the kids while. We still enjoy coming here whenever there is time and there's an event. We came during Pie Day and got a Medium pizza for $3.14. It was a great deal and fed us. I was surprised that it wasn't too busy on a Saturday, but it worked out. There were a couple games not working and they try rhejr best to fix tbem on site. They close at 9pm, but the TVs turn off by 8:30pm and the games turn off exactly at 9pm. read more

Chuck E. Cheese is a childhood staple for kids to experience. A lot of the play equipment has been removed and is now all digital or 'ride' based. The food here is surprisingly good and my toddler had a wonderful time visiting. Food does take a long time, so be more patient than you expect and your kiddo will likely want food faster than it gets to the table. read more

And this location in ABQ has plenty of parking, friendly customer service, and tasty pizza comparable to similarly priced pizza. The all you can play passes are a great deal, too. When we were younger, you were the cool kid for having a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese's. The mouse show, good pizza ( I mean who doesn't love pizza??), the games, the prizes. First of all, it's been years since I've been to this (or any) Chuck E. Cheese. At least 30 years. I was in town with my 3 daughters (ages 5, 3 and 18 mos). It was a hot summer day, so we decided to do something inside. I was initially disappointed that they no longer have the animatronic characters and show. That's really what made Chuck E. Cheese different than any other pizza place with an arcade. It's been replaced with a large screen that shows videos of Chuck E. Cheese singing and dancing. And occasionally someone dressed up as the mouse would come out and interact with the children. Now to the good. The staff were super friendly. They kept the place very clean and went above and beyond in every aspect, to include letting my daughters pick a prize that they were about 150 tickets shy for. They also have many games and rides for the younger kids, which was nice. The pizza is decent and reasonably priced. We fed 3 adults and 3 children for under $60, and that included 100 "tokens" (although it's all done via a game card now), which is about a $30 value. The kids had fun, and that's really all that mattered. I should also mention that we went at 1p on a Friday, so it wasn't very crowded. It's been several years since I last recall stepping inside of a Chuck E Cheese establishment. My main motivation for going was T-Mobile this week for T-Mobile Tuesday's was offering a free large pizza with the purchase of a $5 game card. I'm not much into kid games so I figured I'd treat a random kid to a free game card and take the pizza make their day. Walking in you can definitely tell who their audience is... kids. Surprisingly enough it still looked as I remembered. They haven't changed or updated their design much since I last visited. I am not sure if that's a good or bad thing. The pizza on the other hand was very different from what I remember. It looks much more appetizing. Tastes better too! My only disappointment was the service. I waited for the better part of 5 to 9 minutes at the register before anyone came to help me. I think what upset me more is how I saw couple people roaming around inspecting things then when another customer came up to the salad bar to ask a question they helped him almost immediately. Some kids came up to the prize counter and were immediately helped all while I stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order. After the person who was behind the prize counter finished with the kids came and helped me I told her to give the card to a random kid. Horrible customer service! Waited an hour above the estimated time for a pizza! It does not take this long it was absolutely horrible the women that was helping us make the pizza was saying horrible things and just had a incredibly bad attitude and not just that we have been waiting for food all day we haven't eaten today and the worker who was making us food brought out the pizza RIGHT when we started complaining to the manager about this employees incompetence I'm absolutely angry at this place dear chuck e cheese get better this place was absolutely horrible. read more

We had my kiddo's third birthday party here last weekend. We all had a great time! It was a tad expensive but it was nice to have all the kids in one place and not to have to worry about them escaping or anything since they have the check out station near the exit. The pizza was actually pretty good and the kids had a great time playing games and riding the rides. I had 21 kids there and about 50 adults. They used to have a deal where if you take the morning session from 10-12, it's cheaper but they stopped that deal. I was disappointed about that but my son begged me for months to have his party there and I'm glad we did. The hostess was GREAT. She took care of us and even gave my son's friend a Chuck E. Cheese doll because he tripped and hit his head on a ride so hard that he had to go to urgent care and missed the party. Props to her because that was very sweet of her when it was just an accident. She cut up our cake and served it also. She stayed with our party practically the whole time and also got my son into the dances. She did great with him! The whole place needs some TLC, the tables are sticky and greasy. The place seems so be completely neglected. The food seems to be ok but not % perfect, salad bar is awful. Definitely needs a manager or employees that care enough to keep the whole place running in sanitary conditions. What can I say about the experience, it's for kids not adults. And the kids seem to enjoy it, so can't complain about that. Pizza is as ok. It was the way we were treated after the bill was hand s to us that has us all upset. Charged for $34 worth of drinks when we all bought our own. When we asked for an explanation they basically said pay it or we'll call the cops, which they did. Horrible manager and horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN. I hope corporate reads your reviews. We waited over a year so excited for them to reopen. Spent 90 bucks on three play pass cards. And half of the games don't work. Of the two skew ball machines that are open, only one has balls. This place is what it is. I appreciate that the facility is always clean. I've never left a complaint, but today the pizzas we ordered leave much to be desired. I ordered two extra large pizzas and when the first ones came out, they were lacking an even layer of cheese, leaving open areas of crust exposed. I returned them thinking it couldn't be right and when the next ones came out they were exactly the same. Very sad looking pizzas. We've been to chuck e cheese several times. Recently we had my sons bday party there and we actually purchased a bday package for a couple kids. It included a "party planner/organizer", food, tokens and a bunch of extras. It was actually really great. About a month later we took my daughter on a Tuesday night for her bday. We had already had her party elsewhere so this was just a bonus on her bday. It wasn't busy at all and the staff was courteous.... Until I had to deal with the manager. When ringing me up, the cashier made a mistake and had to call the manager over to correct. The manager took her time walking up, and when she got there she said "what you need?" I explained what happened and she seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. This was Tuesday night, apr 26th 2016. Absolutely awful. We went there half of the machines didn't work right...they would glitch or just not work at all. We told the people at the desk and they said they couldn't give us a refund. But the girl that was "fixing" them was still in training. There was no one fixing them. We put a coin in the horse...didn't do anything...looked over 5 mins later and it was going with no one on it. I went here with my daughter for her birthday today, and it was okay. She had a great time, and we both enjoyed the food. The service was good for the most part, but their stocks were running out a bit, so my daughter had to settle for glasses instead of a medal that she wanted.
