I came with a daycare group with 58 kids. We spent $789 on food, drinks, and tickets for them. Whenever Rochelle, the employee came and brought our pizza, she said she dropped 4 cards leaving us with 54. She said she would bring us the rest but never did. When it was time to let the kids play, we noticed we were short still so my coworker grabbed two of the four cards we were missing. Once all of the kids were off to play, we were still one card short so I went up there and asked for one extra card, bringing our total to 57 cards, not 58 like we payed for. She told me we had gotten all of the cards we had payed for and that we were out of luck. I am very non confrontational so I left and let my boss know, who is a very lovely and kind elderly woman. When my boss went to talk to the employee she was very calm and ensured her demeanor was peaceful, however Rochelle was extremely rude and had begun to raise her voice when my boss politely showed her receipt and that we hadn't gotten the correct number of cards. She lied and told us that she had given ME all of the cards, referring to me as "that girl" which is extremely rude to me. Whenever I told her I did not, she got extremely defensive and threatened to kick us off the premises when we were nothing but calm. Management did nothing to help and we had to have one of the older kids (10) give away her card to the child who was not able to receive one (6) so she could play. Horrible management and disrespectful staff, we will not be returning and we will be alerting daycares in the area of this as well. Edit: They were supposed to get cute little prize bags after the visit but instead we had to fight to get them and they came in ZIPLOC BAGS and they were absolutely pitiful! My coworker heard them say "I wish you would give them a party bag, give them trash bags for all I care" completely disrespectful and rude!

Who doesn't love this place, kids and adults both can play and have fun. I'm not a huge fan of their pizza but the kids don't mind and that's all that matters. Took out little one here for a private fun day for his birthday and he was full of joy and really got a kick out of getting tickets to cash in later for playing games.

Fresh from the oven the only thing I can say this place still has going for itself. I'll commute 30 minutes to go get one of these anyday.

I'm not going to lie they have the BEST pizza I have EVER eaten here in Baton Rouge. I can't attest to anything else but the pizza we went when it was 2 large pizzas for 22 bucks. Money well spent I would drive way down here to buy a pizza then a pizza place literally around the corner from my house.

We went here for my granddaughters 2nd Birthday. It was not crowded at all. I'm not sure what time they opened, but we must have arrived shortly after. My baby loved all the sights and sounds of the games and riding machines. Everything seemed to work and she had a blast. I was a little disappointed that they did have anything like the old restaurant used to in regards to the entertainment. They had the robotic mouse, but all it did was occasionally turn. I remember that their used to be music with different characters playing along. This had none of that. When the pizzas arrived, they looked delicious. The pizzas were fresh from the oven and hot. Our order was correct and we dug in right away. They were at least as good as any pizzeria we had been to, maybe better. We didn't have any leftovers and we had a good time. It really is a fun place to bring children.

Clean, orderly and friendly throughout our birthday bash. Party host was on top of it!

I'm typically a creature of habit and hate experimenting when I'm hungry, but I've definitely ventured out of my comfort zone with trying different items, and have not been disappointed thus far. The waitstaff are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. As other reviewers have said, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The place tends to get crowded at peak times, so reservations have proven to be a good idea. I've also noticed that take-out is a popular option as well.

We really do love this place, which is why this review is disappointing to write. Unfortunately,…read moreour most recent visit was not up to the standard we've come to expect. The first issue was with the quesadillas. Both of them arrived smashed together, stuck to the paper wrapper, and neither had been cut into slices. Instead of being easy to share and eat, they were difficult to separate from the paper and ended up as one large, messy blob. I ordered the shredded chicken quesadilla and was very disappointed with the flavor. The chicken had a burnt, leftover-grill taste that made it hard to enjoy, and after one bite I couldn't finish it. It also seemed to have very little cheese, which made it feel dry and lacking the cheesy goodness you'd expect from a quesadilla. My boyfriend ordered the pork quesadilla. While it was better than the chicken, it still had an unusual off-flavor, and it had the same issues with not being sliced and sticking to the wrapper. On a positive note, the chips, salsa, and queso were excellent and ended up being the highlight of our meal. I do think the queso is a little pricey for those of us trying to stick to a budget but love to dip our quesadillas in it, but it was still very tasty. Despite this disappointing takeout experience, the employees are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We're hoping this was just an off day because we've had good experiences in the past, and we look forward to giving them another chance and hopefully updating this review with a better experience.

I looked around and saw that all of the tables inside were reserved and we were lucky enough to be seated on the patio, where there were also a good number of tables reserved. It wasn't too bad being outside because they had some space heaters, and the table we were at had a nice view of the sunset. There was also live music, which to us was a huge plus. Our server was Chloe, and she was great! Attentive enough that we never had to wait for anything, and very pleasant. We started with a mule for me and an espresso martini for my friend. She says it's one of the best, if not the best, espresso martini she has had in Baton Rouge. My mule was the just strong enough to hit the spot. As far as our food goes, we loved how fresh the bruschetta tasted and how the meatballs practically melted in your mouth. My friend preferred the Lil Peppa because she liked their red sauce a lot and I preferred the salsiccia con potate (mozzarella, Italian sausage, roasted potatoes and rosemary with a white sauce) because I found the flavor combinations interesting. I favored the tiramisu, while she favored the cannoli. We were both in agreement that we would come back and get all of these again, so they were all winners to us.

There's no organization to what anyone is doing. The dining room tables aren't bussed and about five walk-ins and me are waiting for online orders. There's nobody directing the kitchen and no front-end person catering to the three tables there. Now I've worked in restaurants for half my working life and some in grad school. These deficiencies are exacerbated by not having a firm managerial hand. It's what happens when everyone is in their 20s with little to no experience in the world reacting to a rush rather than being proactive. There's no reason why I should wait 20 mins for two pizzas when I get there after ordering it 15 mins prior to leaving my house just down the street and 5 or 6 staff working. There were enough people to handle the rush if they had more leadership and direction. That's the sad part.

The service was great and the vibe is nice. There are some menu modifications like the initial smoked wings now being fried and a slight variation in the wing sauces. The new pizza crust has too much cornmeal in the recipe. The old thin crust was the way to go with minimal cornmeal if it had it at all before. Cheese sticks were slightly burnt at the bottom and too much cornmeal in its crust also. Wings were good but my family and I prefer the smoked vs fried a hundred times over. Hot honey wing sauce was delicious. Decent visit overall but honestly not a huge fan of the food changes other than the location. Will try again soon.
