Ambiance is a gas station that took out the pumps and put table on the patio that the missing pumps created (not a bad thing, just not Pizza Hut, or fine dining). She took it away. And came back and said she was so sorry. We weren't charged for it. Good thing but they should have gave us our meal for free. First of all, getting in and out of this store any time near rush hour is miserable. I get it, that's Perkins Road's fault and not theirs. The point is, is that the pizza's not good enough to bother. Papa John's is better. The service was worse. Although the staff was friendly enough, I sat and listened to three servers talk about whether to shave the hair on their arms while my pizzas sat in the pass-through. I have been to this location several times and I can honestly say this was the worst. The pizza was not on par with the norm which is normally an ok pizza. The hostess was playing with a baby bird on the ground when we walked him and did not acknowledge us of about two minutes. I honestly just stood in awe of how oblivious she was. When she did notice us she say just sit wherever in which we did. But the table we chose was not the one she wanted for us... so she moved us. I also notice that the she did not was her hands after playing with the bird... the waitress was ok for the most part. She did not refill any of our drinks. So floppy and greasy you could barely hold it, my stomach is actually aching as I type this. Flavorless crust and almost no sauce. Another waiter brought out the food and was obviously annoyed with any further requests. Other tables were checked on because they had a different waitress and I regret not sitting in her section. What has happened at my formerly favorite pizza place in town? Suddenly my pizza was under-baked and loaded with heavy cheese. Pizza was amazing! I had the Mothership and it was delicious. The crust is thin and crispy and cooked perfectly. They have a small dining area with a good size patio which would be nice if the weather was cooperating. I ordered mine to go, but the ladies behind the bar were very friendly and engaging. Thought I'd give another update since I've recently tried a new specialty pizza. We decided to pick up an order through the drive through, the wait was really really long, but we finally got our pizza after about 15-20 min. We got half Al-Freddie Mercury and half Mamma Mia, both were so good, I loved the red peppers. It was a delicious meal, and honestly I can't decide which pizza is my favorite anymore. I've now had the whole lotta love, al-freddie mercury, the meatza, the mothership, the mamma mia, the heartbreaker, and the bou-ray. All are great. A fun pizza place in the Southdowns areas! I always pick this pizza up when I am over that way, and I am always happy that I stopped to get something! I usually get the Caprese salad, which is just mozzarella, tomoatoes and pesto... delicious! I could eat so many of these lol! Of course, pizza is a MUST! I like how the crust is on the thinner side, so you aren't eating a ton of bread. The red sauce is on point, to me not too sweet and not too saucy, it is just right. We brought our family of six to dinner tonight. As we arrived, the hostess/waitress outside was using a menu to pick up an injured bird off of the ground. Although it was considerate to take care of the fallen and injured bird, using the menu to do it was off putting. She didn't even look up and just said "you can sit where you want". There were no tables outside for six people so we moved two tables together. After our family finished moving the tables, another waitress walked over and asked us to put two different tables together instead then watched us move the first two back and us put the two she wanted together instead. She took our drink order quickly but brought the drinks out, not setting them in front of us but just randomly around the table. It took about 20 minutes for her to come take our order. We ordered 3 pizzas, pretty basic-14 in pepperoni, 14 in Margherita, 14 in motherload with no mushrooms. It didn't take too, too long to get the pizza but another waitress dropped those off. Motherload had mushrooms on it. After several minutes, she came back and we told her there weren't supposed to be mushrooms. She said, "oh, someone must have picked up the wrong one, do you want another one or do you want to just pick them off yourself?". We asked how long that would take. She said 15 minutes so we told her we would just pick them off. We had waited so long between her acknowledging our existence each time that we didn't want to take the chance of having to wait longer than that. Pizzas were all mediocre, especially for the price. We waited about 15 more minutes after that for our drinks to be refilled then another 15 for the check. The check had 20 percent gratuity already included. I understand this is fairly common practice with parties of 6 or more and I always tip 18-20% anyway and would have here but it really seemed as though her poor service and attitude was decided when we walked in with 6 people and she knew she would be able to charge a tip. There was never any mention of trying to discount the pizza that came out wrong. read more

I love that they offer this because there are times after a long day at work that I just want to stay home and catch up on my Netflix!! Love the pizza here! During this visit, my husband and I ordered a 14 inch pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and roasted garlic. It was delicious! The crust, sauce, and meat toppings were so good. I was disappointed with the roasted garlic this time since it was pretty burnt. This has never happened here before but everything still tasted ok and it didn't ruin the taste of the pizza. The pizza was tasty but also the reason for 3 stars. The crust was ridiculously thin and the toppings were not spread all the way out to the crust (there was a ring of sauce only between a center circle of toppings and the crust). Also got garlic bread appetizer which was very underwhelming. So I felt things were overpriced for what we got. Service was good, there was an error with our order which was caught and corrected by the staff before we left with our take out order. I thought the ambiance was also nice. We were visiting from out of town and stopped by, ordered, then waited to take back to hotel. I feel like they had a decent selection of alcohol and their outdoor seating would be a good place to have a drink and chat with friends at night.. But being with two underage kids in the middle of the day with the heat and humidity...we just wanted to get somewhere with air conditioning to eat. Fans of NY style pizza may like the food more than we did.
