We did a drop-in party after having spoken to someone early in the morning. once we arrived, Cheryl set up the table for us and got us set up right away. Everything was great until the table/party next to ours took over our table. They started by taking the chairs, sitting at our table, and taking the cups and the goody bags. Lastly they started placing their presents on our table in turn STEALING our only present and an envelope (which turned out had cash in it). The manager Cheryl clearly saw as the other party RAIDED and took over out table however, she did nothing. She stood there and watched with another employee as they did what they pleased. One of the ladies of the other party was so sure that they did not take the present, they had us walk over to their trunk to look. An employee also came along to witness. The child who brought the present pointed out the bag instantly. We had to literally grab the present from their trunk! Then, they had the tenacity to ask the child (8 years old) what was in it, where she bought it and other questions of the like. In the end, they would not leave chucky cheese and insisted on getting physical with us because we accused them of being thieves. If anyone asks if chucky cheese is a safe location, I will bluntly say NO. The other party was supposed to end at 7:30pm. They did not leave until 8:15pm. Note that we did not start our party until about 7:30pm. so having only been "enjoying" ourselves for about 30 minutes, we were at the point of just leaving. Another manager named Elora convinced us to stay and deeply apologized for the situation, something that Cheryl never did. I was speechless. Elora had more compassion and sympathy for the occurrences than the other manager or any of the employees who witnessed the atrocity. Elora attempted to make up for the bad experience and was very friendly and checked in on us from then on until we left. If Elora had been there sooner, I am sure she would have prevented the salutation from occurring in the first place. I was told the other party would have an attendant. That attendant should have said something when they crossed the line, or at the least alerted the manager. Will I ever again have a party at chucky cheese you may ask? No, I will not, unless Elora is there the whole time. I will also not recommend chucky cheese to anyone while incompetent people are employed. I will tell everyone to speak to Elora should they plan a party at the Concord location. Elora is a competent, understanding and compassionate employee who cares about the customers. I will also warn them of the incompetence and bad management my family experienced from Cheryl. read more

I would just like to commend an employee named Amani. Visited this evening due to the kids being cooped up all day in the rain.She checked us in and out and was very friendly and helpful on several different occasions. Patient with the kids who were jumping up-and-down crazily ready to get into the games. She was cheerful and just a joy to interact with. She was patient with me when I messed up swiping my credit card several times in a row. When we checked out with the toys the kids just had to have she was again just sweet as pie. She just always had a smile on her face and made me feel customer service is not dead. And the pizza was actually way better than I expected it to be. Thanks Amani! read more

If I could I wouldn't give this place one star. I came for a birthday party. The manager Barbara (with her poor customer service skills) should not be working here. First off, the party we were attending, Chuck E. Cheese staff did not have the party table ready we all had to wait 20mins! Then the pizzas took very long to come. There was a party next to us and they came later and there food came first!! WTH! Then our party complained and the manager was rude saying that talking to her was wasting her time. Then nothing was resolved so then waited another 30 mins to talk to the manager again. Then when she finally came out she came over practically threw money in the person who reserved the party and was rude and said to take it up with corporate. I can't believe the level of service. Would've gotten a 4 star but they got my order wrong. They really changed the place since the last time I've been here. Most of the games need a play card to play. I've only taken my daughter here once because I was a little nervous when we went. Sure the pizza tasted like cardboard; I expected that. And, all the machines that wizzed and pinged and screamed and whirled where more than a little noisy and nerve-racking. But what really disturbed me was the adult guests were belligerent, inconsiderate, rude to their children, and didn't seem to have much respect for themselves or anyone else. We went here today to get out of the rain. So glad we came early because at around 12:00 it was a disaster. The ticket machines where you redeem your tickets was broken. Just recently had my nephew's birthday party here and let me tell you it was even better than I could have imagined. From the get go I was nervous about having his party at such a chaotic kids environment, dreading how unorganized it was going to be but that was so far from our actual experience. We had about 12 children and 15 adults at the party and it was so well planned and organized we really didn't have to do anything the day of his party because his wonderful party coordinator Nicole took care of everything! She was so great, always checking in with us on what we needed to make his party the best that it could be. She went above and beyond anything we could have expected from our day of planner and were so lucky to have had her. You could tell she loved her job, even with all of the craziness of screaming 5 year olds and was so attentive to what was going on throughout the whole party! Was such a great experience and we are so glad that she was able to be apart of my nephew's 5th Power Ranger Party! Also, pizza, drinks and salad bar were great for the prices and they even let you add on coupons to your party package...which made it an even better deal! Went here with the 5yo and 2yo on an odd weekday for lunch. Place was relatively empty, so they had fun and were able to play all of the games they liked, and climb around in the tubes. Definitely a small location, but bright on the inside and very clean. There's beer and mediocre pizza. Pretty standard stuff. read more

While it's a fun place for my child I just watched an employees kids lick a salad dressing spoon (the one used to pour dressing on your salad) multiple times and put it back in the salad dressing to share their germs with everyone! I told another employee who addressed it immediately, so for that employee I'm giving two stars. read more

I was here today for my nieces 5th birthday party. The host was supposed to meet my sister at 12:15pm (party started at 12:30pm) to go over food orders, to get the cards for the kids to play games, drink orders, etc. My sister had to hunt her down and then she didn't come out until 1:10pm which put the entire party behind by an hour. My sisters guests stood around for 40 mins without food or drinks plus the kids didn't have game cards. I would not recommend having your child's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, they're understaffed, slow and just don't seem to care if you're there or not. read more

Chuck E. Cheese on a Saturday afternoon??!! Are you crazy??!! I was dreading coming here for a birthday party at 12:30 thinking it would be packed. I put on my big girl panties and marched up to the door with my kids ready to be surrounded by super excited kids running around wildly looking for tokens and playing games. I was completely surprised that there was only 2 birthday parties and only a few other tables were occupied. It was really nice to not be around crowds of kids. Us parents were able to relax and enjoy each others company while our kids got to leisurely play games within our viewing distance. The food seemed to come out quickly too. I'd have to say service was pretty good and the staff was friendly. The only negative would be is their limited selection of prizes. This was our first time to this location so not sure if they always have this small supply of prizes or not. But over all I'd have to say our afternoon here was enjoyable. We (about 5 families) stayed til 5:00 even tho our party was scheduled to end at 2:30 and the staff didn't seem to mind. We even had a 2nd birthday cake to enjoy after the official birthday party ended! read more

This location would be great if they hired enough employees staff it. We ordered a small personal pizza at 5:20 pm and it was delivered at 6:30. When we came to our table, a young child had his hands on it. Not worth waiting another hour for a replacement. There is no one working here except the staff manning the registers and to get their attention you have to wait in a 20 minute line. For the $35 we spent on tix and the additional $12 on food and beverage, they can afford to hire one more person to oversee food service. Poor corporate oversight leads to a bad experience. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Please don't ever take your child here for a bday party. I had my son's 5th bday party here and it was extremely disorganized. I ordered 2 medium pizzas for the kids, only got one. 2 larges for the adults, only got one. The pizzas came an hour after I ordered them and some of the parents from my party got tired of waiting and ordered their own pizzas which came much quicker than ours. Then the hostess said they lost the cake I brought in for my son's bday. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager never spoke to me. They instead gave me cards for the children to play unlimited 2 hour games to make up for the service, those cards didn't even work!!!! One of the parents from my party had to wait 20 mins in line to speak let them know these cards didn't work. After all of this, they wanted to charge me $191.00 on top of the $50.00 deposit. Please save yourself and your child's birthday, DONT EVER have a party here. Cooperate needs to consider a new manager and new employees for this place, it's embarrassing!!!!!! We came on a Thursday, noon. Place was almost empty, but dirty tables, with leftovers, could be seen everywhere. My son loves the place but for me it is silly. I was given my two kids a party on the same day and they are 6yrs apart so we have his friends the older kids then we have my 2yr old friends so you can just image the headache. He is a Hispanic male around 18 with a small beard patch on his chin, he is unbelievably handsome and has grate service I believe his name is Fernando, the food was great and he delivered with a smile, he is the best person there and probably in the history of time. The manager Kiko on the other hand is rude and has a messed up Mohawk and I saw him talking to himself multiple times saying "who's the man, I'm the man". Came for a birthday party, had purchased the most expensive party package, the door was not manned by anyone when we walked in, so children were coming in and out with no one stopping them!! when I asked the lady behind the counter where the person was that was supposed to be watching the door, she proceeded to yell at me over the counter in front of a group of people stating someone's mother just died and I would have to wait and be patient. I later found out this woman was the manager!! So trashy to do that on the floor and even worse to air someone's private business and have no concern for children coming and going! The staff was nowhere to be found including the host until almost halfway through, preloaded cards didn't arrive for a half hour until after the party started, so kids were just sitting at the party table waiting. We finally had to track an employee down just to get them. The food we ordered didn't arrive for an hour and a half after party started. Worst experience ever and will never be coming here again and will be warning everyone I know what an unsafe, trashy place this is. read more

We went there the other day. We only go now to use the tokens my son received for a gift. It looks like they added more games--for adults. This is not an age appropriate place for children anymore. I don't understand why it is advertised for young kids when it is all adult and teenager games. Only about 20% of this place has games for young children. Big disappointment. It even looked as though they are not even compliant with ADA. We were playing one game and my behind was in someone table now. Some tables only have one seat to allow for more--adult games. I liked how it use to be--about the children. The games are guns, too high for young children to even put a coin in much less play, or if they are sit down games, the children do not have long enough legs to play. Cannot wait for a "real" family place to open up for children. I gave it 1 star, because you have to give something. read more

The only reason I put 1 star was because you don't have a choice to put none. It cost $90 for 4 adults and 1 child to have 1 small individual size pizza, party size buffalo wings, which were not actually Wings in fact I'm not sure they were even actually chicken, four drinks, and four salad bars. We didn't finish the wings because they were so horrible. The salad bar was half empty and most of the food on it was turning gray or mushy as if it had been there for days. They were way understaffed so you couldn't order food if someone was trying to turn in their tickets and you couldn't get tickets turned in if someone was ordering food. I had to ask several times for them to refill the ranch dressing on the salad bar. When she finally came and filled the ranch she filled it one third full. I will never ever eat there again. I've gone to nice restaurants with 4 people and spent $90 and got real drinks and an awesome meal. Next time my grandson wants to go out there we will go and eat somewhere else first and then go and play their one token games. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service the manager NATHAN provided. I have a four year old who enjoys him self at Chuck E. Cheese last night after I went to the register to redeem my free tickets for taking the survey. Madison the cahier that assisted me gave me 200 tickets. I purchase another of the $30.00 tokens. She rang up the wrong item so she had to charge me again that meant I did another survey. I told her I would do the survey again and she told me she would give me the same amount of tickets 200. I go back to the table and do the surveys, I come back to the register to redeem my tickets Nathan the manager is there and redeems them for 100 so I told him Madison said she would give me 200 tickets. Instead of acting professional and just honoring the tickets he goes back and forth with Madison and me. Really what kind of Manager are you? Customers are always first! What you needed to do Nathan is act in a professional way. When the appropriate time comes discuss the issue with the employee not make a scene in front of the customer. We parents invest a lot of money in that business for you to make the customer mad no that's not how it works. read more
