I came for a child birthday party and expected complete chaos and terrible food. I was pleasantly surprised that they have revamped the place. The pizza was acceptable but I'd not get the boneless wings or fries. The salad bar was not worth $12.99 but at least was fresh. The mascot did not know the dance and looked lethargic at best.... We celebrated my kids birthday this last weekend. We paid a lot of money and were so disappointed at the end of it. Everything felt so rushed. My daughter was so excited for all her friends to sing the "I say happy, you say birthday" song to her but this location changed the way they do it. They no longer have the kids stand up front instead they have ALL the birthday kids and their ENTIRE party gather on the center floor and all sing at once. There had to be 100 people (if not more) standing in one spot. It was pure chaos and borderline dangerous. NONE of the birthday starts got the individual attention they deserved. After the song was over they told everyone to get back to their tables and as we walked back that's when they started singing happy birthday (as we were walking back). No candles were lit, the rest of our party was still trying to get out of the chaos and no family around. Plus cake we ordered from there was cracked. Ticket blaster was a HOT mess. The only good thing is the pizza is always good. Keep in mind the 2 hour of game play comes out to about an hour. They don't pause it for their birthday song chaos. Makes me sad but we wouldn't have another party here going forward. If we do it'll be a different location. read more

I came here for a birthday party on a Saturday. It was pretty packed with 4 or more other parties going on at the same time. But it actually wasn't bad at all. The workers were very accommodating and kind! They came to make sure we were taken care of and the young lady in charge of our section was so upbeat and happy. The games were average but all the kids still had so much fun. I knocked off one star because although the food came out in a timely manner, it wasn't as good as it used to be. The pizza was ok but didn't taste the same. The French fries were burnt and soggy at the same time, if that makes sense. The drinks weren't good and not refilled often. I just celebrated my son's 4th birthday here and I have to say it was an AMAZING experience. The staff was helpful and attentive. The birthday party host checked in on us throughout the party and made sure everyone was having a good time. As a first time mom having a party here, she made sure to explain everything in detail. Pizza was delivered in a timely manner. Chuck E. went above and beyond to cater to my son who was a little timid at first but at the end was giving Chuck E. a big high 5. 5 stars for the staff, 5 stars for the cleanliness and 5 stars for all the arcade games. This Chuck E. Cheese looks like it was recently remodeled so everything is brand new. The trampoline area was my son's favorite part, he spent most of his time jumping away. There was always a staff member watching to make sure no kids were hurt. There is a height limit which is perfect for the little kids because you don't have to worry about them getting pushed around by bigger kids. The birthday party package is the best deal. 2 hours of arcade play, pizza and drinks for the kids, dip n dots and the ticket blaster. I brought in my own table decorations and goodie bags which you are allowed to do. Overall so happy I booked the party package. Making an online reservation was super easy too. Overall it's a nice place and nice staff. I take my daughter often. It's fun. I wish the jump place cost less or included in a package. It's about 12-16 dollars depending on the day / time. Don't get the personal pizza it's not even a pizza. Upgrade to a small well worth it. I wish they had a bigger size for the gluten free as my son has celiac and a tiny pizza is not enough. That is my biggest disappointment but I'm glad also they do have that. The pizza is actually pretty good ( get it stuff crust) . The place is usually clean. I would recommend this a fun place. We took our family and friends on Sunday for a birthday party for our eight year old. We selected to $99 package and paid a $50 deposit. We arrived 15 minutes early and our table was set up and waiting for us. Everything seemed fine. I had a designated person, Sean, to order food and keep track of time/events with. I order a $49.99 Pizza and Play package and two salad bars at $12.99 each. I was prepared to pay upfront, but Sean told me I could wait until we are finished in case I wanted to order anything else. That made me a little uneasy, but I said okay Our party/play time was classic Chuck E Cheese fun, and I received the total receipt from Sean. I reviewed it before payment and was expecting around $125-130, the total was $163. I asked Sean about the discrepancy and where was the added cost. He told me he "felt it was right" and pointed out the cost of the food which was split from the play part of the coupon. It didn't add up, and the discount was separate. So if you are not a person who can add and subtract well you might not see the break down easily. The receipt was confusing and I found I was charged for 2 Adventure Zone passes I did NOT order. When I showed it to Sean he said it was part of the package I purchased, and he didn't realize it. BUT it was not, that was the Ultimate Pizza and Play with Adventure Zone at $64.99. So long story shorter, I kept the socks and passes to go on another day because my eight year old daughter was in tears that she could not go in the Adventure Zone because she didn't have the pass during her party, and will take her at another time when she can enjoy it. My daughter and I come here probably twice a week as we have the Gold pass and we'll with the trampoline zone , service and pizza it's a GREAT TIME. Also they do a fantastic job at keeping it clean, especially the restrooms. Jordan. Is usually there when we go and ge us FABULOUS!! ALWAYS remembers us , they all do. He goes the extra step you can look around and see him professionally engaging with others, looking out for the kids and suggesting menu items that make sense which I love. The manager I don't know his name but he keeps a tight ship and even when busy he will wear any hat needed to ensure the show goes on. The ladies are awesome too oh and the kitchen people ways kind. I drove all the way from Orange to meet my sister half way from where she lives. We had such a great time. The manager provided great customer service and was very helpful. I forgot to get her name but she was wearing a pink blouse that day and I found out she's moving to the Chuckie cheese in Orange which was awesome since that's the location my family go to all the time. But at this location food was great, they had awesome games better than the Orange location. I wish the Orange location had similar games. My family & I came in on a weekday to celebrate my sons 5th birthday! We were greeted with friendly faces. Food was quick & delicious. This place needs to close! I purchased a medium pizza no drink $35 waited 55 minutes for it. My grandkids were playing in the trampoline area when they kicked them out because they were not wearing Chuck E. Cheese non-grip socks. They said they cannot use their own socks. It will cost 16.99 for those socks. My grandkids had drinks however all their drinks were messed up because there was too much carbonation in every one of them. And they do nothing.John's incredible pizza hands down! Only $18.99 you don't have to wait 55 min for a pizza plus a 100% better salad bar and drink selection. Do the extra drive WELL worth it. Plus chuck e cheese doesn't care and can't help you in anything! No more. First time there since Covid. And my last. People take heed. For sure hands down the best location It's my favorite location we've ever been to because the energy of this place is so positive and it's very open and clean, and the staff are so helpful and kind:) Jordan warmly helped us answer so many questions about the menu, as well as about the passes and ninja run and Sunshine brought joy and Sunniness to my questions and experience here I can tell they really enjoy when their families enjoy the space:) I was watching them greet the guests that came through the door and it was so sweet to see a familiarity and joy in the connection through the staff as they were greeting regular families i can tell they care about the people that come through the door with the warmth and smiles, and how they light up as they are greeted tooI wish we lived closer to them we would be here all the time!! Would totally have a birthday here too, the set up is really great it's spacious and supports the flow of the kids playing, and it's not too loud too the level they set their music at. Drove 30+ miles for a birthday party here on a Sunday. My friend's child's party started right at opening time. The staff was super friendly and helped out my son get his height checked for the trampoline area. I've been to other CEC locations and I felt this was the cleanest one I've been to. I often saw staff cleaning tables and even wiping down some games throughout our stay here. I got the salad bar which was stocked well and fresh. The rest of my family enjoyed their fresh pizzas (perks of not having a gluten allergy unlike myself). The cashier and redemption staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
