Had our sons birthday here in June. Was surprised at the reviews. The place was clean staff was very attentive. James was so helpful with us being a walk in party. There was no parties after us so we were offered to keep our stuff there which was great. The food wasn't bad. It worked and the kids were happy. I wasn't thrilled my kid wanted to come here for his birthday but the place deserves a good review because our experience was great. Only complaint was prices sure shot up! Just had my sons second birthday party there, I LOVED IT. My party host karissa was the sweetest soul ever. I had a stress free day, and my son loved his birthday! He loved his pizza, games, ice cream, and of course chuckE!! I would definitely throw a party here again. We were here attending a birthday party of a friend's kiddo. Large, clean and very attentive staff.

It's been years since we've been here but we were pleasantly surprised on Saturday as to the cleanliness and service. The restrooms were clean and so were the tables in the general area. I noticed several employees sweeping at all times. I would suggest having someone going around and sanitizing as well. Van did an incredible job in coming around and welcoming us as well as giving us all the info in regards to the shows etc. He also did a great job in the suit and ensured he went to every single kiddo through the restaurant to give everyone an opportunity. My friend invited me to his nephew's birthday party, and it's been a while since I've been to a Chuck E. Cheese franchise. The last time I went to one was for another birthday party, at the location in Foothill Ranch. This location was a mess. The layout was terrible because people waiting in line for food would need to part the line so that people coming in could make their way through. Maybe the problem was that the food registers were abnormally busy, but there was a long wait, which was more than 15 minutes. The servers would keep calling people up to the front to pick up their food because they couldn't find anyone, and would strangely only check the front half of the place, and not where the tables were. There's gotta be a better system in place for this. The price and quality of the food was similar to what you would pay for in a movie theater... Just overpriced and not very good. The pizza was dry and our order of boneless wings was laughable. For $12, we got a handful of chicken chunks covered in sauce and a couple of celery sticks. When I had to use the restroom, I was pretty grossed out. There was a suspicious pool of liquid around the drain in one of the stalls, as well as toilet paper on the floor, and a trail of liquid by the sink, which led out the door, mixed with the dirt on someone's shoes, which left dirty footprints, andddd...the soap dispenser was completely out of soap. Oy. If the kids weren't happy, I'd go with one star, but since they enjoyed themselves, I'll go with a generous two. However, I expected more from Chuck E. Cheese and feel they should make some improvements. read more

Took my children to this location for the first time. They liked that it had better games than the location we frequent. Food was good, the employees were friendly and helpful. What my kids were bummed about was that Chuck never came out the whole 3 1/2 hours that we were there. At another location they get to see him at least twice during our visits. Loved our visit!! It was so clean, there was a great selection of games to play, the pizza was delicious, the staff is great, and the best part was that they still have their animatronics !! My son just turned 8 and he has been begging us to take him, so we went for his birthday. He is autistic and is obsessed with animatronics, and we sadly thought that they had been removed from all the Chuck E. Cheese restaurants, but to our surprise, they still had them. This made his day and ours to see how happy he was when seeing them. They are very well kept, and not the slight bit creepy at all, very colorful too. The cashier/cook/everything, James, was extremely nice and helpful. I came with my family and saw him doing everything from ringing people up, answering the phone, refilling salad bar, making pizza, and helping families redeem their points, he was doing it all. Meanwhile, the manager was busy staring at the trampoline zone telling kids to get out and even sent James to tell them to leave in the midst of all the work he was already doing. I understand the kids did not pay for the trampoline zone but there is a way to speak to kids/parents. The manager at this location seems extremely unprofessional and just bossy and rude. I'm not sure if it's lack of staff or what, but James was doing it all. Please get a new manager at this location. read more

This location is by far the BEST Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza is great. The staff is really kind and the character staff seem to truly enjoy their job. They interact with the families and appear to have a great time. Bathrooms are always clean when I have come here. My kids LOVE the stage attraction (only a few left in the US). We are crushed it's going away soon. We drive out from Orange County (we have a Chuck E Cheese just minutes from our house) to this location because we just love it so much. The best place to take your grandkids on a Friday night, enjoy the salad bar, it's a pizza place, enjoy some skee ball and don't worry about your grandkids. It's a freaking mayhem here. Had a great time celebrating my daughters birthday. I didn't have a reservation for the long tables, but more family came then we expected. My husband had asked if we can have one of the long empty tables near the stage and they were kind enough to check to see if we can and they let us use it. My daughter had a blast. I don't know if all locations are as great as this location. I doubt it. The staff at this location are the hero's. We were treated like VIP. All staff at this location deserve a pay raise. My only complaint was the pizza was below average in quality. That is a corporate problem however and should be addressed as a corporate problem, not by giving bad reviews to particular locations. Chuckle cheese is made for children to enjoy. And they thoroughly enjoy themselves here. They just need to up their game for the parents/kids food. As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately greeted. The cashier was very nice and took my order right away. I was then told to wait 10 minutes for my pizza to come out. I was then created by Demario the manager at this location who is so pleasant! He genuinely cares about his customers and offers excellent customer service.
