Everything was good. The restrooms were clean. We came here on a school day which I thought wouldn't be too busy but for a school night.

Been years since I was last here. E tickets are not as fun as holding the paper tickets but less problems dealing with dropping and folding them! All You Can Play deal today, 6/11/24 for half an hour! Did have to wait a little though in between games. I did enjoy the ring toss, rolling the ball game, shooting the rubber duck lol, and my fave is the Sketch a picture keepsake. They often have coupons on their site. Download app to get 500 free play tickets but it didn't immediately work for us like stated. Maybe error on our part.

I came here for a birthday party on a Saturday. It was pretty packed with 4 or more other parties going on at the same time. But it actually wasn't bad at all. The workers were very accommodating and kind! They came to make sure we were taken care of and the young lady in charge of our section was so upbeat and happy. The games were average but all the kids still had so much fun. I knocked off one star because although the food came out in a timely manner, it wasn't as good as it used to be. The pizza was ok but didn't taste the same. The French fries were burnt and soggy at the same time, if that makes sense. The drinks weren't good and not refilled often. So I would say today was not too bad.

I just celebrated my son's 4th birthday here and I have to say it was an AMAZING experience. The staff was helpful and attentive. The birthday party host checked in on us throughout the party and made sure everyone was having a good time. As a first time mom having a party here, she made sure to explain everything in detail. Pizza was delivered in a timely manner. Chuck E. went above and beyond to cater to my son who was a little timid at first but at the end was giving Chuck E. a big high 5. 5 stars for the staff, 5 stars for the cleanliness and 5 stars for all the arcade games. This Chuck E. Cheese looks like it was recently remodeled so everything is brand new. The trampoline area was my son's favorite part, he spent most of his time jumping away. There was always a staff member watching to make sure no kids were hurt. There is a height limit which is perfect for the little kids because you don't have to worry about them getting pushed around by bigger kids. The birthday party package is the best deal. 2 hours of arcade play, pizza and drinks for the kids, dip n dots and the ticket blaster. I brought in my own table decorations and goodie bags which you are allowed to do. Overall so happy I booked the party package. Making an online reservation was super easy too. I would recommend going on a Sunday in the early afternoon. It wasn't crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

I drove all the way from Orange to meet my sister half way from where she lives. We had such a great time. The manager provided great customer service and was very helpful. I forgot to get her name but she was wearing a pink blouse that day and I found out she's moving to the Chuckie cheese in Orange which was awesome since that's the location my family go to all the time. But at this location food was great, they had awesome games better than the Orange location. I wish the Orange location had similar games. All the employees provided great customer service and very friendly. Everything seemed clean and tidy also the restrooms.

The food was hot and delicious, great service and experience was excellent. My family and I went when it first opened for the day and we were automatically greeted by Jordan at the door kiosk. So sweet and hospitable, wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Made great food recommendations to us along with the Chuck E. Cheese fun pass which came with great perks. Thanks for making this experience memorable for my family and I.

Ask the Community - Chuck E. Cheese

So about how many play points is each game?

Hi, Every game in our restaurants is only one point! We hope to see you playing all the games…

So if I buy 100 play points I'll get to play 100 games?

No. Each games uses multiple points. Also, you can do a card to play for an allotted time instead of just using points.

About how many credits is each game?

Hi Samantha! All of our games are one point. We hope that we see you soon!

The only thing to keep in mind is that if you visit during a busy time, you might end up waiting a bit behind the group ahead of you before starting the next hole. But overall, still such a fun spot to come to with friends!

The entry to the venue are between JCPenney and Macys parking lot area. When you enter the doors, you walk down the set of stairs to enter the play area. Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

Originally, we were scheduled to race with a large group, but we asked if it would be possible to race with just the three of us. The employee helping us was kind enough to move us to a different race. We didn't mind waiting a little longer, and we really appreciated that accommodation. After our first race, we waited just a few minutes while another group raced, and then it was our turn again. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is the price. For three people to race twice, plus the required license fees, it came to almost $200. That's a lot for a relatively short activity. Another reason for the rating was the customer service from some of the staff. At one point, we asked a group of employees for assistance, and instead of helping, they kept telling each other for the other to help. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to take responsibility. A little more teamwork and willingness to help customers would go a long way. Overall, the racing itself was fun, and I appreciated the employee who accommodated our request to race as our own group. If the pricing were more reasonable and the customer service more consistent, I'd have a much better experience.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'
