My sons birthday party went perfect! I was very scared after reading all the reviews but it was great. We got a young girl as our coordinator, but too bad I forgot her name. She was soo sweet to my little 3 year old and even gave him a stash of tickets that were left over from the ticket blaster. The extra attention she gave to him really meant a lot to us because he is our miracle baby. The pizza was soo good, better than expected. We also had wings and just as good. Service totally sucks. 1. 10 mins wait to just get tokens and order food 2. Promised food in 15 mins but they 'forgot' the pizza and just gave starters 3. Okay so mistakes happen but then they promised to make it fast and deliver to table . Took 35 more minutes 4 . On top of this I saw pizza being delivered to 3 other tables 5. We went to this branch of Chuck E Cheese recently. In all fairness, the tables were (semi)clean and the pizza was okay. My kids enjoyed themselves. They went to redeem their tickets and after fifteen minutes of standing in line they pooled their resources to get some junk no self respecting dollar store would charge a buck for. Then my four year old was sad because he had actually wanted a lollipop, so I asked the guy behind the counter if he could throw in a lollipop. I was kind of expecting a "Can't do that, sorry", and that would be okay. But the guy sort of sneered and said something like " you already got your ticket's worth and that's all you are gonna get." And this after I had just shelled out almost sixty dollars for pizza and tokens. Honestly, do they give special courses in rudeness to chuck E cheese employees? Super tiny, but clean. Not many games for kiddos under five. It's enough to entertain my 7 year old for 45 minutes or so. They do have a super cool driving simulator that even my husband enjoys! read more

A friend and I brought our sons, age 2 1/2 and 7, on a Wednesday morning. It was clean and quiet. Pizza was average, but this is a place about games, not food, and the 7-year-old gulped down about half the pizza anyways. Both boys had a blast with all the games. 2 1/2 hours later, my toddler was completely spent and happy. We used a coupon and the total cost was $30 plus tax. Ugghhh.... I realize this place is always going to be crowded on the weekends. That's a given. But for them not to have the place staffed with enough people? That's not. And to top it off, they changed the pizza. Not to say it was anything to write home about before, but now it's even worse. Ours was raw underneath on half of it and burnt on the other half. Then, there were about 100 people standing in line to trade in their tickets to get prizes, and only 1 guy working the counter. It was ridiculous. I could go on, but I won't. I had my daughters birthday party over here and I advise against it, especially the mega party which is the most expensive one. They put like 5 parties all together. You can imagine how crowded the place gets. No one serves pizza to the kids. I had to walk through tiny spaces between all chairs to help the kids out. It was warm and stuffy and frustrating. About the mega party. They advertise 2 hours unlimited play which is, in my mind, almost a scam. When we arrive, they gave each kid a play card which expires in 2 hours once it is swiped. However one hour into the party, they started herding the kids to eat pizza and then cake. Food is served slow because they have 5 parties all together. By the time we are done with food we have 20 minutes left to play the games. Anyways I think I am going to disputes with the credit card company because the manager told me all their mega parties are like this. read more

This place is just horrible! Went there on a Sunday and they are incredibly under staffed! The staff were not friendly and over worked ! We've been here many times and it's pretty good but for the amount of money they probably have and the amount of traffic they get...thy really need to renovate or spruce it up a little bit. Only kiddo games here and one floor (so definitely wheelchair accessible). But I love how they let you trade in your tickets for cotton candy. Much cleaner, but smaller than the Chuck E Cheese by my home in SJ. The staff are friendly and readily available for assistance. Overall, a fun place just remember to wash your hands when you leave. Love how they let you pay w/ credit card for the token machines and their pizza and token deals are awesome, I grew up on it! =) read more

This location is much better then the other ones that I've been to and cleaner, plus it's closer to where I live. I've taken my 6 year old son here three times and he's really enjoyed himself. The pizza is decent and they have a salad bar which is not bad either for this kind of place. As the place is not that big I'm not too worried that my son might wonder off now and again by himself as I can find him quite easily. Will definitely come back again. read more

We came here for the first time for a birthday party on a Sunday. It's ok. Just disappointed that there are so many tables in the birthday dining area. There's only one way in and out. It's not easy to maneuver when it's crowded. Eventually, it got really busy and there was only one person at the ticket redemption booth. Good customer service is so simple. Some companies and employees "get it", and some don't. I have 8 year old twins, so we hit Chuck E. Cheese once a month or more often. There are a lot of things I could complain about: the line to get stamped to get in. The line to get our initial batch of tokens for the day. Game machines that don't work, or worse, accept a token and then don't work. And then the line to redeem prizes when we just want to leave. Anyway, yesterday we had a great experience. With my kids, we add everything up and divide by 2 for the prizes. Usually, I have to keep track, but the employee behind the counter kept separate counts for my son and daughter. Don't come here if you're expecting great customer service.. Ehhh.. Mostly teens that look like they hate their job work here. Service was bad. Most of the staff seemed disinterested in what they were doing. It took them forever to get our pizza, they brought us the wrong pizza and had to make another pizza. The ice machine was empty and it took him 20 minutes to fill it, so we could get cold drinks. Our granddaughter had fun though and most of the machines worked. read more

Whenever I go here with my friends there are barely any people which is sorta creepy but at least that means plenty of open games!

One of the better locations but some weird teens at times. Pizza and service has gotten better and I've noticed there have been fewer games not working (and fewer that steal your coin) . Had my kid's 1st birthday party here and the service was really good from the start to the end. My host met me at the register and told me what the plans was, from start to end. I was babysitting two little ladies for four days and one of our highlights was planning a visit to CEC for pizza and games. We had a nice experience. The only two things I could knock them on was the cashier failing to give me the voucher for 50 free tickets with food purchase which was given to me by the manager after I inquired; second the pizza took about 30 minutes for a medium pizza which was very unevenly sliced, making a short but difficult meal with the girls because 'she got more than me' lol. All in all I'd take them back again. The facility was clean and well kept, the restrooms were in good shape and staff was generally on point. read more

Extremely unhappy with this location. Lots of play stations were out of order, the few that were working were either malfunctioning - ate my coin or did not dispense tickets. Even though we reported the issue to the team member nothing was done and they chose to ignore our complaint. I take my nephew here sometimes just for nephew/Auntie time..he always ends up having a good time I give him tokens and don't see him again until he ran out..my favorite game is shooting hops with the basketballs..the last time I took him he made friends with this kid that was having a birthday party and we ended up hanging with them and had cake..good times.. read more

If i could give this place no stars I would. First of all when I got there with my daughter there was no one to stamp up with the "number" so for all I know they had no idea she was with me and could have been let go at any time!!! anyways I was here yesterday and meet up with a friend that showed up early. I had the coupon for the food and the tockens and unfortunaly my friend order right before I got there. When I asked the manager if he could honor the coupon he said "NO"!!!! straight now didnt even think about it. When i asked to speak to a manager he said HE was the manager!!! ok so I decided to just order salad and he threw the places and utensils at me!!!! I asked him if he did that on purpose and he had the nerve to say he didnt notice he threw then at me. As if that wasnt enought when he handed me the receipt to sign for the purchase he flipped my plate over AGAIN!!! and again he said he didnt notice he did that!!!
