1 of 9 grandkids birthday party from out of town. We come here for all the 9 little grandkids birthdays. We came today with 10 people, did not make a party reservation because we weren't sure if they would make it in from Alaska. We spent over $150 for appetizers and time to play. As we sat in the area in back with Chuckie singing and the tables large enough to fit 10 people. We ate our appetizers and all but three went to play. I sat with my Son-in-Law while my 3 year old grandson ate his food. An employee came over and asked if we were with a birthday party. I said no with a confused look. He said you can't sit here unless you are, you have to sit in the game room area. I said where is the 10 of us suppose to sit together. He said, "YOU CANT SIT HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A PARTY RESERVATION and I HAVE TO SET UP FOR TOMORROWS PARTIES" at 730 at night. We moved all 10 of us over to a 4 person table and choose not to order dinner and stay playing more. The kids finished there cards they had and we are driving to Round1 to order dinner and play games-they are open every day 10am-2am. BTW...we left at 830, 30 minutes before closing and they had one table with balloons on chairs. Is that how you set up for a party the night before? Never coming back, we will take the 9 grandkids to round1.

Fun rides with a less scary chuck e than I remember. LOL

I visited on Sunday and Monday this week. The pizza is actually great and the salad bar was a pleasant surprise! The staff was friendly and really helpful. They made suggestions and we thought the 60 minutes of unlimited play was such a good deal. Our daughter had a blast and we loved the kids bop in the background and the overall safe feeling of the place. Probably the coolest thing was the come together, leave together policy. We had no idea this was a thing but it was enforced and when we realized what it was, we were very happy! An extra measure of safety is always appreciated by a mom like me.

THE SERVERS IS HONORABLE and the foord was grose im never taking my lil kids back here

Super fun. Actually thought the pizza was really good and service was solid. Card for the games was super reasonable and my 2 year old had an awesome time. Hahaha can't wait to come back

I will keep this short. I stood at the front of the line for 15 minutes by myself before I was helped. Both of my kids sitting on the floor waiting. I came here for my kids, of course. I watched five total employees stand right in front of me at the registers check their phones, charge their AirPods, chit chat about who knows what. All either coming back from some break or could care less about me standing in front of them. Manager Kay Listus (my or may not be her name) at 5p 2/5/23 provided me with a smug, fake smile as she did nothing to discuss my concerns. I told her that I was waiting 15 minutes before she or anyone was able to actually help me. Her response, "So?" As a regular at another location, I had points for free 15 minutes. None of the employees were able to provide my credit. The credit card reader did not read my card. The QR code reader did not work. I ask for a manager, she said I am the manager, "Bring it up with corporate." First game, The Fast and the Furious Super Bikes was broken. Jurassic Park arcade BROKEN. Red Helmet ride, BROKEN. Golden Empire, BROKEN. I paid my 60 minutes each for two kids. Never again. Not here. Never.

While my 3 year old had a good time here...there are some serious flaws with this location. Many games were out of order. If the main attraction to your venue is game play - make sure they work. For example, the water shooters barely sprayed on one side, one football game didn't have the balls, many other games were just "out of order" or just off. Had I paid for a specific number of credits I would have been pissed. I had an unlimited 2 hour pass so, luckily, we could just move on to the next game. The building seems like it is undergoing some renovations (or at least I hope). From the outside it literally looks abandoned. You would never know this place is operational, save for the sign that says "open" outside. The inside is not much better. They must have recently replaced the salad bar top so it was all taped together - not a great look. Pictures must have been taken off the wall and they had peeling everywhere! I was embarrassed to be there. I won't talk about the food/drink because it is to be expected (sub par). I am honestly surprised that this place still exists. I know it looks like it hasn't been touched since the 70's (which generally I am totally fine with!) but they REALLY need to get their act together. I won't be coming back here. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one star is because my kid did enjoy it. But he doesn't know any better.

I try to follow my grandma's advice and when I can't say something nice I don't say anything, hence mostly positive reviews. This place is so gross though I can't help myself. I'm giving it two starts because my kids have fun here. Even with having fun, I bought them each 450 tokens. We are 18 minutes in and my daughter has 15 left. We don't even have pizza yet. The games are hugely expensive. Dave and Busters is a much better value. My husband and I eat the salad bar. It's messy and largely neglected. I got about the first quarter if it in one shot, three empty, about par for the whole bar. Don't forget to hose your kids off with sanitizer when you're done here too. Ick.

We celebrated our daughters 4th birthday at this location and I am very happy with how it went! Everything was ready and set up, very nice host and unlimited fun for the kids. Pizza was actually pretty good as well. One thing we disliked is how crowded it was, something is off with sound proofing or ratio of allowable people. We could not hear each other at the table. Kids had fun though! It gets pretty packed on parking lot, so don't bother to park in front, there are plenty of parking around. Oh and it was reasonable priced, was about $30 a child, unlimited 2 hour play, pizza, drinks and goodie bags!

I got in trouble when they found the mouse traps I brought with me. I wanted to feast on that rat, not the greasy pizza.

Here's what happened: I came in last night with a group of friends and had a Monster Energy drink in my front pocket. It wasn't taken at the door, so I forgot about it until I noticed it while playing at the beer pong table. I cracked it open without thinking much of it. Christian came around bussing glasses and took the Monster from me. I assumed it was a mistake at first, but he told me I couldn't have it inside -- fair enough. I asked if I could take it outside or leave it somewhere. He said he'd hold it behind the bar for me to pick up when I left. That seemed reasonable, and I thanked him. When I came to grab it on my way out, he tossed it in the trash instead. When I asked why, he pulled it back out and slowly poured it into the trash, yelling that I wasn't supposed to have it in there and accusing me of sneaking it in. The whole thing felt like he was trying to provoke me into a confrontation. It was humiliating -- not just for me, but honestly for the bar too, especially in front of a crowd. There are so many better ways this situation could have been handled. It's unfortunate, because the rest of the staff were friendly and professional, and I genuinely like the arcade bar itself. To ownership: Please take note -- this employee needs support, training, or possibly a different role that doesn't involve direct customer interaction.

I have completed a few sets of the cards and have 3 more sets that are missing Dorthy and the Wicked Witch! lol The other games are fun as well: Deal or no Deal, Wheel of Fortune, pop-shot, giant Pac Man. I just remembered a crazy night after an Avalanche win spending like 40k tickets on a 6ft Tweedy Bird and putting it in the backseat of a convertible Saab. Random, I know. I think we left it at Breakfast King, which is gone now. D&B also has good food and a few different areas to catch the big game on medium sized screens to ginormous sized screens. A big bonus is that a movie theater is right next door if you still have energy. I do miss the pool tables from many years ago but if they are not profitable then C'est-la-vie! The only bad part is that the parking is confusing. There's some parking near D&B but if that is full you may need to use the garage. Hopefully, you enjoy it too!

No one was here and we weren't gonna wait all night." He was like "I am the manager on shift and that's not true." Clearly trying to not be in trouble. It was absolutely inappropriate the way he treated everyone in there. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. I will call back later and speak to the general manager and pay for the round we did but in my opinion, the kid working should be fired. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers.
