Let me tell you what I respect about Chuck E. (otherwise known as, "Why I'm okay with taking my kids to a glorified arcade and feeding them subpar food.") 1.) They have a kid check. This is HUGE. Not because I don't want to keep an eye on my kids, but because we all know how fast kids can run away. Especially if you've brought more than one with you, the kid check will put your mind at ease. When you come in, your party is stamped with invisible ink. You can't leave unless your stamps are checked and they match. Go somewhere else, kidnappers. 2.) The employees are well aware that the pizza is ridiculously high priced. They are up front about it and recommend you bring coupons. If you're still a sucker and come without any, they'll happily (and politely) help you and pretend that you're still getting a good deal. 3.) Every ride is a QUARTER. This is the 8th wonder!! If I bring $15 and a coupon, my kid could play here for a good four hours..(coincidentally, that's how long my afternoon nap is.) 4.) They have a salad bar. It's not huge, it isn't that memorable, but it also isn't the greasy pizza that my kids are eating. It is well-stocked and you will see the employees freshening it up/dumping things out. I like me a good salad after my nap. 5.) Things are pretty clean here. Messes seem to get picked up quickly, I never see mashed food in the carpets. I feel bad for the busboy, but hey, it's a job and it is air-conditioned. Look, I know kids are gross and they lose their band-aids and they wipe boogers on stuff. I know they take their shoes off and run around barefoot. I know you spend tons of money on food, trying to get them to eat something (ANYTHING!!!), and then they take one bite and run away. Kids are gross and annoying...but at Chuck E. Cheese's, that's okay. My two gripes are: 1.) The bathrooms could be kept a little cleaner. I know, kids are naaaaasty. They forget to flush and they like to clog the sink drain with paper towels. If I know this, then they should know this. Clean your restrooms more. 2.) Dear Moms, There is no reason for you to come to a little kid arcade in 5" heels, full hooker make-up and baby doll dresses, even if you are skinny. I know, you want to look good, but if you crunch one of my babies' hands with your shoe, I will rip it off and bonk you in the head with it. (Outside, of course, this is a family establishment.) Go to Hooters where you belong. (Bring me back some wings, though..cause the ones at CEC are TINY.) If you have little kids, then Chuck E.'s is where it is at. read more

I've been to some trashy chuck E. Cheeses before and I was dreading the food, I almost contemplated eating before going here but it was a wonderful experience!! The staff were quite friendly and even let my son, the birthday boy have a pack of nerds even though he didn't have enough tickets for it, that was nice!! The pizza was pretty delicious too, I tasted a hint of garlic which was nice, not just plain crust. My only con was you don't get many tickets on games, which is where they make you buy more coins just to get that added 1-4 tickets. A tip I noticed where I got the most tickets for my boy was the mini basketball hoop game by all the little baby rides, I got like 7-8 tickets so I just kept playing it, racking up my sons ticket count, which helped. read more

This has to be the smallest Chuck e cheese I've ever seen. 3-4 of the games we played ate our coin or didn't spit out the appropriate tickets. The menu when you walk in is held up with duct tape which looks awful. The only upside was the gentleman who greeted us at the door. He was seemed genuinely excited to see us and to help celebrate my daughters birthday. Overall it was a very poor experience and we won't be returning. read more

I had my daughters birthday here and then my nephews birthday also followed and I must say the hostesses lack enthusiasm. I'm looking back on the video and even Chuck E himself was doing minimal motions when singing and dancing the birthday song.. Parents book this place and take pictures for their kids' birthdays so they can remember it forever. They don't want to remember seeing a boring host or mascot when looking back at the photos. It looks ridiculous. You want these guys jumping around and excited because well, it's your kid's birthday party! Overall, the table is usually always ready, pizzas come out on time, everyone gets their tokens (now cards) like they're supposed to. I just wish there was more excitement between hostess and mascot. read more

Horrible customer service. I get there the lady ask if I'm with the birthday party, I told her no, she says it's a 30 min wait. I told her I already had people inside waiting and are eating at the table. Then she proceeds to tell me I need to take a picture, I'm like ok. Waiting, she looking at me with a blank stare. I was like did you want me to take the picture with my phone? She said yeah. I told her it would be nice for her to be specific with what she is asking so I know what she needs from me. Anyways, half the games were either missing balls, or whatever it needs to be required to play or were broken. Later as we were getting our toys are 8:50, my son was trying to tell the same girl which prizes he wanted and she wasn't even paying attention to him!!! After we got all his prizes, I asked if they had a bag, yet again another blank stare. Like wtf!!? I asked her if I could have one, her looking all annoyed like it's so difficult to grab it. Then, as we were leaving, she's like you should have a little common courtesy because I was there after hours. Is this girl serious? It was 9:01 and they closed at 9! Maybe if she was paying attention when we were getting prizes it wouldn't have been 9:01 when we left! Work on your customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This place in general has went way down hill over the years. There used to be a show with mechanized puppets and more physical play. Now it's just a big money grab with video games and tickets. The people at this location are nice but they need to clean up better. Dirty tables all over. My daughter grabbed the wack a mole hammer and it was so dirty I'm thinking of having her get her shots again. read more

The games are HORRIBLE, the service sucks, we waited an hour just for our food and they messed up our order anyways. Do not come here, save yourselves the headache and drive a few more miles to another one. DO NOT COME HERE! Chuck E Cheese is complete madness! There's a gazillion kids running around like crazy!! But overall, we had a great experience at this particular location. We attended my nephew's 4th birthday party here. Our birthday host was extremely nice. We had a large party of 30 people (kids/adults) and our host was very diligent in refilling our drinks, replenishing our paper plates/cups, and serving cake. read more

I had my sons birthday party here this evening. Initially I was upset because they decided to do the "pay your age promotion" when I thought would interfere with my party and guests by being over crowded and chaotic. But surprisingly everything went perfect. It was not crowded and the establishment was clean. The staff was amazing, helpful, and super kind. Thank you to all the staff who made my sons birthday special( especially Simone)! Definitely would recommend this establishment for a kids birthday party especially on a Friday evening. read more

If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would! Waited 20 minutes for a bread sticks while getting dirty looks from staff. Was told by man at door Chuckie came at 12:30 but I was standing at the salad bar since 12:15 so that was a lie. The pizza was cold but the employees were downright icy. I take the kids I nanny here often and they always have so much fun! I can't say it's in the best area but they have a very safe system to ensure that all kids are leaving with the correct person! They were so short staffed and disorganized. Took us almost 10 minutes to place our order with NO on ahead of us as cashier MIA. Then when time to cash in tickets at least 6 people walked by saying "Someone will be with you." One of them did not say anything just looked at us. One finally returned without a calculator luck I had added up or would be there longer. We just had my son's 6th birthday party here today and we could not be happier with the experience. To be honest, I was not thrilled with the idea of having a party at here, being that the last time I can remember being in Chuck E. Cheese was probably when I was 5 and best I can recall it was dark, dirty, and they had that creepy animatronic show. The experience we had today was quite the opposite! We scheduled a 10:00am party and were actually let in a couple minutes early to get set. I was met by the manager and our party host. They went over everything with me, including a timeline of events. Our hostess was Savannah and she was great! Every need we had was met, usually before asking! The restaurant was clean, bright, and I think I only saw one game out of service. The food was vastly improved from what I remember as a child and my sister had great things to say about the salad bar. It isn't the cheapest party we'll ever have, but to bring all of our families together for a couple hours and watch everyone just play and have a good time, was totally worth it. read more

Horrible! In Fresno, California, they locked the door with a sign saying "management has run out of pizza for t-mobile free tuesdays users" at 2 pm in the afternoon. How can that be possible if all the kids are in school and its not even dinner time yet? And the parking lot only had 2 cars in it - they were not busy at all! It just stunk of employees not wanting to do the extra work to feed t-mobile users coming in, I suspect. This was worse than when dominos ran out of pizza. T-mobile! You are paying Chuck. E. This location has improved so much over the year. New restrooms and new games. They rearranged the gaming area as well and opened up the floor. Even customer service has improved. My daughter was just cashed out 100 coins and didn't get to use them being that her father had to leave for an apt. They were going to go right back and use them however, she lost them! She was super upset and we were not able to replace them. I immediately called CEC and asked kindly if they could look for them and they agreed. Took my number down and told me they would call back. I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in years! I used to take my children, when they were young, and now I am a Grandma. The new generation will never experience Chuck E Cheese, the same as my own children, and here is why: Chuck E Cheese has downgraded. They only have Chuck as the animated figure. Back in the day, the whole band would play. The stage curtain would open, and kids would come check out the act. There was a lot of excitement and dancing. Now days, not so much; but that's okay. Also, we went a lot, in prior years, because the food was edible, and they had a buffet. You know, the standard buffet, with assorted salad dressings, vegetables, toppings, potato salad, macaroni salad, cottage cheese. Well, sadly the buffet of today consists of sad looking pizza, and a bowl of salad, with minimal toppings. Don't get the buffet, if you are an adult. Opt for a sandwich instead. Which brings me to the sandwich. I asked what was on the sandwich, and the lady at the counter didn't know. She doesn't order that one. However, the friendly man, who checked us in, and stamped our hands, did know. He orders it all the time. I appreciated his help. The sandwich was good. I would order it again. What I like about this place, and consider an upgrade, is the token system. Instead of putting tokens into a machine, you can buy unlimited plays, per a time period. So, for instance, 4 adults and 2 children used a token card for a half hour. We all played games like it was a marathon. They lost money on us! Chuck E Cheese is good for game playing toddlers, and parents with low expectations. I will say this though. The guy who checked us in, and knew about the sandwich. I hope the manager is reading. As we left, he thanked us for coming, and added that he was happy we came, and he loves his job. How refreshing is that?! Young people, that love to work, and appreciate their job. If i could give this place zero stars i would. The staff is very unprofessional, uncoordinated, and poorly managed. Waited in line for almost 2 hours when told it was a 20 minute wait. We had our son's 4th birthday party here and it was perfect! Got there at 11:00, was greeted and promptly seated in our special area that was already decorated and ready to go. Our party hostess was amazing! Great job Kirsten!!! She handled everything and was super nice! The kids were able to play games, dance with Chuck e Cheese, have cake and open presents in there own little area while being able to roam without me worrying too much. Tokens are now .33 as opposed to .25 and that's blah but overall satisfied and the kids were happy! Had a really bad experience for my daughters 3rd Birthday party I had my sons birthday party 10 years ago and it was memoriable as the kids had a great time so I thought it would be the same but no way. No way was it the same this time around. The employee that was appointed to our party was not attentive and did not want to be there as she clearly demonstrated.
