I don't know if I enjoyed myself more than the kids! It was like organized chaos. Kids running everywhere, parents laughing, and people for a brief moment not having to worry about things. We have the $7.99 game pass and it comes in handy! Like three kids and that pass goes a long way. They seriously really only wanted to use the bounce house and they bounced for three hours nonstop. The play was so packed we made friends and shared a table close to the bounce house. The young staff kudos to all of those young adults for working in that environment. Again they kept organized chaos together. The pizza is actually not that bad either. We got chicken and the salad bar as well and although not the best I would eat it again. I will say wear cool clothing as it got heated with all those people. Just a bunch of people! I wish the Chuck E Cheese in the custom would have come out! I think it would have been overdrive for the kids. $90 spent for two adults and three kids! Well worth it and family time is the best time. You guys are horrible. Management is horrible and so are the workers. We went today for a birthday party paid for at the big tables. Birthday girl got to do the bubble blaster ball machine. Her 5 friends went in with her and the employee woman with long braids said " only birthday girl" then changed her mind and said only three people and pulled two little kids out. Made those poor kids watch and then closed it and didn't give them a turn. If your going to say "birthday kid only" then keep it that way. Don't choose who can and can't go. On March 16th my 4 yearly old grand daughter was hit by a older kid going up the wrong way on the side. There was no supervision. Also, adults were in the play area playing around. The bounce and slide area was shut down for awhile by manger. My grand daughter had a contusion to her face and lip where blood was gushing out and the didn't care. Took the 2 grandkids and one of their cousins to the Grand Prairie location on Wednesday 6/26. We were promptly greeted by 2 young ladies when we entered. The lighter hair (blonde?) young woman assisted us. She was very pleasant and patient as we had a lot of questions. She kindly explained all of our package options so we could decide what was best. All of the associates we encountered were very friendly and assistive with our needs. It was very obvious that the business was very well managed. All areas were clean and well maintained. Yes, the prices did seem a little on the high side, but due to the great customer service I will definitely be making a return visit with my grandkids again. It's insane to me that they changed their game card prices! Now if you save your cards and reload $20 on them, you only get 30min of play time instead of the 45min you used to get. Not to mention if the kids eat during that time they loose time from the amount you pay! Now in order to get any deals you have to purchase a new card. While the gentleman at the door was friendly, I must say that I have been to cleaner and more customer service oriented Chuck E Cheese locations. We ordered pizza and the woman that brought the pizza to my table walked right up to the table, set the pizza down and took the number and walked away. I was setting right there at the table and she didn't t speak one word to me. I still rated 2 stars because Chuck E Cheese is fun for the kiddos! They have games appropriate for the 2-3 year olds all the way up to grade school. We went in a Saturday evening and the parking lot was super full. We were afraid it was going to be a mad house. Instead we were pleasantly surprised. The place was hosting about 5 parties at that time, but the staff was very attentive and friendly to my family and I. They were very helpful and nice when one of the machines charged my daughter, but wasn't working. They gave us a quick refund on points. The prize clerk was VERY patient as my kids picked out their prizes. She didn't rush them at all which was so sweet. Thank you for a great night out for this family! Family came in on a Monday evening. There was a party going on and it was slightly busy. One could either buy points or buy time. I chose points. Everything is one or two points and it's just the better option moving around with a toddler. Their hamburger pizza is bombbbbbb. We ordered a large half hamburger w/ pineapple and half pepperoni. Its been a longtime since I visited a place like this. My grandson had his 2 year old birthday here and I travel up to participate. There many kids running around here so I tried to stay put Lol. He had quite a few of his friends that attended and there was pizza and cake and ice cream for them to eat. It looked like they were in heaven, able to run around with their parents following. This is probably the best experience I've had during the covid pandemic! Jan. 26th @ 7:30pm, took my 2 kids and didn't feel like some infectious zombie. They were kind and professional. The place was so clean and they catered to everyone needs without having to be told or feeling like they had to. Every staff member was staying busy doing something- dusting, changing trash, helping customers. Food was fresh and hot and we got 2 tickets for free cotton candy and drink cup! The only disappointment was the tickets being loaded onto our cards instead of coming from the games, I always thought it was exciting to see how many tickets you can accumulate and then feed them into the counting machine. STAY AWAY! This establishment smells AWFUL! It's very FILTHY! I had to sit at a dirty booth with my family. My children played at dirty machines too. DISGUSTING!!! Place is literally trash and the management is crap! Called to make sure we were allowed to bring food and the person I spoke to said yes. When we got there we were bring in the food and the lady at the door didn't say anything either so figured it was all good until some staff came up to us and said they didn't allow outside food. We just had a party for my youngest child. It was perfect and we all had a blast. We tried out the Mega star package.... So Worth It! The food was right on schedule, our party host kept us informed, my guests were happy and taken care of. Jordan was so helpful and even though it was very busy, staff kept a great attitude and we left on such a positive note. This chucky cheese did not impress me at all. I had to go to a game attendant 5 times in the short hour we spent playing here. The games were either malfunctioning or they were out of tickets. The photo booth was out of paper. It was relatively slow when we came so maybe the rush had just left but no one was trying to get the place back up to speed again. I am not one to take the time to leave terrible reviews for places but I'm writing this in the hopes that this location will get their act together! We were there on a Wednesday evening (ie a relatively slow time) 1. I order a salad but they forgot to give me a salad plate. I honestly didn't realize I was supposed to get one. I just take one of the paper plates they gave us and get my salad. A manager runs up to me asking 'didn't you get a salad plate' I reply with 'no, they didn't give me one' he literally takes the plate that I have with my salad on it out of my hand and hands me a salad plate. uhhhh, ok. Maybe it's a health code violation or something but I just thought it was super weird. 2. THE. NASTY. BATHROOMS. everyone has written about the bathrooms being nasty, it's a kids place so it's kinda expected. I went in there with my son and every toilet was covered with urine and/or feces so while I tried to clean one off for my kid he ended up peeing on himself. He is 4 and has been potty trained for a while. Train your employees to check the bathroom every 15 minutes. When you have young children in masses using your bathrooms it really should be standard procedure. I was sad for my son that he had an accident because he had to wait to sit on a cleanish toilet. 3. There was no one checking to make sure that the child they left with is the one they came with. At Chuck E. Cheese they stamp you and your children upon arrival. It was my understanding that someone is supposed to check that stamp when the child leaves to ensure they aren't leaving with a stranger. It's not that big a deal for me but I feel terrible for the single parent who might be trying to have a good time with 2 or more kids and loses one that could get swept up by a predator. again, I am not one to take time to leave terrible reviews but honestly the company needs to know about this terrible location. I am hopeful someone from their corporate office can talk to them about making some changes. read more

We were dragged into the Grand Prairie CEC for the usual reason...a birthday party, every parents nightmare. To my surprise it was a fairly pleasant experience. The food was hot and fresh and arrived at our table quickly, the salad bar was full and the ingredient fresh as well. The dining areas and game rooms were clean though I noticed quite a few games were having issues dispensing tickets. The kids loves dancing with Chuck E. The restrooms were a little on the gross side though and my chief compliant was that there were older kids running around the restaurant and because they weren't paying attention one of them slammed into my 3 year old, splitting her lip and giving her a large bump on her head. I understand that this is place for kids to play but not for them to go tearing around full speed. read more

This septic tank of disarray, or the Peter piper pizza off of W Jefferson Blvd.....that's right deep in the middle of the 'hood'. To be completely honest at least the atmosphere in the Peter pipers is far more lively, this place just reeks of high school students/graduates and decade long employees slowly dying on the inside at just how pathetic they are at there jobs and at life. This is most notably so with the game floor attendants and sometimes the so called hostess, I mean really just cause your miserable and don't want to do your job doesn't mean you have to make everyone else feel empty and void of ambition. This may sound weird but if you see a guy working the game floor named 'Marcus' ask him to sing the birthday song to all your children even though it's not there birthday, having to repeat this through out the day will ABSOLUTELY RUIN HIS ENTIRE DAY....just do it, it's worth it to make these people as miserable as they seem to want to make everyone else. read more

Took my son here for his birthday. Totally agree with the previous review. I can't fault them for the clientele, they can't do anything about poorly raised children. However they should have attendants walking around making sure children aren't being bullied or mistreated. Saw some shoving on several occasions, no attendants to keep anyone in check. The staff were like ghosts. Hardly saw any while I was there. The place is messy, the bathrooms were disgusting, and I don't even want to think about how rarely the games get cleaned. It's a noisy headache, game selection is poor, prices aren't anything to write home about. The prizes are garbage. Even the ones requiring thousands of tickets. Probably not coming back. read more

The cashier was very kind and helpful as to better deals for what suited my family. It was my son's birthday party and I did not purchase a packed b day party from chuckecheese because he is really into Ninja Turtles. They allowed me to bring in the birthday cake and decorations for this theme. No outside drinks or food was allowed and I understand this rule. Though I wish there were a better way to pay for 25 guests drinks. I spent $40 alone on drinks. Kinda ridiculous. The kids had an awesome time. The employees were great everyone besides the manager for the night. Although, I did not see one employee monitoring the fun house computers to insure no one got hurt. And NOT ONE employee was out and about wiping things down to cut down on germs. My friend lost her keys she didn't notice until she brought her 4 children out to get in the car after closing time. She was NOT allowed back in. Not until she had to plead with the manager to please let them back in to look for the keys. We looked and looked and searched and searched the manager just stood with his arms crossed watching us frantically looking for the keys while we tried to keep the kids corralled away from the games so that everyone could do their job of cleaning up and get home.
