My wife and I were in Arlington finishing up some errands and it was dinner time. We wanted something quick and easy. Cicis Pizza was ahead of us. We pulled in and went in. Immediately, a friendly voice behind the counter said, with enthusiasm, "Welcome to Cicis!" As we were finishing paying for our buffets, we were reminded if there was something we wanted that wasn't on the buffet, let them know. We looked around and the restaurant was very clean, tables bussed, and the buffet line was ship-shape and well stocked. The salad bar had the typical selections on it. They even had a tasty pasta salad which many of the locations don't. The salad was crisp and cold. Yummy. The pizzas were what you expect at Cicis. All of the ones we got slices from were delicious. I love the garlic bread with the melted cheese on it. It's great to dip in a bowl of marinara. Of course, how can you resist the fresh-baked cinnamon rolls. We have to really watch ourselves, we could consume a whole tray of them, they're so good. One of the managers came by our table to ask if everything was ok, we said, "Oh yes, very enjoyable and filling!" Arrived with a large group of 30 and under a tight schedule. Abel, the manager, I hope I spelled his name right, handled our party with efficiency and service. He didn't skip a beat, never broke a sweat, and did it with great hospitality. He welcomed all of us and we had a great time. Everybody was happy and we made it out with time to spare. The entire staff was tremendous. We were very happy with the service and recommend this location if anyone is visiting AT&T stadium for an event. read more

Cicis used to be my childhood place! My parents would take me at least once every week or every other week and the thought of unlimited pizza for $6-7 was insane. I saw an ad that they were doing $4.99 buffet specials on Monday and Tuesday so I decided to check it out. This Cici's was pretty spacious -- not the biggest I've been to but still plenty of room. I got the dine-in buffet and started eating. They didn't have a lot of pizza selection unfortunately, but I was still able to get the spinach pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, marghetita pizza, breadsticks and pasta. One of my favorite pizza is the bbq chicken one but they didn't have that and since I was dining alone, I didn't want to bother the kitchen for a whole pizza. The pizzas were all buffet quality pizza -- you should not expect high quality pizza here. Some of the pizzas seemed old as it felt like it was sitting on the counter for quite a bit. But what do you expect at Cici's. I also always appreciated the chicken noodle soup and the pasta bar they had, which isn't anything special but a nice side of carbs for sure. And last but not least -- I couldn't finish without some cinnamon rolls. Cici's has some of the best cinnamon rolls hands down and I'm still head over heels for them even at age 26. Eating at Cici's was definitely a trip down memory lane -- I was shocked to see the actual buffet is now $8.99. Still cheaper than a lot of places but I remember when it was $5.99. I think the offer is until mid February so I'll stop by again and hopefully they'll have some of my favorites. read more

Food is amazing. Always a variety of pizza, soups, and breadsticks to entice you with.

This is the busiest I've ever seen a cicis, probably because it was a game day, but as busy as they were the pizzas and sides were always stocked and there was no wait time. There literally were almost no tables available, it was very impressive to see the food stocked up as quickly as it was, everyone was pulling their weight getting three tasks done! I'm a Cicis Pizza fan I been eating at them for a while. I like the flavor of the pizza and the choices you get. The all you can eat buffet is my favorite. But I will eat too much so I have to cut myself off. I like the thin pizza the best with pepperoni. The stuff crust with cheese is also good. I like most all the pizza they have. They have a good salad bar but I do not waste my time with salad. Only issue I have with Cicis is they will make up a lot of pizza early and they will sit under the counter and get cold and will not be fresh. All the stores will do this. So go when they are busy to get the freshest pizza. You can special order if you want to wait a little. That is a good way to get a fresh pizza. And one more thing the price has gotten a little high it will be over 9 dollars with a drink. This location across from the ATT football it is a nice store good size plenty of seating. The service was very good no issues. I usually don't eat at this store but I was in the area. It will be hard to get to the restaurant if a game or an event is happening at the stadium. This is the worst cicis i've ever been to. The female manager, Melinda I think, is actually satan and confronted my husband about a common misconception regarding takeout pizza very rudely. She called him a racial slur and had the nastiest attitude over.. food. Not to mention, there was a colony of BUGS crawling on the windowsill next to us, pizza that had been sitting for hours, and rude management that is anything but hospitable. Not that we were expecting much in cicis but to not even have basic customer service skills and to be racist to paying customers is crazy. Store 704 in Arlington Texas Smells bad as you enter. Tables were dirty with plates and cups over half tables. Our whole meal they were dirty. No ice . No attempt to fill. I ordered specialty which took so long I didn't want it. I tried to go see if I could find anything, before I gave up well no clean plates. Came in to place a Togo order because I thought they would honor an online deal. Manager got a little attitude because I asked her twice about the deal, she made up some lie at first that didn't sit well with me so I had get clarity on my exact question, and she said they're just not participating in it. I said ok and continued to place my order. I waited 15 min then I started to look at the cashier. Another employee comes to me and asked what did I order. I remember going to Cici's when I was younger and really had a craving for the whole experience. I decided to take my kids to see how they like it. There really aren't any selections beyond pepperoni pizza made different ways and a meat eater on the line. Anything different you must ask for it and a personal size pizza will be delivered to you. I ordered the BBQ pizza and it was OK. Definitely better than the rest. Anything with red sauce was super bland. The chicken noodle soup was bland and the "alfredo" sauce was just disgusting. The salad bar is a complete joke. I didn't realize until we left but after she asked and I had told her no drinks because my young kids don't drink soda and I brought them flavored water. She still charged me for it. The worst part was we were all so anxious to get into the "game room" only to find no arcade games except one shooting game! Literally none not even the race cars game! Just a bunch of penny candy and toy machines. And two ball machine that won't be won because the balls are smaller than the claws so they just fall out. This Cici's is a total disappointment. So I ate here & There was a hair in my pizza.. I didn't make much of it I just wanted to leave ASAP but I was in luck I noticed the manager was greeting people leaving... so I mentioned that hair in my pizza instead of making my experience better... a regular employee rudely interrupted my conversation with the manager & stated "That is not possible there's no hair on there I'm pretty sure we all wear hairnets" which I think was very unprofessional. definitely needs new leadership! I don't care for any place that resembles a buffet. Reminds me of when I was a kid on the farm. You pour out the food into the trough, and here come the piggies. Worst cicis I've ever been to. Literally waited 30 minutes for fresh pizza & even confronted the manager about it, he said there are a lot of fresh pizzas in the oven about to be out. So me and my family stopped in at this cicis to get some "fresh" pizza .. But left hungry and frustrated . we walked in and automatically the lady behind the count said "welcome to cicis" no smile , not friendly and looked like she didnt want to be there . $15 dollars later im at the salad bar because i always start with that , NOTHING ON THE SALAD BAR WAS FRESH . the peppers were turning brown and the lettuse was doing that dark slimy green thing on the edges . nope . decided to over look that and pass . ok on to pasta i asumed that would have to be good its pasta how do yu mess that up ??? Again PASS . The red sauce was watery and the alfrado was all chunky . ok started to feel agrvated but im not one to make a big deal out of stuff like that so i moved on to the pizza ...... Only to be further disapointed . the breadsticks were hard as a brick as was the regular pizzas that were out . they were kind of burnt looking like they had been reheated . i also grabbed a piece of the new thin crust they had out only to find out it was soggy and under cooked . the whole buffet was unedible . i talked to the manager and he just kept saying he wanted to give me vouchers so my next visit was free and i kept having to repeat myself to tell him i wouldnt be back and finally after 5 times and going to my table & picking up a breadstick and trying to break it in half infront of him asking if he would eat that he agreed to give me a full refund which i was very thankful for , then went to chicken exspress and gave them my business instead . read more
