Its a great place to go to for kids fun filled day. A little more on the pricer end but that is what you would expect at a children place. They use to have more to do in the place like climbing, slides and all, now its mostly a place to play the game machines and a mini trampoline place. So first off the good. The price for a 2 hour birthday party for 6 was only $100 for 2 hours of unlimited game play, drinks and a table for the party. We purchased ice cream for like $2 per kid and we brought our own cupcakes. The bad: it felt like the AC was off and it was so hot. The party was scheduled for 130 and we didn't start until almost 2 because they hadn't activated any of the cards for the party and then we were given the wrong cards. Several of the games were out of order, the skeeball machines either didn't have balls or had all the balls the other machines. We weren't advised when to be at the party area etc they made an announcement but we didn't hear it. The kids had fun and that's what matters but it wasnt great. Also there is now a trampoline in there and its so small and it's not included which is super aggravating especially when you've already paid and now having to tell young kids they cant play in it. read more

If you don't mind spending money. It's a fun afternoon. It can cost between $20.00 and $100.00 on any given day. The pizza sort of tastes like frozen. And the salad bar can be delicious, but it's very inconsistent. This last visit was my birthday. I brought my 23 year old, and his significant other. My husband and our 4 year old grandson. We usually bring a cake, and in the past, they've supplied us with plates, and a cake server. But today we just went with one of their meals, chicken wings, one salad, and a pizza or two. It has been 20+ years since I been here and what a change (much needed)! The place is bright, open, cleaner, upgrades to credit card/tap system now instead of tokens/tickets. Has a very small indoor jumping area (socks required). Has several character rides & photo opportunity with Chuckee himself (need a waste bin for the discarded photos so it's not a tripping hazard. Food was decent (pizza, veggie tray, bar type food & 2 fountain drinks). Get stamped with glow in the dark upon entry & check at exit. The value package of bday is not bad ($99 up to 6 kids for 2 hours unlimited play & food). Doesn't have a lot of things for toddles, more of 3/4+ kids. We have had pretty good experiences with this Chuck E Cheese location. It's not perfect; they have a limited selection of games and the staff can struggle to deal with more than 1 person in line at a time. However, everyone is very friendly and they do have games the kids really enjoy. If you get a coupon, the unlimited play can be a great value for entertaining the kids for a while. You can pause your playtime once so it's great to start, order some food and pause, then wrap up your play time. We haven't been to a birthday party here but it looks great for younger kids (maybe 3rd grade or younger) and they seem to have some reasonably priced packages. The pizza is surprisingly good and makes dinner here with the kids an occasional treat that doesn't make the parents suffer too much. This was a Showbiz Pizza when I was a kid so it shouldn't be nostalgia but the pizza does taste like something I loved as a kid. read more

I was here to help celebrate a five-year-old's birthday late on a Sunday afternoon. This was his and his two-year-old sister's first time at a Chuck E Cheese, and it was my first visit to one in decades. It was just what I remember from decades ago - a wonderful place "where a kid can be a kid" (I think that was the old slogan). Plenty of colorful lights, all sorts of games, and a place where kids can be busy have fun, and hopefully, sleep well that night! And that's the main reason for going here. Pizza is mediocre at best. It was ok, but dining for really good pizza isn't why one goes to a CEC. They have a large birthday area, and for those that purchase the birthday party option, there's a special large video screen presentation and an in-person appearance by Chuck E Cheese. We opted to celebrate my daughter's birthday at this location. The party was scheduled via website. Outside of a email confirmation, there wasn't a reminder or follow-up, and we showed up the day of the party. We showed up around 15 min early for our scheduled time. We were assigned a host, although friendly, they were not very attentive, disappearing for long periods of time (15-20 min). I continually had to hunt host down to obtain various items (adult drink cups, drink pitchers, cake, ice cream, etc.) or had to retrieve items myself. I tried exercising patience and grace as I wasn't sure if they were overwhelmed or understaffed. While the children enjoyed the venue and party, announcements over loud speaker were hard to hear, and it was a little stressful for parents to ensure host was fulfilling their duties. It would be another birthday party that brings us back to another Chuck E. Cheese for the first time in decades. A lot has changed since I'd been to one for my then toddler cousin's birthday. To my surprise, there was a separate toddler area where the younger kids could play more age appropriate rides and games by the birthday area tables. This offered endless entertainment for my little ones. The cool thing about the pay to play this time was that instead of having to buy and carry tokens around, you got a card with a coiled wrist band that you would tap to start instead. Ours was unlimited for the duration of the birthday party we attended. Some downsides we experienced were that there were no trash cans anywhere in sight so depending on staffing, we were dependent on them to make rounds to clean. Prizes take lots of tickets to earn underwhelming items. Otherwise, we had a pretty good time keeping the little occupied for the 2ish hours of the party. We might consider it ourselves! read more

Nice Chuck E Cheese location in Greensboro. Not a huge game selection but enough to keep little ones occupied for a while. The pizza was tasty. It was served hot and freshly prepared for our large group. Everyone seemed to be satisfied. Service at this location was above par. Not very busy but we went during the week for a spur of the moment birthday celebration. Not the old school experience like it used to be when they had the dancing puppets. Kids loved the pizza. I had the salad bar, and it was good. All you can drink sodas. You add "points" onto a card to play games. The games have gotten more expensive, but that's life, I guess. We got a medium pizza, giant cookie, unlimited salad bar, and 3 cards with 45 points for about $100. It's Chuck E. Cheese's, so you go in expecting to drop some money. Kids had a blast. read more

Manager was so rude.. food never arrive after waiting for more than an hour, refused to refund our money and didn't help to fix the problem in any other way.. instead that, she just called the police. Stopped in with my little nephew to play some games, skipped the Chuck E pizza this time. This place looks pretty much exactly the same as it did 30 years ago when I was in here as a kid. The only noticeable change is you don't use tokens anymore for the games, you buy Game Pass cards that you swipe to play the games. Good place to spend a bunch of money to rack up a bunch of tickets to cash in for cheap junky prizes ans play some Skee Ball. read more

This is the worst place on earth. Nowhere to sit and they won't let you sit in the EMPTY "birthday party" tables. They weren't decorated or in use. Nothing was cleaned, all the machines to load cards are broken, they were extremely rude, interrogating us when we had a receipt and no cups or plates, and the pizza took forever. read more

I work at the Friendly Center and decided to take my babes to have fun. When we arrived at Chuck e Cheese, my daughter had to use the bathroom. Behold, feces on the wall. Tampons on the floor. And a endless supply of tissue with feces on it on the floor. The staff don't enforce the rules. They have potty mouths and use language not fit for children. Guys walking around with their pants to their knees and no one has an issue with these men underpants hanging out in the presence of young children. Especially little girls. Parents continually cursing and swearing. This place is not what it use to be. It really has gone down hill. Sad. Time to go! read more

Only gave it one star because the kids had fun. People with gluten sensitivities cannot get salads until after 2:30 although there was salad on the bar. The manager did not even suggest me getting the pizza bar as an alternative and I just eat the salad. He was rude and just said sorry we cannot sell you salad after I told I was allergic. read more

They recycle the pizza so if i were you i wouldnt eat it i mean the pizza is never put togther and if you have a pizza the slices all match up and it never does there so it makes me think they use the leftovers and just re bake it read more

There are so many games to choose from. One of my son's favorite is the basketball game. He will spend a least five dollars on that one game, but my favorite is'' Deal or No Deal''. This game will have you didding on a number box, with each bid you must put in more tokens. If you pick the box, you will win tokens for the amount of the number on the box. After you have spent all of your tokens. You will take your tickets up to the counter to recieve prizes for your tickets. You probablydon't have enough tickets for what you really want, so you hae to settle for ten tickets for a pencil or three tickest for a peice of candy .Now come the time to find a table and sit down for some delicious pizza and salad. Their pepperoni is out of this world. My son and I can eat about three to four slices all by ourselves. A long time ago Chuckie Cheese used serve beer that was my husband favorite thing about coming to Chuckie Cheeses. I also enjoy their salad bar. It's always flesh and clean.While I'm sitting down and eating, I'm observing children running around crying and laughing, and parent looking like hurry up so we can go.The service is alway nice and friendly if there is a problem with the games, the manager will apologize, and replace your tokens.When it all said and done we love Chuckie Cheese it's been in our family for twenty-one years and i think it's wonderful for my children because it teaches them to have patience with all the waiting in lines to play their games, so i love the looks on thier faces and it's worth every penny........ read more

I'll start by saying that the pizza matches the clientele: cheap, greasy, and tasteless. The only reason I came here was because my friends had to cancel their plan to have their kid's birthday party at home, and there wasn't time to plan anything else. I'm guessing this location accepts EBT cards, as practically all the customers appeared to have crawled in from local trailer parks and housing projects to turn their uncontrollable hellions loose and create tripping hazards while not waiting their turn for games or the ticket counting machine. For a less trashy experience, consider having a party at Wal-Mart. read more

I love check e cheese, it's a great place that I love taking my kids. The service is fast. I love the safety check at the door. The staff is polite, and not rude. The pizza is like no other. I would go there just for the pizza. They always have great coupons. Other foods like wings in the salad bar is okay, the performance on stage with chuck and friends is very cute. One thing about Chucke is that it seems as if most of the young kids are afraid of him. Lots of different types of games for different ages. Love the fact that the kids can exchange the tickets that they have earned for prizes. Having been to this restaurant several times in the past, I decided to take my grandson out to celebrate his last day of school and passing to the next grade. We arrived at approximately 12:40 on Friday, May 20, 2016. We were greeted by no one. One guest in our party went to the bathroom and noted the nastiness of the bathroom. Feces were smeared on the commode and floor and it smelled bad. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the hostess came over and stamped our arms. My family sat down while I ordered our lunch. There was only one person working in the dining area and I had to wait for her to let a child cash in their tickets and wait for another customer to get a box for their leftover pizza and cups for take-out drinks. When it was finally my time to order, I ordered three adult buffets, a child's buffet and a free buffet for my two year old granddaughter. It was money wasted. There were only three pizza choices and it was cold and so hard it could not be eaten. The salad bar consisted of either romaine lettuce or premixed bagged iceberg salad mix with tomato and cucumbers, and croutons. Two people in my party could not eat salad because of allergies to cucumbers. There were only four salad dressing choices, There was one dessert pizza available. I realize that the buffet was only $3.99 for my grandson and $5.99 for the rest of the guests but it was truly money wasted. In addition to paying for the buffet, I had to spend an additional $2.66 for watered down drinks. If a company is advertising a buffet bar, they should have more than six choices total on the bar.
