Wanted to take some time today to specifically thank the staff at this location. It was a T-Mobile Tuesday and T-Mobile evidently chose CEC to hand out free personal one topping pizzas to all T-Mobile customers (I said T-Mobile a lot) yes free! I was definitely expecting long lines, obnoxious children and annoyed staff. My expectations were wrong and boy am I glad it was! The line though, was extremely long.. EVERYONE in the line was of course, there for the freebies. Though the line was long, it was moving along at an exceptionally fast rate. Everything was clean, salad bar looked inviting and monitored, floors=spotless and the luring strong Parmesan cheese aroma from way back when I was a kiddo wasn't there anymore...Oh the memories! Our cashier was the friendliest cashier which totally took me by surprise, after seeing how many customers were there JUST for the redemption she didn't seem the least annoyed or angry :) instead, she smiled and still seemed eager to carry on to the next customers getting them in and out. Chuck E. Cheese's pizza, never fails. Never will. Ever since I was a kid who came everyday after school I always looked forward to their pizza! Cheese is on a stretchy oozy note which i luvvv..and the crust isn't overly baked/just right. Soon, when I have a little brat of my own I'll be sure to have them carry on the legacy of cheese pizzas and expensive tokens as I'll be in the corner drinking my wine to ease the anxiety of having little ones. read more

Everything seems clean except the soda area. Shouldn't be drinking soda anyway. Pizza is edible. Here for my daughters friends party. It's fun to play games with my son. Too bad they raised the price to .33 a coin from .25 but you can find a coupon online easily to get 100 coins for $20 or .20 a coin which isn't a bad price. They have fun games that all work. They updated the basketball game to a newer model and added a baseball game to accompany the football game they already had. They have a cool two player snowmobile game and a boat game. The VR Simulator car game is my favorite. Only worth it if you have the 100 for $20 coupon. Tell your kids to look for tickets left in games. read more

This place is pretty nice during the Tuesday deals they offer. Not too many people around and lots of areas to choose from to sit. Took my daughter, who's only a year and a half, and two of my little cousins just for fun. They enjoyed it and had fun but saved the tickets receipt, since the selection of prizes suck! Literally all dollar store items. The only suggestion I can make would be get better prizes. read more

The play pass is cool so I don't have to carry tokens BUT when I went to check the balance of my card it gave me 5 tokens. Went to the front and they CANT put the tokens back on my kids play pass. The point of the card is not to have tokens. read more

Yesterday we celebrated my sons 4th birthday here. Our reservation was for 16 children and 25 adults. Let's just say , I have never been so stress free on party day ! I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in years. I came here to spend time with my nephew and I thought this would be a great place to stop by and spend some time together. They have a private parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. We stopped by on a Friday evening so it was pretty packed with people and kids running around. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted and stamped. We got the 150 token deal that they had going on My toddler loved getting on the cars rides. All games and rides were only 1 token! What a deal. As we were taking our toddler around I noticed there was a group of teenagers in the toddler section of the place sitting down on a monster truck. It was about 5 boys just hanging out all managing to sit on the monster truck. They weren't playing any games just looking around at everyone which made me feel uncomfortable. The employees did nothing. They were there for about an hour before they all decided to get down. I don't know if this is a normal thing since it was my first time there. We ordered a large peperoni thin crust pizza. Since the menu said that the medium was not available in thin crust, we opted for the large. It was an additional $1.99 for extra toppings, so we only added pepperonis. I thought $1.99 for extra toppings was a little much. I used to think Chuck E. Cheese Pizza was the greatest ever. After trying it again, I just thought it was greasy. Will I be back here? Probably. Worst customer service ever. I didn't even want to give them a star. We waited for our pizza for about 40 minutes and it never came out. When we check on the order, it never went through. The manger was very rude about the whole incident. Thank goodness the worker was nice enough to apologize. I think they need to retrain their manager on how to deal with unhappy customer. read more

I come here often during the week and a couple of times with last minute parties...Fernando and Esmeralda are always so accommodating and helpful. This is the only location we ever come to now because the service is always top notch, place is clean and I feel very safe letting my kiddos run around knowing the staff is always very attentive. Really large Chuck E. Cheese with a large parking lot which may not mean a lot but when you're carrying so much kid stuff, you appreciate it. If you're hosting a party, I'd really check out this place. As far as food and games, it's the same you'd see at any CEC. read more

When coming to different Chuck-E-Cheeses it's always a coin toss well this one was definitely a great experience staff was very friendly the food was good also not too many customers which is a plus for me the reason being sometimes it could be overwhelming when there's is to many people. My kids were able to play all the games and not have to wait in line. We will definitely be back in the near future. read more

I will be calling the manager to complain and I will tell everyone how horrible this place is. They should be ashamed of their employees. Took my family friends children here on Sunday and they had a great time. It's such a huge upgrade since the last time I was here. Instead of coins/tokens... they're now play cards. How cool is that?! Food: the pepperoni and the chicken BBQ is what I usually get whenever I come here with my nieces and nephews. The salad bar is a must; it is so worth it! Unlimited and delicious. I could just eat it all day. Machine game: one of the machines at my credit (token) and it took 15 + minutes to get someone to fix it. Note that it wasn't that crowded. Very deserving of a 2 star superficially, but I have to add another star for various reasons. The pizza is CEC pizza. It's not the best nor is it ghastly. And once you've had one, they're the same in all CEC's. To no surprise, it's bananas in here on a Saturday. Picture Dawn of the Dead (the one with Mekhi Pfifer), but with kids running around instead of zombies (Gaaaaaaaaaaamez! Rroooaar!). Bad, bad, bad and double bad... A neat freak's nightmare. Dirty children, dirty pre-pubescents and most of all, no a$$-gaskets. No paper towels (probably to save paper, environment and avoid children wasting it)either however, they do have the new highspeed hand dryers. As I've discovered in the last 2 years or so, CEC's now serves beer. To anesthetize the shocking, eye-opening, OCD-triggering, anti-neat-freak experience. To secure the 3rd star, the person who coordinated our children's party was exceptional. She exudes professionalism and good rapport. She had also worked on helping us with minimizing expenses by having coupons available. And very accomodating with the cleanliness and upkeep of the party. I had no idea that all the locations took out the indoor playgrounds when I showed up for my kids birthday she was extremely disappointed, but we made the best out of it and the manager was super accommodating and let us set up in main bday area since no one was really there. It is a typical chuckecheese... Kids running around acting crazy out of control. I wouldn't expect anything else at a place like this for kids. Yes it may be hard to keep your kids under control and to keep an eye on them while they are running around all over the place, but that is part of coming to chuckecheese. The food is overpriced for sure and doesn't taste all that great. I mean the kids don't know the difference. You could serve them just about anything here and I don't think they would care. It's all about the games and getting tokens. While we were here chucky walked around throwing tokens to the kids so that was funny to see the kids go wild after chuckys tokens! You cash those tokens in for some crappy toy like a yo-yo or something and bam! The best day of a kids life ever lol chuckecheese is a money pit though. It wold be nice if they saved parents a buck or two and lowered their prices. But can't have everything you want I guess. read more

WORST CHUCK E CHEESE EVER!!!! I saw the MANAGER WALK OUT of the bathroom stall, and needless to say it was COVERED in urine. If you're the manager and can't take the extra 5 seconds to clean up the bathroom, your priorities are wrong. I found a CIGARETTE BUTT in front of the gift shop/toy store where kids cash in their tickets. After informing the employee behind the counter, he looked at me as if he didn't know what I was saying. After a half ass attempt to look over the counter, he stated nothing was there and continued handing out gifts to children. Imagine if a little kid were to pick up that cigarette butt... We brought our son here yesterday and I was impressed with how big this chuck e cheese was, my son was so excited to play. I was trying to get more time on my sons card, but the problem with almost every chuck e cheese we go to is that there is almost ALWAYS 1 employee at the registers. This place is busy on weekends, so why wouldn't you have more employees working the registers? Another problem, it's not with chuck e cheese, it's with the parents that don't watch their kids. Some kid was running around taking peoples tickets (including my sons), while his mom was sitting down just chatting away not keeping an eye on her kid. Parents, please watch your kids! read more

A madhouse during weekends, not so bad during weekdays. All games are one token, and here's a big tip: Search online for great coupons to get free tokens, discounted food, pizza, and salad bar trips. Note: this review is definitely biased because I don't have children of my own and therefore don't look out for the same things that parents do. However, what I DO have is nine middle schoolers running around to take care of, so caveat emptor on my review... The Chuckster has always taken care of our every need, from decent pizza and now tiny-ish buffalo wings (and some much needed beer for our non-teacher chaperone), plus enough tokens to keep our little munchkins preoccupied for a couple hours -- but this time around was just exceptional. First of all the salad bar is much improved from the last time. More offerings, cleaner appearance, and fresher ingredients. Second of all, the chicken wings are definitely tasty! Well done, although some of them were a bit on the minuscule side. But the best part was the kind young lady who took our order. She realized were were ordering food, drinks, and tokens for a large group of adults and kids, so she spent a considerable amount of time looking for a coupon to maximize our savings. Although she inadvertently commented (albeit in a sweet way!) that she wanted to help us out because we "come here all the time" (uhh sorry honey, but we only go to CEC once or twice a year so we're not entirely sure who you realllllly mean), I'm sure even though people behind us were not happy with waiting, oh well, too bad for them. She wound up saving us close to $30, and we were very grateful for this! Three 1-topping pizzas, 12 fountain drinks (and a beer for the one person who could drink), 20 buffalo wings, 2 salad bar plates, and at LEAST 20 tokens per student = just under $100. Not too shabby. Thanks for the courtesy CEC. One thing is that perhaps the bathrooms are a bit dirty/understocked at times, but what do you expect from a hundred thousand little ones running in and out for who knows what reasons? My only real beef is that ridiculous counter -- cashiers should probably be separate from the prize counter employees instead of having these poor young people running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to make the 6-year-olds demanding plastic spider rings happy along with the moms and dads paying for their dinner. my friends and i came to chuck e. cheese to win big time just like how big time rush glowed up from hockey players from minnesota to a pop r&b band. WE WERE SO CLOSE BUT OUR TICKETS WOULDNT COME OUT OF THE MACHINE. when asking for help from the people at the stand, they said they'd get other workers to come to the game BUT THEY'RE ALL IN THE BACK DOING SOMETHING. i'm currently sitting on the floor still waiting for my tickets and it has been 10 MINUTES. we reminded them 3 times and they still haven't came to fix the machine. read more

For ALL AGES! I'm a teenager and I still very much enjoy going to Chuck E Cheese as a spontaneous adventure with my little cousins! The staff are all amazing and very accommodating ESPECIALLY an employee named Paige who you would probably see wearing her cute headbands (or bat pins for Halloween ). She was extremely kind and an awesome staff member that helped to make my cousins and I's experience extremely enjoyable! Also, the new card system is very easy to navigate and there is such a great variety of games. Overall a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend for all families as a location for a fun and spontaneous place to take your kids. read more

How can a place be so awesome yet so depressing at the same time? Last minute babysitting was dropped into my lap (along with my nieces ages 5 and 2 1/2) while hanging out with my boyfriend and our friend. I thought it would be better to get the kids out of the house and to Chuck E Cheese rather than just ordering pizza and watching High School Musical on loop. Ample parking space. Attentive stamp person at the entrance. Long line for food :( Even LONGER wait time for pizza (I get that the pizza is pretty good or at least decent, is that why it takes about 40 minutes to get your pizza?) Relatively reasonable family deals that include tokens, pizza and small drinks (and when I say small drinks, I mean children's size drinks, practically smaller than the cups you have to pee in at the doctor's office, oh well at least there are free refills). My nieces were entertained by everything at Chuck E Cheese and it only took $10 in tokens to keep them happy for 2-3 hours. As for my boyfriend and friend? All they needed to keep them happy was some beer which THANK GOD CHUCK E CHEESE SERVES! The place sort of creeps me out but my nieces had a BLAST and just seeing them smile and laugh is enough for me to endure the whacked out Chuck E Cheese characters. read more

Had my daughter's 3rd birthday here last night an I can't say enough about the customer service and overall experience. We got there early to set up and right away our party host came over to see if we needed any help. Even though our party didn't start for another 20 minutes. Our party host was very friendly, and really kept our party moving. When my daughter went in the ticket blaster she was kinda confused about what to do so once the wind stopped she dropped all her tickets on the floor. The host actually handed her a handful of tickets so she wouldn't walk away empty handed. The food was pretty good, ur topical pizza and salad but definitely worth the money. Also just a side note, the location is clean, no broken games, and parking isn't an issue like the harbor location. read more

I am a huge Chuck E. Cheese fan since I was young. I love taking my children here and love this location. The only part I wasn't very happy with was a lot of the games were broken (without broken signs on them) and none of the workers seemed to care to fix them when my family asked them. If you have an unlimited amount of time to play things and a ton of the games are broken it's kind of bummer. Hopefully those will be improved. read more

3.5 stars HERE IS THE GIST: 1) One of the CLEANEST and spacious Chuck E Cheese I have been to (the other one is in Foothill). 2) I like how they section off the different activities based on age groups. There is an area for little KIDDIE rides and the small slide, then the center area for bit older kids w/ the BIG slide/obstacle, then the other section w/ the video games, basketball and older kid activities. 3) LOTS of games where there is a built in camera. It takes your picture and you get a copy of it. Fun Fun. CON: There was quite a few games that was broken and ATE up my token (no notification). The attendants were nice enough to jrefund our money. They didn't always try to fix the games though. Which is NOT cool, since it will continually be a problem and people will lose their money. FOOD: nothing better or worse than any other CEC. TIP: If you are having a small party/gathering and do not want to pay for the whole BIRTHDAY package....you DO NOT HAVE TO! You can just come a little early, grab 2 booths or so, bring your own cake, order food and just have your own little party. You put in a token, doesn't let you play, but spits out 1 ticket...that's half the ski-ball games. The price of single beers is a bit much, and the ladies room stalls didn't have toilet seat covers or dispensers, indicating they don't provide such basic niceties. read more
