Although CEC opened this week, when we called about their carry out pricing promoted on the website they honored the prices. We appreciated this and after picking it up, even more so. The pizza is less thrilling than I remember it and ours was browned quite a bit on the top which dries out the thin cheese. The mozzarella sticks are just as I remember and with marinara sauce for dipping, and the pretzel bites were good. You get quite a few in the order, bite size to share and with cheese dipping sauce. For a deal under $17, it made a quick, easy dinner. The associate answering the phone was lovely for even offering to check on the pricing. When my husband went inside he reported only 2 families were there, having entire areas and the games to themselves. It's going to be an obstacle for CEC to keep those buttons and controllers sanitized but I'm rooting for them. Love it or hate it, many of us were raised by the big mouse and his friends.

We haven't been here in years and came up here to celebrate my son's birthday and they were awesome. pizza was great and they even serve beer (2) per person with a valid ID.

Walked in here to meet a friend and her son. They come here a lot since they live close by. I hadn't been to one of these places since I lived in Tennessee! As an adult, the place still looks huge with tons of games. Everything is shorter than I remember. I'm too tall to play most stuff. You can get a $5 off deal for 100pts to play games for $20 if you go to the register instead of using the self service machine. They use a card instead of the token coins to play the games now. Fabulous! I relived memories and played a few games, some of which were easy and some of which were still kinda hard! As we stayed until 12:30, more people came in with kids. Still, it was the middle of the day and the lady at the counter told me they're busier in the summer when kids aren't in school. Apparently, they don't do pizza buffets anymore; only salad buffets for $8. If you want pizza, it's gonna cost you almost $20! Crazy! They're trying to be healthy, I guess. Even Chuck E. Cheese himself is a lot more slender than I remembered as a kid. Someone dressed as the mouse himself walks around the place, so if your kid wants a picture, there's no issue with that.

Where a kid can be a kid. We had a small birthday party for our grand daughter. They do a Military discount on a pizza combo. 2 large pizzas drinks and game cards for a cheap price. I was really surprised how good the pizza tasted one was just pepperoni the other loaded (to many olives). We also got boneless nuggets, bbq, spices, and regular for kids. We had a lot of extra food. The thing I really liked the most was the toddler time 11-3 only the little kids was there and my grandkids had the run of the place. We will be back they had a great time as did I. Military friendly location.

We have had several birthday parties here over the years. The experience doesn't change - kids have a blast. Kitchen was a little slower than normal today - BUT it came out so hot and fresh! Tried the breadsticks this time around and they were great! They came with ranch and marinara 6 nice size sticks. Got our regular sausage pizza - seemed extra cheesy today.

My son has his 8th birthday party here and it was a SUCCESS! I opted for the most expensive package where the guests got treat bags, cups, tokens, and 2 hours of free play. We ordered pizzas and party platters, I brought the cake. The party host was attentive, all the kids had a great time and I didn't have to clean the mess! They also serve beer at this location so the adults can get an experience closer to main event or Dave and Busters now too. It was probably one of my son's favorite birthday parties!

This is strictly for kids. The pizza was awful the chicken was aweful I would have done better going to Kroger's and getting food

One of the "6" slices in the $8.50 personal pizza.

What we loved most was how clean it was ! Not at all what we were expecting for a kid friendly restaurant. The pizza was good too!

Particularly when chefs prefer fancy twists on familiar bar food. Our group of 6 adults and two grandkids had a hit & miss experience. My wife's fish tacos were a disaster. We requested blackened fish instead of fried on corn tortillas. Her dinner was a disappointment. Cold flimsy tortillas and cold fish with an overpowering aioli. No sides were included in this order. Another diner ordered the BLT. Again, they had to dress up the sandwich rather than stick to the classic. The pimento cheese did not enhance the sandwich. Another at the table went with one of Recbars "egg rolls". It was lead. Heavy, with an overpowering greasy, flavor. The "wrap" was so heavy, we couldn't tell what was inside. On the plus side, my chicken parmigiana sandwich was very good. Lightly breaded and fried, moist and covered with a solid marinara sauce and melted cheese. Served on a bun with tater tots. The cornflake chicken fingers were impressive. Large pieces, again. lightly fried. Service was friendly, patient & prompt. They only serve Pepsi products and if you're looking for a diet drink you've got one choice-diet Pepsi. Thankfully, they do offer unsweetened ice tea. Of course, there's a full service bar for "grown up" drinks. The desert, "oh cinnappy" ordered for our 9 yr old grandson was a hit with the adults. He preferred to hit the games. The rest rooms were smelly and messy. And one had no paper towels to dry your hands. But here is why we'll never go back. As we were ready to leave, the sky opened up. A drenching storm. My wife asked the hostess for a plastic bag to cover her hair. The response? Not my job, you'll have to ask your server. We were dumbstruck by that response. She's the greeter. And clearly has no concept of customer service. The servers were busy (the place was hopping on a Sunday night) and she was just standing at the front desk. No one waiting for a table. No one at the door. She just couldn't be bothered. So, we won't bother to come back.
