I love how this location is always clean and always welcoming. I have been coming for the whole summer that my kids have been out of school. We are always greeted with a big smile and always welcome. Came here yesterday with my friend and our sons. The cashier was so rude. You can tell she HATES her job. Didn't greet us when we got there. Horrible experience on a Monday afternoon (5/9/2022). Brought my kids here for a after-school activity and snack. There were about 3 other families other than ours visiting this location. We ordered 2 large pizzas and was given a buzzer. We were told the buzzer will go off when the food is ready for pick up. While my kids played we waited over 30 minutes for our 2 large pizzas to be prepared. I continuously checked the buzzer during this waiting period. The buzzer did not go off. 40 minutes into waiting and no huzzer going off, I noticed 2 large pizzas sitting waiting for pick up. I checked the ticket and it was our pizzas!!!! They were cold and not cooked throughly. I told the Black Manager but he did not care He said we "should have seen the buzzer go off 1 time notifying us that the food was ready". On two separate occasions, Vanessa (Manager) and Isaiah stood out during our visits to CEC. My sister was having trouble with her CEC app and we were visiting for my niece's birthday month. They were able to actively listen and resolve the issue effortlessly. They were able to address all our questions and concerns and guaranteed that our issue would resolve or be resolved the next time we come in. Their proactive and positive attitude absolutely helped relieve the frustration we were having with our summer card pass. They truly made my niece's birthday special. Bought a pizza, wings, 60 points and paid to use the trampolines when others did not. Over 100.00. The one pizza on a slow Monday is taking over an hour. The place looks and smells filthy and about 30 percent of the games don't work. The guck that is all over the napkin holder makes me want to wipe my mouth on my sleeve. My son got trampled by huge kids in the trampoline park area twice. My son cried in pain. Nobody supervised the area. I complained only to be told they are short staffed. 0 to 10 recommend. We've been coming to this location for years since I was a kid but today when I brought my own children we were surprised by the remodeling and renovations. Our birthday host name was Vanessa and she was awesome very efficient, attentive and overall made everything go smoothly and effortless. We say some of the managers today and one of the managers Christina made sure to check in with us in numerous occasions to make sure the birthday kids, party guests, and adults are all enjoying themselves. We purchased a summer pass and she has made my family and I feel like a valued customer every time. I've watched her first hand deescalate a situation, called for assistance when needed, and still make me feel attended by. It is very rare to find someone as dedicated, passionate, and truly happy with their job. Chuck E Cheese is very fortunate to have her as a part of their management staff. We came here to celebrate my nieces birthday. It was a two hour celebration, and my sister-in-law had gotten the individual kid packages. We thought it was clever how they eliminated The actual physical coins, and replaced it with individual debit cards for kids. Like literally you use a card to put in the credits on the games. We were not happy at all with the service, they kept on pressuring us to Cut the cake. My sister-in-law had already told the lady waitress that we were waiting on an additional guest to complete our party. She went in the back and came out five minutes later to ask if we were ready to cut our cake. They were acting asked if they had the whole place booked and we needed to get out of there fast. There was nobody there, we were the only party, yet we had to hurry up and cook the cake before or additional guest arrived. The only reason they didn't get less of a rating was because unlike any other location they actually still have the tunnels for kids to play in with after they finish their coins. it's really small but at least they have them. Just a few tips for anyone planning on going to Chuck E. Cheese in Moreno Valley number one don't buy the jump pass because they let anyone in anyways so you're just wasting your money number two don't order the fries because they give you like five pieces of french fries. get the play by hour option that saved us the most money even though we still ended up paying over $100 with all of the food and the jumping. The management is horrible when we asked to talk to manager about getting our money back for the jumping because they let anyone in anyways the employees said that the manager didn't want to deal with us. That manager was a woman with a Disney lanyard and was working there yesterday July 26 around 6 o'clock The employee was very nice though I didn't get his he was a young man working there July 26 around 6 o'clock. Worst Chucky Cheese I've ever been to. I stood in line behind someone who seemed to be upset. The person at the register looked new and someone who looked like a manager was helping them out. 10 minutes later, once they were done, I step and stand at the register. I stood there for five minutes, the manager seemed to look everywhere except at me. No, "I'll be right with you", no "have you been helped", nothing. If i could give Zero stars, I would! I cannot believe the customer service at this location! Between food and play cards (6) - 1hr, we paid approx $200 which is Ok since we came with the obvious intentions of having FUN. Unfortunately, that didnt happen. My family and I began playing 4 cards (our plan was to use all 6 together to maximize our tickets) but, we began having issues with machines so we left 2 cards. My daughter had issues with the balloon Pop game. As soon as she would get the jackpot, it would dispense a few tickets, turn off, turn on and dispense a few more tickets and so on. Meanwhile, the time is running on her card. We called someone to look at it and they came out and tried to fix it but we were told, he couldnt figure it out. But it seemed to be working again. I would say this took about 10 mins. She tried again, got the jackpot and again, the machine turned off and on. Again i called an employee (Jovanny, a manager) whom called the GM- Reggie. Reggie and Jovanny assisted me at the machine. They filled the balloons, cleaned it out and was then told by Reggie the reason it wasnt working was because the machine didn't sense any balloons but its fixed now. In the interim, i felt the need to express my frustration with him on how i spent a lot of money with the intentions on using all cards at the same time, and its not right how we wasted a lot of time waiting on the machines to get fixed and that i was going to call corporate. He first said he didnt feel my daughter lost time because she walked away (while i stayed) to go play. I told him he was there the second time, not the first and he didnt undertstand. He said if he got a call (from corporate) he was going to tell them "he advised me to continue to play). I was shocked he was telling me this! I told him he can tell them whatever he wants, i was still going to call and write a bad review! So here i am! We had issues with reactor and, the ticket muncher (i still had to wait 5 mins for someone to look at it). Also on spongebob, we had got 55 tickets and the machine didnt dispense, we told Reuben who went to tell his manager and said, per his manager he can only give us 30 tickets! WTH?! Fine, after our time was up on the first 4 cards, i decide to go return the last 2 cards. I go to the cashier where Jovanny the manager said he couldnt, i asked him to grab his manager (reggie) he came back and said he was "off the clock and for him to take care of it"), basically, he couldnt refund and that was it! So here its 830pm on a sunday night and we are still using the cards otherwise we will lose the time by the end of the night! ive NEVER had a bad experience at a chuck e cheese! I do NOT reccomend this location to ANYONE!! Update: i would just like to add that the Manager Jovanny was calm, collective and very professional throughout the evening. The pizza was good, the amount of tokens we got with the package was good, but we did opt to buy more because we had more people than expected and again the host and restaurant was happy to oblige. Everything was clean, the food was way better than I remembered, and fun was had by everyone involved. On June 5th, no employees were present when we walked in. We waited at the front for three minutes before someone came to stamp us. Then that male employee left and it took another five minutes of us standing at the register before someone else came to take our order. The older man, presumably the manager finally came to take our order. The two other younger employees present seemed to not know what they were doing or wasn't trained. One girl was wiping down the salad bar over and over again while a line of three families built up at the register, the parents were visibly frustrated. After finally ordering at 12:06 and playing all the games with our little one, one medium pizza and two fries were ready at 12:52. I feel like that's a long time especially when there was no one else in front of us. There was also another young boy employee who was playing a game during the time we were waiting to order.
