Pizza was overpriced & horrible, salad bar was overpriced & horrible, they have the tables set up for tomorrow (Saturday birthdays) but the chairs are piled up ON the table settings. Not sanitary at all. No floor staff. Asked for a large table to be wiped down for my large family. Most of the restaurant was pre-closed. We were told they are short staffed, find another table. My kids had fun and won bunches of tickets. They care less about food and sanitary conditions... Mom's nightmare. read more

Been coming to this location for years. Seems like like it keeps going downhill. I was there with my daughter during the week and didn't expect it to take so long from getting stamped at the entrance to ordering anything or even choosing a prize. Very understaffed. The very few staff they had didn't really know how to do things at the register and took so long. While I was trying to order there was at least 3 people that came up asking where their food was and someone came to tell them food was cold and asked if the wings could be put in microwave but staff said they didn't have a microwave. Im glad we weren't hungry and were just there to play. Most of the machines including the picture one were not working either. There wasn't that many customers there but still was so understaffed. My family went to this location for the first time and we were very pleased with how clean it was and how there were plenty of employees to help out with things. The manager was very nice and very helpful and all of the staff were as well. The manager was nice enough to let us use one of the party tables that was not reserved because we had a big family get together for someone's birthday. I would highly recommend going to this Chuck E. Cheese, we went on a Sunday and it was not very packed at all there was plenty of seating and it did not seem very crowded for being a weekend day. So we have had two of our daughters' birthday parties here, our oldest's 7th birthday (2016) and our younger daughter's 6th Birthday (today) and both times we were really pleased with the experience. The pizza is good, the sandwiches are tasty and the kids just run amuck and have a blast! The staff is so very friendly and the hosts are very engaging with the kids and really make them feel special on their birthday. It's so nice not to have to cook or clean or bake, and the hosts facilitate everything, so although it's a bit over stimulating, lol, they do a great job of making the party stress-free. My only complaint is that they do not have enough staff, at least on the weekends. If you don't have a reservation, lines are long and it can get pretty busy when you're trying to leave (if you do have a reservation they streamline your bill and you don't have to wait i. But the staff that are present, like I said, are in good spirits and are very sweet with the kids. So if you're on the fence about having your child's birthday party here, I would recommend you give it a try and I'll bet you would be pleasantly surprised. I'll also mention that they take great measures to keep families intact and safe with their invisible ink stamps which are given upon arrival and checked very carefully upon exit, which goes a long way for peace of mind when your child is running around playing. UPDATE 2020: Had another birthday party here and while our host was great and the kids had a wonderful time, the manager gave one of my guests a hard time when she brought a personal sized pizza in for her daughters who are gluten and dairy intolerant. The manager suggested she take her children outside to eat their pizza separately when it was time for my daughter's birthday party pizza at the table which is unacceptable. Chucky was grouchy tonight Went on a Thursday night and place was not packed, perfect night to go. Service was good. Bathrooms were decent. However there were some issues with ol' Chucky tonight. He was definitely unenthusiastic. They really need someone who gets excited and into the show as you could clearly tell Chucky wasn't and seemed bothered to do the 5 minute song show. Other than that they kept up on the salad bar as far as refilling all the fresh veggies, dressings, ect. You know what, I was surprised. Pretty decent Chuck E. Cheese. It's not the way I remember it as a kid with two stories & lots of places to hide. A lot of things have been changed since then for safety & cleanliness (like the ball pits mentioned by other reviewers. Those things were super dirty lol!) I am sure every parent will be thankful it's pretty easy to keep an eye on your kid in here. When I was there it was not very crowded and workers were maintaining and cleaning machines here and there. The salad bar looked decent and I was glad that it looked clean. The inside of the climber smelled like a kid had peed in there. I do like the check system at the door to be sure the person who came in with a kid leaves with a kid. This is helpful to know. The attendant at the door was friendly and helpful as was another worker who we talked to who was cleaning outside. The video playing actually surprised me by showing Chuck E and friends talking about developmentally appropriate things such as having compassion for others and treating them with kindness, how to be a good friend, something about not eating candy all the time, etc. I was impressed. To be honest I saw no candy inside the restaurant. They used to have a ton of lollipops and other junk food. Here it was just pizza & salad. I felt the games were child appropriate. As a parent this is a big deal to me. Whoever chose them was very intentional and thoughtful. No machine guns, zombies, gore, overwhelming stuff, etc. There are many games and little rides that are okay for preschool age young children. There are simplified dance games like a children's version of Dance Dance Revolution with kid-appropriate songs like Bingo. My daughter is too young for the games really but she enjoyed the merry go round and climbing into all the vehicles. Her favorite was a machine with rubber duckies that move along a track over and over. I never really imagined that I would think Chuck E. Cheese was a really healthy thing to take my kid to but I am glad to see the company is at least trying to keep kids safe and entertained.... in as healthy a manner as you can in a pizza parlor. The cons: aggressive and rowdy kids, and other parents! ROFL! I witnessed a mom letting her kids climb all up & over the basketball machine and not caring, three little boys running and trying to tackle & choke each other. I had to speak to them because a boy was rasping "Let go, let me go." I asked the boy if he could hear his friend telling him to stop and said please let go of him, and then said "let's try to play in a way that no one gets hurt, okay?" Took a couple minutes and the mom of the one doing the choking was just ignoring while grandma stood there right by the boy doing jack shit. Parents, grandparents, I know you are here to try and get a break but when your kids are breaking shit that doesn't belong to them, or endangering other kids, you have to step in and guide them. They also now load players cards by the minute so 3 kids ran around using the same players card. I came to my buddie's 2 year olds birthday party. The party tables were reserved from 6-8. I came fashionably late at 6:30. Apparently I came early to Chuck e Cheese standards because they didn't have anything ready. The pizzas came out around 7pm but the sample platter never came out. The party mom was told the order was never put in so they put an order in. It's 7:50 and the platter is still not here so we asked to talk to the manager. There was some sort of miscommunication where the platter wasn't put it again. Literally waited for 2 hours for our pizza and didn't receive it until most 20 min before closing, to which it was cold. Not only us but every other person in the store had to wait for their order when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that they were on break and would be back in an hour when the store closes and was given 200 tickets and told that should be good enough by the cashier AVA. Then I went to ask and was told it was being put in the oven and to come back in 10 min then when I went back I was told it was being put in the oven to come back in 10 min and kept getting told this 3 more times. AVA then started saying there was nothing they can do and to cut them some slack because she gave me 200 tickets then a Spanish speaking lady asked about her order and was told to just keep waiting and when the lady got upset AVA told the lady to start speaking spanish and explaining her problem AVA kept putting her hands in the ladies face and kept trying to shut her up. One lady was upset her pizza was cold and the other worker WILLIAM said I don't know what you want me to do and slid the pizza across the bench hard enough for it to fall on the floor and walked away. When I tried to explain why everyone was upset AVA rolled eyes and said well you're going to have to keep waiting. Meanwhile 4 or 5 employees kept walking in and out of the kitchen while eating. Literally the worst service I've had. I hope this place gets shut down. I tried giving AVA the benefit of doubt because she was the only cashier and was helpful at first but once she got an attitude it started getting worse especially because everyone was being patient until she had an attitude. Their customer service went above and beyond, and for that, I would definitely come back. There was some confusion over the details for my sons party, but the manager was willing to accommodate us as best she could, and she ultimately did what was best for the birthday boy. Our table wasn't even fully setup until about 35 mins after our party was supposed to begin, kids play passes took even longer than that to receive, passes were supposed to be unlimited but they only worked for 1 hour. Supposed to be for 2 hours. Didn't receive the coiled wristbands for the play passes, communication was not the best. Place was a disgusting hot mess the entire night. Bathroom didn't have any paper towels the majority of the night. I even let staff know about it and no one bothered to refill it. Manager must have been stressed if he didn't realize his pants weren't zipped up the entire night. I miss the Hispanic woman that was the manager. She had that place organized and clean. Went here for my nephews birthday party and it's definitely not like it used to be. Most of the kiddie rides were out of order and there was very few games for 2 year olds. They didn't even have the jumping balls they used to have. The food was not so great came luke warm. Service was ok the girl was pretty attentive. The place is dingy and messy most places. The restroom was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned so a few of the stalls were out of toilet seat covers and toilet paper. I give it 2 stars because the service was pretty good. Horrible experience here today! We come here about 20 times a year for birthday parties and such. I mean it's always a chaotic experience, but today was by far, the WORST! The cashier was rude and did not follow health guidelines! She was handling cash and then would handout food and utensils without washing hands. When we asked her for new forks that she didn't touch directly where we would be eating from, she said "omg it's not that big of a deal!" When I asked to speak to a manager, he was even WORSE! He was condescending, did not care at all about the complain and even said they are not required to get food handler permits or any kind. Bring my grandkids here because they love it, I always am here right before they open so they can be right in and not a lot of people. Waiting for rides and the little guy turning machines on knew my grandkids were waiting for a certain ride. I asked when it would be turned on and his answer was short "later" It's been 20 min.
