My granddaughter always has a great time there. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. And the salad bar is always fresh.

Brought the kids here on a day off from school. We ordered pizza and got some game cards. After 40 minutes of waiting on our food I went to the counter and they said that "they are rolling out the dough from scratch so it takes little bit longer"... 40 minutes? On top of that the lady was not kind as she communicated things with us about the games or the pizza. Oh, we had old tokens from whenever the games took tokens but they won't honor them or turn them into game plays on the game cards. This is not the reason for the one star, the rating is for waiting 45 minutes and counting for food when it is not very busy. I'll wait to post until We get our food ... 54 minutes! read more

This location is horrible. The place is outdated and has a real bad odor. The food is unbelievably disgusting. I brought the cleansiness issue and unedible food to the managers attention, and she smirked and said it's chuck e cheese not the ritz carlton. Today was a horrible experience. The staff was not present when rides that needed supervision were in use. A bumper car was left plugged Into what I believe was the charging unit & a young boy around 8 was nearly strangled to death from the cable being wrapped around his neck. Not only could this have been 100% avoided by having staff on site and proper safety checks. Fortunately for the young boy his family jumped over the gate and 3 adults pulled the cord from the boys neck while the bumper car was still going forward !! If we had a choice of zero stars thats what I would put. This place has horrible service. I purchased the lunch buffet and the pizza was out for like 20 mins so I requested a refund. The manager then "canceled transaction " but wouldnt give me a receipt showing it had been cancelled and she didnt want to give me my original receipt either. Service is good... We went at prime time Saturday and there was still a lot of seating available. This location puts hand stamps on every group coming in, so that when you leave they make sure you all match. The food... What can you expect? It's not the most horrible thing I've ever consumed, but it's definitely not the best! Pizza is greasy, but flat. Salad bar was pretty good. Self serve drinks.. All games are only 1 token and you can use tokens or quarters. They have bumper cars and those are 4 tokens. I had made a rather big mistake on my party reservation and Nesha (manager) and Dominique were able to not only still accommodate me, but make me feel at ease. They were so understanding and so thorough throughout the entire process. They made sure to give us exactly what we paid for and their attitudes were just the best. HORRIBLE!!! I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in years and I will never go again. The staff was so RUDE! I asked to speak with a manger and all she did was make excuses for her staff being so rude. While we were being served one of the workers literally came up to the table and took the pizza away while my kids were grabbing their slice of pizza and said not one word of why she was taking the pizza back and giving to another table while my kids hands were already all over that pizza. OMG last me and my family attended a birthday party at the Rancho location. The worst manager in the history of management works here. I walked out of the CEC to help my nephew put presents in the car. This was around 9pm closing time. I was trying to re enter the CEC to help my wife with our 7 month old twin girls because she can't pick up both babies at the same along with her purse and baby bag. The manager stopped me at the door saying I can't go back in. I nicely explained to her I need to help wife she said if I go back in she will call the cops. So I went in because I have to help take the girls to the car. She ran after me and we got at it verbally exchanging the F Word in front of little kids. Yes a employee of Chuck E Cheese said the f word while at work in front of kids!!!! Wow what a family friendly place!!! My family has had many parties here but this will be the last. I will be be calling the corporate office tomorrow to file a complaint against this manager. Stay away from thhis place!!!! read more
